They do seem to stand by caring for their patients completely, and it seems like my experience was simply an anomaly. -------------------- I truly wanted to have a positive experience with this practice, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing interactions that I feel are important to share--both as a fair warning to others and in hopes that the practice may be open to resolving the concerns. 1. Lack of transparency and follow-up on payment information -- I've requested copies of the payment forms I signed eight times (once in person, multiple times by email, phone, and voicemail). Despite this, I've still not received any documentation or clear communication around fees--for orthodontic and dental work. 2. Delayed and dismissive handling of records -- After my initial visit with Dr. To, I waited nearly two weeks for answers to my follow up questions, and then decided to request my dental records so I could transition to a new provider. When I followed up today, I was asked to "be patient and wait a few weeks." This felt dismissive, especially given I am in pain and actively seeking timely care. Given the premium pricing and the promise of a holistic, patient-centered approach, I expected a higher level of service, compassion, and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling disregarded, disappointed, and disheartened. If the practice is open to making this right, I would be willing to discuss further. Dr Ho and the hygienist (I wish I remembered her name) eased my concerns and took time to explain to me that it was a very inaccurate diagnosis and why it was. Everyone here was so kind, including the front desk, and shout out to Anthony, who helped me schedule an appointment and provided me with insurance knowledge.
