Recently moved to the area and was looking for a salon that specializes in brow shaping. Im picky with my brows so i usually do them myself but i needed a new shape. I always look for reviews before trying a place out and came upon The Wax Room. The reviews were really good and was only 8 mins away from my house so i decided to try them out. Upon entering, the salon is really clean and comforting. My wax was done by Gina. She greeted me as soon as i came in and was really nice. She made me feel comfortable and held a conversation unlike the awkward silence ive encountered in other places. I told her i wanted a new shape to go with my round face and she did not disappoint! I had the pleasure of having Chelsey in North Andover do my very first Brazilian wax. I am 7 months pregnant and as you can imagine things needed to be handled by someone else for the remainder of this adventure called pregnancy. Chelsey was very kind and gentle. She talked to the the entire time and the room was very comfortable along with her energy. I am currently a week out from my visit and I will be honest first couple days I was sensitive.
