Don't get gel builder nails done here the technician Eric did a poor job! My nails were lifting off the tip in less than a week! I went back he one fixed one nail and did not fix the rest he just clipped of part of the tip off placed glued it and I had another one lifted and he played dumb! I paid $80 for gel builder and only needed 8 nail tips bc I had two of my own nails. Over charged and terrible job done for this to happen in less than a week! He used the cheapest tips, here. Nail salons needs to step it up if you are overcharging for services have some ethics and integrity to keep clients be clean and stop having techs who do not perform quality work!!!! read more

Wouldn't recommend, very rushed and overpriced service. My nails looked sloppy and the so called hand massage that's suppose to be apart of the manicure package was a joke. The lotion and cuticle oil was barely rubbed in. It was just plastered onto my hands and then quickly wiped off with a towel. I had nail polish that was on my fingertips and just a hot mess. This experience was a complete disaster. The service was rushed and unfriendly. The nail tech used a drill to cut down my natural nails, which was terrible. I wished I had walked out when he started doing that. The nail tech name is Jason, he didn't listen to my comments about the colors or shape of my nails. The nail designs came out okay, but the shapes and colors were terrible. The cuticles weren't even covered with gel polish, and it looked like they had already outgrown even though this is my new set. Horrible! Came here on a whims as I was in the area. Needed for them to take off my gel filling nails so I can go back to my natural nail. First indication of bad business was they asked me several times if I wanted to keep my gel nails. I replied No! This young guy takes a fake nail and uses it to get the gel off of my real nails putting me in excruciating pain. On my last nail the thumb he rips away and I scream. He tries to hide my nail as he quickly puts some liquid on it. However I look at my nail that's screeching with blood and pain I yell is my finger going to be ok? He says, Yes! My nails look horrible and the blood residual remains. He offers no discount, nor apology for injuring my nail. For starters he took off my gel inappropriately by snatching off the gel in a hurtful manner. He should have soaked my nails in nail removal or put a soaked Cotten ball with nail removal and wrapped foil in each of my nails. Now my nail is infected which I come back in to speak to the owner. She tells my husband and I that there are multiple ways of taking gel off so they were not in the wrong. However when my husband scolds her she says she is sorry . He's like sorry is not acceptable and explains how the car mechanic does not tell the customer I'm sorry for messing up your car as you don't pay for the service. She goes that's not the same thing? We tell her the concept is indeed the same. She refuses to refund the funky $25.00. I let her know I will be contacting the state agency over her establishment. I called and booked a 4 pm appt; when I arrived at 4 pm they told me 430... I decided to wait; the technician that started assisting me then did other things for the other techs - answering the phone, showing color books, talking -- while I just sat there as she came and did a little work and then stopped again. My nails didn't truly begin until 5 pm. Next, I was asked to move to another technician desk for them to assist me... which was fine, just added to the small annoyances that were already stacking up.... then, I asked for coffin acrylic nails and the technician lightly trimmed one side of the nail before cutting 2x the amount off the other side of the same nail??? So now they are uneven. Lastly, one of the nails isn't even ON my actual nail on one point because he filed it too closely; another finger is extremely thick. Would NEVER go back. The number 1 thing to know about this salon is they're dirty. Floors and stations are not regularly cleaned and/or sanitized. I came in for a fill and was charged $75. The nail tech that serviced me was ok until asked to correct a mistake and then began to mock me and gossip with other techs about my nails. He'd point and they'd all look over a laugh. This was my first time in this place & I'm very disappointed in my experience. This is my first experience at the salon I Have heard good things and seen some good work come out out of the salon, but when I had arrived, the lady who had great meat was rude, Then she proceeds to rush me to sit down. There's flies flying all over the place and then she goes to hit the fly with a towel and HIT ME with the towel instead. Then I proceed to choose the luxury pedicure that is the most expensive pedicure and expecting to relax and enjoy my service. They proceed to come out with a super hot rice bag to put on my shoulders with nail acrylic Dust all over it. Then I choose white gel toes with an acrylic big toe square shaped, and they cannot get the square shape to my liking. Then they proceeds to do the luxury part of the service, They try to bring a steamer over the water basin for the steamer is completely corroded because they do not use distilled water I proceed to tell them that they can clean that with vinegar if they clean their machines at least once a week. Overall, it was just underwhelming and I still paid $105 for basic white toes and a mediocre not luxury basic pedicure... highly underwhelming... read more

Rough/painful Pedicures! I have a pedicure and the young girl hurt my toe when she clipped the edge of my nail and to top it off she pulled it up and that's when it really hurt. The young girl didn't clip my pinky toe nail and now it looks longer than all the rest. The massage is a joke! The girl pulls on you legs and smacks your legs around. I want to be pampered not abused of! I let my nails grow in so that I could have long and straight French tips. These people did not understand what I wanted even though I showed them a picture of what I wanted! Then another nail solan woman began to work on my French tip manicure and she painted the French tip instead of adding a fake French tip! I love my nails!!! I explained to Jason how I wanted my nails and he did them exactly how i wanted it!! He took his time and made sure everything was done how I wanted it. This is the best my nails have ever been done. Salon is also very sanitary, seats and areas are wiped down right after use and there were only 2-3 customers inside at a time, 6+ feet apart. I went to this location for about a year,every 3-4 weeks. Yes, what other people are saying is true, the shop is dirty, run down & in a sketchy strip mall parking lot but I accepted it for what it is because I was happy with my nails. I always make appointments but after the last two times I won't be back. Recently I made an appointment in the morning for after-work & minutes before my appointment time I get a text saying the lady before me arrived late & wanted fancy artwork so my appointment was canceled. Uh, okay..... Then the time before that I made on online appointment that requires a $20 deposit. When I arrived Jason was working on someone else so I was referred to another tech (this after waiting 30 minutes) I did not want to lose my deposit so I agreed. This kind of thing might be okay for walk-ins but I like to make appointments and have them honored. I've found another shop that is clean and relaxing and better for me. I was referred by my friend to book an appointment with Jason to do my manicure. I called to ask if Jason was available to do my nails and the lady who answered said he was busy but that there are 2 lady techs who are just as awesome and promised that if I come in, they'll do it like him. I come in and the lady who picked up the phone does my daughter's mani and pedi but then has a guy do mine. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to be judgmental.. maybe he's good too. Wrong!! He was not friendly. I asked for his name and his coworker responded instead. He would stop a lot to watch other people or when people would walk into the salon. He was super rough even when I told him that it hurt a couple times when he was scrubbing areas of my foot that weren't even rough! Both my mani and pedi's have lint in them.. I told him I wanted a gel French mani and he said oh I have a good color for that and proceeded with doing powder instead. I told him I don't want them thick that's why I wanted gel and he said don't worry I'll file it down. I also said I can't have long nails but he proceeded to try to keep them long. He got irritated when I kept telling him to file it down more. Not once did he tell me to wash my hands so my hands were covered with dust from the filing. Maybe if he listened to my requests in the first place or maybe if the lady didn't lie on the phone... we wouldn't be in this predicament. Also, it's so dirty in there and they don't clean their tools. Looks like he used the same ones.. and for our pedis.. I seen she didn't rinse off anything and just covered the bowl where your feet goes in and then restarted the water for the next guest. I could see stuff still floating around under the bag and it was disgusting!! I wanted to just walk out. But as a respectful customer, I just finished. I did my nails a couple days ago and it looks like it's been over a week, almost 2 weeks old.
