    Cinnamon roll and coffee

Outstanding coffee, sandwiches (Cuban looked awesome) best cinnamon roll around not super sweet, and tasty empanadas and croquettes. Everything is outstanding. Heavenly small spot in downtown. Great service and atmosphere. Most highly recommended! 5 stars.

I highly recommend Cindy's! I have had many Cuban sandwiches in Central Florida and these are the best! The pork is amazing as is the ham. Great pickles and the bread is so so good. Great service and Cindy is awesome. They are only open Monday through Friday but man the food is great as well as the at home feel. Don't forget the Cuban coffee. It's the real deal! If you are in that part of town it's well worth a visit. Tight parking but easily managed. I can't wait to go try other dishes.

Amazing Cuban restaurant. Great service and the owner Cindy was very nice. Took time to talk to us about her business and always thank God for a good and happy life .

This place is such a hidden gem! I didn't see a parking lot so I parked in the hospital parking garage but man is that walk worth it! I tried the media noche sandwich, a picadillo empanada, and finished it off with a café con leche. The hours are a little tricky but if you can get in before they close, I highly recommend!

Food was ok and the staff was also just ok. We ate there after the hospital but likely will not return.

Doesn't look like much and parking is a bit interesting. But the place is very cute and clean. Great corner location. Staff is friendly. Ambience is relaxing. Food was delicious.

Great Customer service. Mrs. Susana was very nice and patient explained to me about all the delicious goodies they had :) I got a 2 expresso shot, a Cuban melted grilled cheese and a quesito with cheese inside :) Everything was so delicious, oops, I got some extra quesitos to take home too. Definitely recommend if you around the area. Hope my comments helps you to make a good choice for your breakfast and thanks for reading too :)

I love cuban food -- I've had better bistec to be honest. Everything else was pretty okay and overall I enjoyed my visit especially the cafe con leche, it was really well made. Good spot to grab something for lunch since they do have sandwiches that look pretty tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive! The restaurant itself is on a busy street with an outside patio area which was really nice.

Food was awesome, employees were super friendly. The only downside to this place is that it was packed and crowded, although I can see why!

5 Stars for Vietnamese coffee based lattes in a lovely ambiance!…read more I stopped by recently and got a Vietnamese iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk and added an ube-flavored cold foam. NOTE: Vietnamese coffee is STRONG and has a deep flavor. I knew this ahead of time, but worth noting. Luckily, the sweetened condensed milk balanced this with lots of sweetness! The ube cold foam added a lovely flavor and I recommend enjoying some on top as well as trying to mix some of it in as well. The space offers free Wifi with plenty of seating, surrounded by incredible greenery and decor. I could definitely see myself bringing my computer and working from here - or taking an in-person meeting here. Great spot for a different coffee experience!

They have their own parking lot with a good amount of space to park - we went late morning and there were plenty of spaces. For those who are dairy free or have restrictions, they have non-dairy options for drinks. They are known for their flavored foam that can be added to drinks for an extra charge. I ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk and no sweetener. Drinks came out quickly and staff were polite and welcoming. There were a lot of places to sit - mix of tables, benches, and other seats. It's a chill space to work or hang out. Quality of the drinks was good. My friend liked her pastry as well.

I stopped in the afternoon just to see what they had and if it would be worth the wait. The menu was surprisingly huge for such a small coffee shop. I decided on their seasonal peanut butter latte. Finding a seat was a little bit of a challenge because of how crowded it was, but I was able too. It was very loud from all the people and blaring music, so this place would not be ideal for a quiet work session. I was surprised by how friendly everybody was in there, including the staff and patrons. The peanut butter latte was amazing. Even the girl next me said it was good before I got to try a sip. The cold foam was the best part, super sweet and peanut butter flavored. The latte itself wasn't overly sweet, which I really liked. I love that this coffee shop has a good mix of original artisanal flavors and yummy classics. I can't wait to come back for more seasonal drink!

Between the unique decor, eclectic crowd, and strong sense of local culture, it's long been a favorite for many people for many reasons. That's why it's such a relief--and a joy--to say that the grand opening of the new location absolutely delivered. The vibe, the art, the look, and the feel are all still there--but improved. The new space is more open and thoughtfully laid out, no longer narrow or cramped, while still maintaining the character that made Austin's special. There's a beautiful interior paired with an outdoor area to hang out, which gives the space room to breathe without losing intimacy. We went for the first Sunday open mic at the new location, and the place was packed. The crowd was colorful, the energy was high, and it truly felt like the community showing up to support something they love. The stage lighting was on point, and the night featured a surprise appearance by local superstar comedian Preacher Lawson (of America's Got Talent fame), along with the excellent hosting by Craig Norberg, who has been running these shows every Sunday and continues to do an incredible job. The lineup brought together legendary comedians alongside fresh new voices, creating a diverse, supportive, and genuinely fun night of comedy. Everyone was encouraging, the room was engaged, and you could tell people were just happy to be there. Austin's Coffee didn't just reopen--it leveled up. The heart of the place is still intact, the community is still strong, and the future looks bright. I'll absolutely be back.

It definitely feels like a local hangout spot in the best way. I got one of their bowls (the roasted sweet potato + quinoa with bacon and pesto) and it was really good and tasted fresh without feeling heavy. The service is chill and friendly, and the overall environment is super laid-back -- people come here to hang out, study, talk, or just exist for a while. Fair warning: parking is around the back and it's kind of a nightmare, especially when it's busy. Luckily I live close enough to just walk when I feel like it, which honestly makes the experience even better. If you like quirky indie coffee shops with character instead of the polished, minimalist style, this is definitely one worth visiting!!
