We had not been here for over 20 years, so well before the restoration and boy, were we wowed! Prepaid parking was a breezed getting in and out. The lobby was beautiful but crowded at intermission as people tried to get drinks. There was not a bad seat in the house and we were blown away by the production of Dial M for Murder. From the costumes, to the set, to the giant "MURDER" sign that was used creatively. And the actors did a spectacular job-we were super impressed! After last night, I am confident it will not be another 20 years before we return!

Awesome upgrade to the facility, entry, and theater. Highly recommend prepaid parking as finding your own along the streets can be a challenge. We saw a Christmas Carol, which never disappoints, the new cast was incredible and the show was a hit Look forward to other shows coming up at the Playhouse in the park

I really enjoy the playhouse in general. Dial M for Murder was very good, in my opinion. I am a huge Hitchcock fan. There were few laughs, dramas, and great performances. love seeing how they bring these plays to life. I plan to see many more offerings. My only lil gripe is that the seats are close together and small.

What a stunning facility. Beautiful contemporary design. The playhouse boast lots of seating area for casual conversation before the main event begins along with well stocked bar. The restrooms are large and wheelchair accessible. With two theaters under one roof you can't go wrong. You have a choice of on street parking or you can purchase a parking pass for the parking garage.

Great seats. Not a bad seat in the playhouse. Plenty of things to keep you entertained outside of the theater. Two bars plus a lot of places to seat with people or away

I love this place! I've been coming here for a few years now, my whole family comes to see 2-3 plays a year. The venue is great, there are two stages the smaller one is called the Shelterhouse Theater. This is a a great stage for 1 or 2 person show, there is literally no bad seat in the here. Here is where we were this past weekend for "An Evening with Groucho". We loved it! Frank Ferrante does an amazing show, bringing back to life an amazing comedian, it was 90 minutes of abs killing laughter, my in-laws are huge fans of the Marx Brothers, so they were in love with the show. After the show I was able to get an autographed portrait, and Frank was so awesome, laid back, and friendly that he took several pics with us. Now the other stage is the Marx Theater. This is where all the large plays are. The last play we attended was "Shakespeare in Love". This was also a very well done play, the actors were great and even the dog had his moments. I would definitely recommend sitting a in higher seats, not only are they more affordable, but also a better view. If you're looking to see great works of art and not break the bank, like at other places, this is a great place to go. Plus it's a great place for a date, since it's close to a lot of restaurants. I highly recommend people to check it out if they haven't.

What a treasure we have in Cincinnati with this place! Two terrific auditoriums for intimate plays featuring brilliant stage actors.

Awesome, modern venue, and the production we saw of A Christmas Carol was as good as any we'd ever seen.

They offer themed merchandise tied to each production, which is such a fun touch for fans. There are also plenty of concessions available, including snacks and alcoholic beverages. I had a glass of wine (a double pour, and surprisingly affordable), along with popcorn and chocolate-covered raisins. The popcorn wasn't the freshest, but it was still yummy. The venue feels very safe, with bag checks and scanners at the entrance. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. The theater itself has excellent acoustics and a large stage. There is always something exciting on the schedule, and ticket prices are usually reasonable. It's a great option for a family outing, date night, girls' night, or even a solo treat. Doors open about an hour before showtime, with access to the theater seating available 30 minutes prior.

I'm happy to see that it has been kept up so well over the years, it's beautiful! It was an A+ visit from start to finish. Ordering and accessing digital tickets was a breeze, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the show was outstanding! We have a fantastic arts center in Dayton that we have broadway season's tickets to and attend other performing arts shows as well, but we will definitely be back to see shows at the Aronoff from time to time now that we had such a fantastic evening out!
