Looking for a company to print your shirts? Embroid me is your answer. They have quality products along with great customer service. I wanted to get shirts done in memory of my son. They were able to work with time constraints and the price couldn't be beat. I have gone to another company where I needed shirts rushed and I paid the premium. But with EmbroidMe, they didn't overcharge me. I was able to do some shirts with drifit and the other with a blend of cotton/poly and the printing was awesome on it. They are located in the Kapahulu area and they have a parking stall right next to the shop. The owners have good communication via email or you can always call and they will call you back if they don't answer. They are very friendly and I can't wait to have them make another shirt. Gave three stars only because first time my former supervisor had great job done on my shirt and was done in a week. This time around same logo needs to be done, there's a miss communication stitches have to be taken out and shirt logo needs to be redone. Two months go by ask my supervisor about my shirt, still no shirt. Finally I tell my boss I'll call and follow up it's now 2 1/2 months and I'm told the same story my boss was told. Finally get the shirt but probably won't be back here, the communication is bad and now I have a rip in a $60 shirt where the logo is! Wasted time and money.. read more

Took some sweat bands in for embroidering to help serve as inspiration as my workouts get tougher and tougher...it's kind a portagee thing to do I know, but whatever works. At least I didn't get From Big Island or some such. The service was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. parking is easy in the goldbond building. Be careful because they're working on what looks like window wall installation. I asked the workers if they sing "window wall" to the tune of Oasis' "wonderwall" while installing the window walls...they looked at me funny and said no. Oh well, maybe now they will since the idea has been incepted... The embroidery had a good thread count or however you judge these things--looked tight and solid. There were lots of thread colors to choose from and I opted for a bright yellow that really popped... Super nice people, good product. can't go wrong. Get your custom embroidery done here! read more

I highly recommend this business. First of all their work is right on the spot. Our logo is not the easiest to work with, but those guys pulled it off. It actually looks really good embroidered on the lab coat. It will give our business Honolulu Spa & Wellness the professional look it deserves. The guy who took my order, Jeffrey, was very friendly and really helpful. I have never done this before, but he patiently guided me through the process. I really liked how reasonable their prices are, we paid $30 to digitize the design, and after that is complete, each embroidered job will cost about $10, very reasonable. The prototype looks really good, and my next order will be embroidered scrubs for all our estheticians. I got a chance to meet the owner, Brian when I was picking up my order. He was really helpful, way above than what his job required. He helped me not only by offering suggestions on how to make the embroidery job look even better in the future, but also with an issues that wasn't really related to the job. Came in to get quotes for some hats to be embroidered. Brian, who didn't seem like he knew what he was doing because everything he said and showed me contradicted itself, assisted or gave me information on quotes. From the start, just seemed liked he was trying to kill my vision and tell me things weren't possible with his machine. The 1 single machine he has in his Campbell Ave. shop. Long story short, he said a $30 deposit fee for digitizing my file was needed and after that he would embroider a hat i had to see how the final product would look. After paying Brian, no communication. He no longer responded to my texts, which he did before i paid him. I had to call and ask him whats up, when can i get the hat embroidered? We set a date and when I tried to call him on that date to confirm, NO ANSWER. Save your time money and energy. These or this guy is a scam. Small timers ripping people off read more

My friend helped me look high and low for places to get estimates, but all the prices we were quoted, were outrageous. At an estimate of $20 per, just for embroidery, that wasn't going to work when I needed 20 gifts....Again, did I mention Sarah at Fully Promoted is awesome! She was the only person who asked what the goal was and made suggestions for something more economical. Her suggestion for a heated transfer logo instead of embroidery was better than expected. I am a nurse at Castle Hospital. As a new hire, we are required to purchase our uniforms & we are responsible for getting them embroidered with the castle logo. Every new hire is given a uniform information sheet with suggested uniform & embroidery vendors. I live in town right down the street from EmbroidMe, I figured that I'd give them a call since they are one of the suggested vendors. Well, no one could give me an answer on if they can do my scrubs or not. I spoke to Sarah on the phone, all she pretty much kept repeating was "we're working on a 500 piece order for the hospital". She took my name & number & said that she would give me a call back. It's been over 24hrs, & I have not gotten a call from them. I HAD 3 scrubs....... No one could tell me if they could do my 3 scrubs or when they would be completed because they kept mentioning a big order they're doing for the hospital. I called another vendor on the list & took my 3 scrubs there. It took them about 45 min to do my scrubs & they came out great. read more

If you're looking for quality or professional work, keep looking. I got a newborn take home outfit embroidered here and after bringing the garment home to wash (in cold water), the thread bled all around the embroidering and through the back of the garment. You can tell the quality of the thread was not good because the manufacturers thread (same color) on the opposite side did not bleed at all. I emailed the owner & informed him of this issue, to which he promised to reimburse me for having to now reorder the garment and redo the embroidery. I gave him the new garment on 2/26, he told me it would take "a couple days". Having still not received the replacement or reimbursement by 3/5, I reached out to Brian, the owner, via phone (his "new employee" said he wasn't in and he couldn't place my garment) and text (the method his new employee said is best to reach him). I got no response. I then sent another text the following day asking for a good time to retrieve my garment so that I could take it elsewhere. Still no response. I went to the shop and had to search with his employee for my item. I'm actually grateful that he screwed it up because I took it around the corner to another embroidery shop, they got it done in an hour, with thicker embroidering, and a crown that Brian said he couldn't do because it was too small. And apparently better quality thread, because I took it home and washed it and you guessed it, NO BLEEDING! I'll never be back here and don't be fooled by the positive reviews, apparently this is a new, less professional owner ‍ read more
