I've been going here for 6 months, I've brought family to them too. I've never had any issues they do a great job every time. I get pedicures and for my nails I get powder with gel manicure. They're always fast, kind and I love that they're not screaming and talking across the salon in another language the entire time. We all know when you're at a salon and that's happening they're talking about the customers. The ladies here do not do that, if they talk to each other it's done properly. I went here a long time ago before they had upgraded the place and I remember not enjoying it that much and remembering they didn't do so great...but I must say, they have upgraded and did an amazing job on my nails!! I asked for ombré nails it cost me $55 I believe. I love them it turned out great and the staff were friendly! They take walk ins but you do have to wait a while so I suggests booking an appointment! These people were somewhat rude. We scheduled an appointment for 2 adults and 2 kids pedicures. They said we only scheduled for 2 paints for kids and 2 adult pedis.. The kids were very disappointed but we had no choice because they were too booked to let our kids get their feet in the spa.. Then the lady who painted my nails yelled and said "can you just relax your foot so that I can do this!" I had no idea I wasnt relaxing my foot though.. Then she put the paint on very crooked. I asked her to fix it 4 times and she just wouldnt so I requested Cindy fix them. She did. She was a lot more helpful. However, they are still very crooked. They charged $52 for my daughters fingers, toes (no spa) and for my pedicure. Way too much. I ended leaving a $4 tip to the girl who did most the work and $10 to the lady that fixed the tips. Friendly service but not sanitary at all. Got a gel mani and the cuticle cutter still had someone else's skin on it! I gave the tech a look and she disregarded it. Because I was on a time crunch, no time to look for another salon, I continued with the service. They use acetone to remove gel, so bad for your nails! Other salons use better products for your nails so they don't get ruined. Overly "sanded" the top of my nails after removing the gel, so much so I had to ask her to stop. Manicure came out nice (color and shape), not sure how long it will last but won't be coming back. Sometimes Yelp leads you astray :/ read more

Love how clean and nice it looked when I first walked in. My appointment was 5:45PM but, it took 25 minutes for my nail appointment to start due to the person before me being late... no biggie if your not in a rush which I wasn't luckily but the work and care that the nail tech put into my nails were awesome. She was super nice and gentle with drill. I noticed she's very tedious as well making sure they look perfect cleaning, outlining, and shaping consistently. I honestly have no complaints. I booked my appointment on the way out due how busy they were. The only thing that would of made it five is how long I waited but, I'm going to assume it's not like that every time. I went to get a hair cut and highlights. They cut my curtain bangs way to short I look like Dora the explorer. The highlights are not even close to the color it's supposed to be and they tell me it's identical I just need to curl my hair to fix it. No! That's not gonna change the color that's not gonna fix the length of my hair. Everything is wrong about this and they offered no resolution except telling me to curl it! I'm never going here again! Great service and attention to detail! The first time I came in, I got a full set. I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my nails that time but I was very happy with her work. The latest time I went, I got a gel manicure by Trish (highly recommend her) and I love how clean and pretty my nails turned out. The salon itself is clean and well maintained. Very happy with the gentle touch by the nail tech, but limited options for nail art. I asked for color powder nails with glitter powder, but they had nothing I asked for so I chose the best options I had. I was charged $60 for a fill which is crazy! I pay that for a full set with crazy design! To top it off they only take cash! I only you debit & credit cards! I guess they decided I'll charge this girl more since she doesn't look ratchet! Go to nail salons looking like trash to be charged the actual price of the services you're requesting! I'll just go back to Ty Hair & Nails where the options are endless. read more

Went twice for gel. This saloon's practice is to sand off the gel with minimal time for allowing acetone to soak in to chip off. The result is very thin nails. They want you to then use a combo of gel and dip for subsequent visits. It will be some time before my nails recover. They also frown on credit cards and will chastise a customer for not having cash. Exceptional experience, I will say that this by far the best pedicure I have ever had, No exaggeration. I started going to my regular place which although convenient, I had a very unpleasant experience a few weeks ago that still left me with a bitter taste. I had no peace about going to my convenient spot.. I had been to Cindy's years ago, she was very good and personable.. I decided to go back to my old faithful. OMG I was met with a remodelled salon, beautiful surroundings, relaxing, the massage chairs are extra ordinary, most important I felt nurtured..it was a team effort from being greeted by Ben, seated Dan, prepared by Ben and serviced by Vanessa . I felt totally relaxed and actually dozed off for a quick minute. I have challenging feet, and even after explaining what I wanted,there was no sense that I was being over concerned and most important Vanessa was confident. She did a beautiful job.. I would feel confident if Dan or Ben did my feet. The environment was clean, modern, serene and cost wise reasonable. Cindy still works there, I'm glad, since she was the reason why I chose to go back today. It's under new ownership... but the heart still remains. Although driving from Green Valley is an extra 10 min.. it was well worth it.. I wish the new Cindy's every success. I will be telling all of my friends, make this your place.. read more

I met Ty in the parking lot and she was so kind and told me she was able to take me now. I was so grateful because I had to leave for the airport in a few hours. Ok, where do I start. So I got a manicure a few days ago but the place I went to didn't do to well, the polish only lasted a couple days. I stop by Cindy's just to get new polish. The response I got was, "ohhh we don't have time." I'm completely surprised because on the door it says walk ins welcome, its 4 and you don't close till 7. Needed to get my nails did last minute, in a hurry and on a budget-- so I wanted a nail shop, not a salon/spa. This place is A-OK! Full set w/ french tips for $25. I was able to walk in no problem and have a seat at one of the 5 manicure stations. While I was there a bunch of regulars were getting manicures, pedicures and brow waxes. They also have 4 spa pedicure massage chairs, a private waxing area and 2 hair cutting chairs. The woman who did my nails did a really good job. one of the better experiences i've had with acrylics. She took her time paying attention to detail. I appreciated that she noticed me looking over the length of my nails and asked if i wanted them shorter and she did not have an attitude about going back and cutting them some more.
