Pretty busy on the weekend but they moved surprisingly fast! I was able to order the strawberry milk which is no longer on their menu board but they still let me get it. Loved that you could see the real strawberry puree and fresh strawberry slice on top. Not overly sweet and reasonably priced! The inside is very cute and aesthetic but seating is very limited.

I went to Haan Coffee for the first time after hearing so many great things about it. I stopped by to get a drink and also work from there for a bit. The place is trendy and it t has a minimalist vibe. The color palette and decor are so warm and cozy. I ordered a strawberry matcha and a cookie. I was lucky to find a spot since it was packed. The staff were wonderful and they took the time to explain a few things to me. I thought I was a coffee connoisseur but I really had no clue what a "poor over" was. They explained it to me. Maybe next time, I will try that. Great spot!

I can be picky with coffee but this one was very impressive! We came in and there was a huge line, but it actually moved very quickly. After ordering, it took a little while to get my drink but it was well worth the wait! I got the jelly donut latte from their seasonal menu and it was sooo tasty! They make their own syrups and it tastes just like what they say it is! The raspberry and white chocolate flavors went so well with their coffee, which was so smooth and not bitter at all. The ambiance is very cute inside and there are lots of small tables, but since it's so popular you have to snag a seat when you see one! This is definitely a new favorite for me in Orlando.

Ordered my go to, the black sesame latte. Always consistent and best coffee in town. Quick and friendly service and love the Korean-themed ambiance and music. Highly recommend!

Recommended by my cousin when I was in need of a caffeine boost, and I'm glad she pointed me in this direction! This café has a wonderful, zen-like ambiance that immediately feels calming despite how busy it was. There was a fairly long line when we arrived, which seemed like a good sign, but the staff kept things moving efficiently and provided friendly service throughout. I ordered the matcha latte, and it was quite good. The matcha had a rich, smooth flavor without being overly bitter, and it tasted like they use a higher-quality grade of matcha. As someone who enjoys matcha, I could definitely appreciate the difference. The combination of the relaxing atmosphere, quality drinks, and attentive service made for an enjoyable visit. Even with the crowd, the experience felt pleasant and unhurried. I would happily stop by again the next time I'm looking for a good matcha latte and a peaceful place to recharge.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Orlando! Great drinks, friendly service, and nice aesthetics. I would recommend to try their Salted Black Sesame Latte and the Strawberry Matcha Latte. Nice space with lots of seating. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly and patient when my friend got to front of line and couldn't decide what she wanted. She loves the strawberry matcha and I got the Seoul iced latte which was a yummy creamy and sweet coffee. I would say mild flavor? I feel like I would suggest this item for a "beginner" coffee drinker lol. Super busy when we came at 10am on Wednesday. Lots of chatting tables and some on computers and reading too. I wouldn't work from here due to the limited space, low tables (bad for posture), and general hecticness of the environment but it's a cute spot for sure!

Everything I've had from Haan is delicious. From a simple americano to their black sesame latte. You can't go wrong with a signature latte or their matcha/chai. I love the decors and how it's always bustling by with people working or meeting for coffee. Great coffee shop.

The best matcha in the city lives here and their coffee is fantastic too. The inside has lots of tables, however it's always packed inside so sometimes finding a table can be a challenge. There's a couple things that don't make this place perfect. First, their matcha is made in the back. Considering they advertise ceremonial matcha, this is a big let down. Second is the employees. The last time I was there I watched a girl scroll insta on her phone for 5 plus minutes instead of making several orders. The other employees also have a devil-may-care vibe about them as well. This place is definitely worth a visit, especially if you aren't in a hurry or taking your drink to go.

Haan had been on the radar for a little bit and we finally checked them out! We were a little concerned about the wait since the line was long but they move quickly! My husband really enjoys the Black Sesame latte and I am obsessed with the Strawberry matcha. Both are really well balanced and smooth.

Haan Coffee Roasters has quickly become my go-to coffee spot! I tried the Black Sesame Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. Their croffles are also amazing and pair perfectly with the coffee. They also sell bags of coffee beans sourced from different regions around the world, and the prices are surprisingly good for the quality, sooooooo GOOOD If you're looking for great coffee, tasty pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere and service, I definitely recommend checking out Haan Coffee Roasters!

Korean coffee for the win! First time trying the Black Sesame coffee, so good! Everytime I've been the shop has been busy, but the line moves quickly. I love the decor and has plenty of places to enjoy your drinks and pastries.

