So I went with my cousin to do pedicure and manicure this place was completely renovated my cousin been here before and always had great experiences so I wanted to try it too. Very clean and stylish. I did a pedi and "mani", the pedi wasn't awful big the manicure was pretty crappy, no massage, the cuticles weren't cut, no lotion, nothing. The nails look absolutely awful, they are so wide and thick, I can't believe anyone would let a customer walk out with that work. read more

I am so confused by these negative reviews. I have been going to Cindy's for 13 plus years. Always exceptional service and outcome. I think some of these negative reviews fall upon people being cheap lol. Also, if your nails supposedly were so awful why would you not ask them to fix them? I paid $95 and seriously could have done a better job myself. feet are still scratchy nails and rough skin after a sloppily painted pedi asked for a mani which did not happen at all and my gel overlay consists of acrylic overlay with gel polish that is sloppy and uneven and includes a plastic tip! why? I wish I read the reviews before coming here. 1. They were not very clean. She kept trying to get me to place my foot on top of my nail clippings. I told her it was dirty and asked her to flip the towel. She dropped my clippings on the floor (and did the same with my callous removal) 2. I asked her not to do the callous removal. "You need it." And she did it anyway. When she did, I was so uncomfortable that my foot slipped in the tub and I cut the top of my foot. It was bleeding a lot and she put my foot BACK into the dirty tub of water. 3. I was supposed to be having nails and toes done at the same time. And the forgot. So it took almost twice as long and I was rushing to my next errand. Overall, not very professional and I won't be back. Update : I've been to the doctor and have a skin infection and am on antibiotics. read more

Came here only because my normal nail place was closed and I needed to take shellac off. I got a regular manicure to give my nails a break before a new full set. I sat to let my nails dry for 20 mins and a few hours later they looked horrible. All the paint was smudging and air bubbles formed. I went back to ask for a refund because I didn't have time to redo my nails. Cindy told me that she couldn't give me a refund because they did the labor, I used electricity to dry my nails and took off my shellac. I was in shock to say the least. She also went on to say that's why they don't do regular manicures because they don't come out well. Umm ok then? That shouldn't matter. All of your services should be exceptional. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It was my first time to this salon and I'll never come back. I was a walk in for a full set and waited 45 minutes which wasn't a problem I didn't have an appointment I get it. When I was finally sat anna was my nail tech. She was multitasking with me and another client again I get it I was a walk in. When she finally did have full attention on me she seemed extremely inconvenienced and rushed through it. I had a picture of what I wanted for my nails. She went and got the color that she thought matched and painted a coat on and asked if I liked it. I told her I was sorry and that I wasn't looking for that color and she ridley said well go pick it out then. I asked for another coat of of sparkles for one of my fingers cause it was transparent and she sighed and grabbed my hand. The finished product looked like I've had these nails for at least a week not like I just had the done. The paint wasn't even and they had a lot of streaks. There was also a lot of glue on my fingers. Today I called and told the owner I wasn't satisfied and wanted them to be fixed at her convince. She told me to come at 2 I waited about 20 minutes before I sat at her chair. She fixed them and the look better but not good enough for me to go back. read more

Nice people. very quick ( which I'm not totally upset about ) I like that none of them were crooked and I like the way she shaped them. When she was painting them, I noticed on my thumb , there was a tiny black lint ball that had appeared on my nail. I also noticed that she saw it as well... instead of fixing it, she just tried to go over it with more paint , as if I wouldn't notice. The paint job was horrible. It was just one color (red). Went last Saturday to have a gel mani and pedi . Nails done by Tina. My nails looked like they were painted by a 4th grader. I asked Cindy to clean off the excess polish that was on my skin and I could tell she was less than please. Less than a week the polish is just peeling off. I went to Cindy's twice. The first time they did a good job but the second time both my friend and I had bubbles on our nails. I actually showed it to the owner and she basically asked the technician to put another coat of top coat on it. A person who does their nails regularly know the bubbles should not be there and a top coat will not help. I called and told her about it and she asked me to come back and I did but the treatment I got was not good. In short..I am never going to them anymore. read more

I've gone to this place a few times now, and overall I'm satisfied with the job they do. I've had two different nail techs and both were friendly enough. The prices seem pretty reasonable compared to other salons. I've walked in and I've called ahead and there wasn't really much of a difference in terms of waiting. My only complaint is that they don't let you put your tip on the card. I hardly ever carry cash, so it's a little annoying to have to get cash for the sole purpose of tipping. I'll keep this short and sweet. Yes, they took two of us right away as walk ins for pedicures and gel manicures. Yes, the staff was friendly. Yes the prices were fair. The reason I will never go back there...I did not see ONE jar of barbicide in the entire salon. A big no-no. Unless each customer receives their own personal kit (which they don't) I want to see tools being disinfected. I go in to see Cindy every three or four weeks for a Brazilian wax and eyebrow wax. She is always so friendly and bubbly. I've been to other places for a Brazilian and it was a little awkward, but Cindy and I just talk and catch up the whole time haha. She's awesome. Oh and she only charges $35! Worst nail salon do not go! I went for a mani and pedi with my friend. The woman started me ten minutes after her and finished ten minutes before. No massage which is literally the only reason I went. Also, got gel nails for manicure on Saturday and they looked like absolute GARBAGE and two chipped and two peeled off by Tuesday. I called and the owner was off so they told me they could do NOTHING for me. No money back and would not take off my horrific looking nails until Wednesday when the owner returned. The best nail salon!! The ladies there are so friendly and actually try to talk to you, unlike most nail salons. My mom and I went here to get pedicures and they do such a nice job!
