Read other reviews with the same experience. This review is in regards to booking a bouncer at the park. I booked through their website which was already very confusing and convoluted. What should have been a $200 bouncer, pretty much doubled. After I had booked this bouncer, Blanca called and said I needed to add a generator (extra $129). I get the updated receipt and not only was a generator added but a specify time fee of $25 was also added. I admit that the generator fee is on the website (though a very confusing website) nowhere does it say that the specify time delivery fee is necessary. In any case, I decided to cancel my order and go with a different company. Thankfully I only paid a 10% deposit vs paying in full. However Cindy jumpers refuses to refund me the 10% fee and give me a "store credit" honestly it's laughable how petty and ridiculous that they won't refund me $20 for something they didn't make clear on their website. They also go as far as to tell me "well I could've asked to waive certain fees." The burden shouldn't be on the customer to ask to waive fees if the fee isn't necessary in the fiest place. Literally admitting they charged an unnecessary fee to me without me even knowing. I'm not the first to mention the hidden and added fees, check out other reviews. This company needs a better system for booking. Their prices are also NOT competitive. I ended up going with another better bouncer company for almost half the price. No secret fees, no confusing website, not even a damage waiver option (because that's not actually really necessary apparently), no travel fee. I try to be fair with my review so I will give them an extra star because they were quick with their responses. And I'm sure if you book this for a private party at home this would've been a simple streamlined booking. But i am terribly disappointed in their customer service - from the owner to his supervisors to his employees (who also spoke to me in a condescending manner. read more

Online booking was easy and making the change via phone was also easy (staff was responsive and helpful).
