Great spot for some Cuban/Puerto Rican style food. The breakfast reminds me of any local bakery in the island with freshly baked bread, made to order antojitos (appetizers) and delicious café con leche. Prices are very reasonable, they have some nice breakfast combos to make your choice a lot easier. The menu is full of a variety of island delights for everyone and anyone looking to get a taste of some latin food.

Being from the island I both adore, and miss good authentic Puerto Rican food. I was in town visiting my in-laws and my fiancé told me about the spot that he used to go to when he was younger to pick up some soft Puerto Rican bread. So we stopped by for breakfast to get the egg and cheese pressed sandwich along with a passion fruit smoothie and it was absolutely amazing. I suggest bringing a friend along that speak Spanish as the two employees we encountered were true to their brand and spoke exclusively Spanish

    Desayuno bien bueno

Total lunch with flan $58... lunch ! It would not have been such a shock if the food was good. I brought 1/3 home to doctor up .. that was a lost cause. My flan was semi dry no juice to it or cream in taste. I do not know if I would go again and order something else. My two friends split a paella $85.00 and and two sangrias ...when they got their $ 118 .00 bill for the lunch with tip they almost passed out. They said it was good but not that price good for a lunch menu. But the presentation of the paella in a grilled fish was surprising.

Our waitress, Stephanie T., was wonderful! Since it was our first time visiting and we aren't very familiar with Puerto Rican cuisine, we had quite a few questions while looking over the menu. She was extremely knowledgeable and took her time explaining the different dishes, ingredients, and options to us. She was patient, friendly, and never made us feel rushed, which made ordering something new much easier and more enjoyable. And when I say the portions are LARGE, I mean it! We ordered the La Chorrera, and it is easily enough food for two people to share. The whole snapper is also huge and could definitely feed two people, especially with the sides. You absolutely get your money's worth here, so come hungry! The atmosphere was another highlight. The décor, music, energy, and overall vibe make you feel like you've taken a little trip to Puerto Rico without ever leaving town. It's lively, colorful, welcoming, and really adds to the experience of enjoying the food. Between the delicious food, generous portions, strong drinks, great service, and amazing atmosphere, we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit. We will absolutely be back!

When you walk up to the truck you are greeted by the friendly workers who advise you to place your order on the screen and if you need assistance they are more than happy to help. Once your order is placed they will send you a text message when it's ready. They do have a little canopy area with tables and seating, but it's so hot to be outside I opted to wait and eat in my car. We waited about 30 minutes before receiving our food and once we received it you could tell everything was freshly made. We ordered a combo that came with 2 pinchos, 2 pieces of bread, 2 orders of loaded fries,2 mofongo balls. And 2 drinks. The pincho meat is big meaty chunks and well seasoned. These were some of the biggest pinchos I've found in Orlando and the price was really reasonable. The loaded fries were ok, just typical fries with bacon and cheese. These mofongo balls had good seasoning, they weren't dry at all, and the perfect portion. The garlic bread was good as well and was soft. Overall everything was great! The seasoning on all the food was perfect, the portions were more than enough, and the prices extremely reasonable. The only negative I have to say is that it took long for us to receive the food but everything was freshly made and I appreciate all the hard work they do during the extremely hot fl summer.

The lady at the register was patient with me as I stumbled through my broken Spanish. She didn't suggest switching to English, so I must have been speaking reasonably well. So I ordered the carne frita (fried pork) with a side of tostones. When I go to any Latin restaurant, I have to try the tostones. Ever since Rice & Beans closed I've been on the quest for some good tostones. Piñones' tostones (no rhyme intended) were decent, but not quite what I hoped for. The star of the meal was the carne frita. It was hot, juicy and flavorful. I'll likely try it again in a mofongo.

The fried chicken wasn't bad, it had flavor and the tostones were nice and crispy. We didn't care for the rest though. The arroz con gandules was the driest I have ever had! The carne frita/maditas de cerdo had NO seasoning. I was so shocked! They tasted like unseasoned pork and oil! I was so disappointed because I wanted those so bad. The alcapurria de carne was ok, but nothing I would crave or come back for. There was no ac and it was like 90 degrees outside. If I lived local I would've taken the food to go but unfortunately, I had to sit there and suffer to eat one of the sorriest excuses for puerto rican food I've had so far. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately for us it was a big miss. The ladies working there didn't look happy to be there but neither would I if I had to work in those conditions! It was like a sauna!
