I have known Tina for quite some time since she was under another salon just across the plaza. Until she little by little had her own and now this Swan which she basically runs and manage herself but share with her sister I think? She got to know me really well and know exactly how i want my nails done really simple clean look all the time! I am so scared of getting cuts, my pain tolerance is really low. She knows how to handle my ingrown toe nail. The only thing is she is getting more clients which is good for business but she gets too busy at times and rush a bit but she still manages a good job. I have been going to Tina for a while now. She is one of the kindest people I know. My mom and I got our Christmas sets this weekend and Tina did an amazing job as always! Tina is courteous, professional and listens to her clients. I asked her to add an extra coat of green polish on my set and she actually thanked ME for reminding her. We all know how nerve wracking it can be to speak up at a nail salon but Tina never makes you feel that way. Tina remembers your preferences so it always feels like such a personal experience. Her shop is relaxed and comfortable. I always look forward to going in every month. My mom gets acrylics and I get builder gel. I can easily go 5 weeks or more before getting my nails done again. Just in town for a baseball tournament and had tune in between games. When I called on a Sunday for same day appointment the manager opened the shop just for me and it was just her and I in the shop. New ownership and a huge difference. I had a full set of nails and a pedicure last week. Pedicure- no sanitized tools and she didn't know what she was doing. She dug into the corners of both my big toes and they still hurt 7 days later. No doubt will turn into hang nails. Full Set- Thick, uneven, and not fully adhered to my nail beds. Again, used the same used files so no sanitization. I do not usually leave negative reviews but wished I had read a recent one before I went. This salon is brand new - opened March 2020 right before the pandemic hit. I'm happy to see they made it out and are thriving. They're run by 3 sisters (so awesome) and they offer a multitude of beauty services - eyelashes, facials, brows, nails, etc. They're in that hidden left corner of the plaza, right next to Raleys in Suisun so parking is pretty ample either in the main lot, or in the back lot behind Raleys. Prices are really reasonable, and you can even text to book! How convenient is that! Check out their IG for more pictures and booking services. Dyanne is amazing and super sweet. She will become your literal bestie in like the 1.5 hours you're there. They accept all forms of payment, even Venmo, which is super convenient. The owner, Cece was extremely kind and so friendly and comical; she really made our spa-date so much fun and great to relax w/ my kid, who has been asking for a minute to hang out w/ her. Okay, okay...I know I've had reviews where I said I found my new nail spot, but this time I definitely did. I know so, because I booked mine & my daughters next appointment in advanced and I never do that lol! Diane took the time to make sure my nails were perfect, and she did not disappoint! Yes! A nice and CLEAN nail salon in Suisun! The owner is super sweet and nice... I appreciate that they use the plastic pedi covers, some places in Suisun don't but this is definitely a norm nowadays. The pedi chairs are also great, I haven't seen a pedi chair that has pressure and height options. Definitely try this new spot while they're offering 15% off.