It featured tofu (the menu says almond crusted, but it wasn't), house made lentil sausage, buttermilk ranch dressed kale, spicy aioli, on a brioche bun. It was SO good and I would absolutely order it again. 10/10 vegetarian option. We also got the herbed chicken salad panini and, again, super impressed! It's on toasted sourdough and came with our choice of side (oven baked sweet potatoes). The chicken salad itself was full of herbs and stood out! The sweet potatoes were also spiced and were a treat, not an afterthought. I loved the aioli dip that came with them and found myself dipping everything in it! I also got a matcha and an iced cortado. The matcha was fab- with a seasonal blueberry syrup. The coffee was actually a bit of a disappointment. It tasted burnt and we didn't love it. Quick shoutout to Matt at the counter who was a GEM when we were making our brunch picks. A friendly staff member can really elevate an experience!! Finally, they carry really good natural wines. I have been a Buttermilk Bakery fan for well over a decade. Until this last weekend…read more I got online at 8:15 in the morning to place my order. Each item that I selected came up with a message that read, "Our store is not currently accepting orders." I tried again a few minutes later. Then again. And again. And again. I tried to call and received a voicemail that stated a different number. At 8:50am, the option to order seemed to be back up and running. I ordered five items, including the Roasted Tomatoes & Goat Cheese Quiche. For context: I live 45 minutes away from Buttermilk Bakery. It used to be on my way to work but, as of a few years ago, that is not the case anymore. So, it is now a special occasion destination. Reserved only for weekends when I can make the trip. More context: I have been raving to one of my closet friends for years about how much I love this place. My most emphatic musings have been about the quiche. Today, since she and I were planning an afternoon poolside, I thought that I would surprise her with an assortment of Viennoiserie and other items. At 10:36am, I received a call from Buttermilk. The woman on the phone informed me that they had run out of the quiche. How?!? Once the website was working, I was able to place my order quickly and the item didn't even read, "Low stock." I know that this is a small problem in a world full of large problems, but the thing that really set me off is that when I arrived at the store, the person in line in front of me asked for the Strawberry Buttermilk Pie. He was told that they were out of stock. He was pleasant in stating that there appeared to be slices in the refrigerator case. The girl behind the register told him that they were being held for online orders. When it was my turn, I stated that no one had held my slice of quiche. She blandly said, "I am sorry," and proceeded. I then stated that I was unhappy and had driven some distance. She asked if I would like something else. I responded that the person on the phone had simply told me that I would receive a refund. I then asked for the girl to check on my refund. She said it was not processed yet. So, I said that I would wait. She needed to ask for help to process the refund. She wasn't nasty to me, but she did not care one iota. My effort and subsequent inconvenience meant nothing. I wonder if my refund would even have been processed had I not asked. My friend and I thought the pastries that we received were fine, but she is fitness-minded and was hesitant to indulge in so many carbs without the rich protein that the quiche would have provided. And, yet, more context: This happened once before. With the quiche. Maybe a year ago. Though, that time, I believe it was a butternut squash quiche. My husband needed to be in the area, so he suggested that he pick-up at Buttermilk. When he arrived, he was told that there would be no quiche. No call. No nothing. He didn't think to ask for a refund and we never received one. That time, I simply thought, "Well, accidents happen." This time, I think that I received very shoddy service. I felt very disrespected. I felt unseen. I have loved this place, but I am so disappointed.

I'll start with the positives: the space itself is really cute, it's in a great location, and I love that they have children's books available for families who come with their little ones. I also tried a chocolate ecclair, and it was absolutely delicious. Their pastries and desserts looked really good overall. Unfortunately, my experience with the food and drink was mixed. I ordered a matcha and avocado toast. The avocado toast was okay, but it was a little bland. The matcha, however, was extremely bitter. I'm not someone who typically asks for a drink to be remade or changed, and I really tried to drink it, but it was so bitter that it was making me nauseous. I politely asked if there was anything they could do, and I was simply told that there was nothing they could do and that I could just add more sugar. I understand that everyone has different preferences, but I do think there's an opportunity here to provide better customer service. Sometimes something as simple as offering to remake the drink or offering a replacement can make a huge difference in a customer's experience and whether they want to come back. If I return, it would probably be for one of their pastries and maybe a coffee rather than the matcha.
