The entire appointment was a masterclass in poor management and disrespect. Despite there being absolutely no one ahead of my wife, it took a staggering 45 minutes to complete a simple nail polish change--a service we were originally quoted only 20 minutes for. To make matters worse, the woman who initially handled us was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the encounter. She eventually passed my wife off to a man who from what she could tell was napping in the back room before he was tasked with her nails. It is frankly insulting to treat a paying customer with such blatant disregard. To top it all off, the polish itself was clearly watered down and applied poorly multiple times. Most places work on one foot at a time while your other foot soaks. Every other salon either uses the electric nail tool or polish remover and foil. At this point I hadn't even seen a menu. I asked for one and was brought one. She then begins filing again and scrapes my toe skin enough that I yelled out.
