So i did my research and reach out to so many local businesses in Hawaii to help me knowing my custom request is a one of a kind situation...and need a quick overturn result . JUST LIKE A MIRACLE SENT FROM HEAVEN, i got a "I can do it" email replied back from Danny. He quickly ask me for the custom details, give me a quick in-person appointment, and whipped up the design exactly how i needed it to be, he did the outline matching the thread color of the original Seatttle Mariners logo. Many of our favorite local businesses were not as fortunate. Todd is very efficient and will get back to you on questions and orders very quickly and I really appreciate that. Their prices by far are the cheapest on the island and their workmen ship and quality of work is something to truly take pride in. We have been ordering Polo shirts from them for years and I am amazed at their commitment to providing quality work no matter the size of the order. Turnaround time is quick or they will tell you upfront and if your not sure what brand or type of product to purchase great suggestions are given. This example is just one of many embroidery runs that I've had the pleasure of coordinating with, for the groups I belong to. Initially, I came in to Kenjo for a work-related embroidery run. The product and service was spectacular so I encouraged others to consider them as a source for quality embroidery. Every project I bring in, has always been timely and stellar. Not a single mistake nor "oopsie." They are careful when your order comes in, to document exactly what you want, where you want it, and when you want it done. This is especially important when you have several art files connected to your name. They let you know the cost and when it's ready for pickup. Our shirts have always been neatly folded and tightly packaged when I come to retrieve the final product. This little hidden gem is on a corner, so parking is somewhat of a challenge to find but, they do have a parking lot on Liliha St, a little small but, if you're patient, you can find parking since they share a parking lot with a cafe next door (hot tip: get there a little early, stop by the cafe next door, get yourself a sweet treat and then go shopping) which is exactly what my friend and I did this morning! Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Val and her sister, and felt like we were raiding our sister's bead/craft closet! They have such a large section of beads, lei beads, ribbons, decals, and beading supplies amongst other things. My friend and I arrived at 10:40 this morning, and omg, didn't leave until 12:45! You can honestly spend all day in there easily! We had such a blast in there, and everyone was so helpful, especially because my friend and I had an idea of what we wanted to do but didn't know exactly what we needed! I'm not going to lie, I got a total of 20 decals, BUT they're not all for me, and they're going to be used for presents!
