I needed a Snow Cone Machine 2 days before my party. I was able to to go to Cindy's Jumpers and reserve one without a problem. They have many to choose from and it comes with 60 cones and 4 bottles of syrup (2 Blueberry and 2 Raspberry). You need to buy ice separately which I did for like $5 at the 99 Cent Store. I picked it up on Sunday morning and dropped it off the next day before 1 pm. The Snow Cone machine was the hit of the party. I will definitely go back to Cindy's Jumpers again. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this company! I ordered the wrecking ball game, which the site lists the size as 30x30. I have a giant driveway and measured it out and it was about 33x33. I thought...there's no way this jumper will take up the whole driveway. I called them and asked if they over-measured and they told me it's 30x30 and I need an extra 3 feet around. I was really nervous it wasn't going to fit, but I checked other websites with the same jumper and they all had it listed as 25x25. I called Cindy's Jumpers about 4 times just to verify everything was okay and that my measurements were alright. I spoke to a very kind woman named Jasmine who was very helpful and even called her boss to see if the measurements I had would work. Her boss said it would be okay, but if I wanted to downgrade before the party just in case, I could do so without any charge. The jumper arrived on time and totally fit with a ton of room around. (the actual jumper is not 30x30...its about 25x25...slightly larger than a regular jumper). They were quick and efficient and picked it up on time, no hassle. I really appreciated the great customer service. The last time I rented a jumper, I got a lot of attitude from the person I spoke with over the phone, so it was all around a very pleasant experience. I was very happy with Cindy's Jumpers. I live in Lynwood and have tried MANY places around me. The jumper we rented was a basic 11x11 and it was VERY CLEAN!! This was super important to me as I once rented a jumper from a different place with MOLD all over it. Cindy's Jumpers was very professional and great communication. I've been using Cindy's Jumper for the last few years for a piñata tripod for my daughter's birthday parties. This year I decided to do all my rentals with them since I had good experiences from the previous years. However, this year was completely different. I was suppose to have my delivery at 11 a.m. but instead I didn't get it until 1 p.m. During those 2 hours, I called and kept getting told my delivery would be arriving within a certain amount of time, and as time passed, my delivery had still not arrived. I thought it was unprofessional that I had to keep calling to get updated on my delivery, rather than the driver or a customer service rep calling me and keeping me updated. My delivery finally arrived, I only had an hour to setup for my party. I had guests arriving and offering to help me finish, rather than them sitting down and enjoying themselves. The items were delivered clean and good condition. That is about the only good thing about this entire situation. I emailed the owner the following day to express my disappointment and all I got was an apology and excuse for a late delivery. I paid a lot of money for a late delivery and bad customer service. Highly disappointed in Cindy's Jumpers. Walked in to ask some questions and look at the quality of some of their items, Jasmin (sales person) was highly unprofessional. Never even bothered to get up from out of her seat. When we asked a question, she responded as if we should already know what we want (i.e. Size, quantity, price, etc.). She provided no assistance whatsoever. Any time we spoke, she interrupted us by saying she was very busy. Guess, we should have known we'd get this service. When we first walked in she took one look at us and said 'I'm going to have to email my boss to tell him I'm saying overtime'. After all her interruptions, she looked at me and said, 'I'm basically online shopping for you'. No more than 2 years ago, we received excellent customer service from this place. The worst service ever! This was my first experience with Cindy's jumpers and let me tell you it was horrible. My husband went into the store to purchase one of their packages. He went in already knowing what we wanted. He paid the 40 dollar deposit and left with his receipt. The day of my sons birthday party the delivery guys came to deliver the jumper, it was suppose to be a 7 in 1 and when they set it up right away I notice that it was not the jumper we ordered. And the copy that they had of the receipt wasn't even our receipt. I was very upset, so I told the delivery guy to call his manager, so he did and he told him I would like to speak with him and the man would not get on the phone with me, they gave me no explanation all they had to say was "oh well that jumper isn't available right now" well no shit you guys got my order wrong and gave it to someone else. So on Monday I called to speak with the manager there, Edgar I believe his name is, I wanted an explanation and to tell them how unprofessional they were, but of course he was not there so the young man on the phone said he will make sure he gets the message and have him call me back, now do you think I received a call back? No I didn't. So I called the following day, no answer, called the day after the following, and still no answer. So no I will never order anything from this company again. So unprofessional, no compassion, not a care at all. The deliver guy even said it's happened a few times. That's sad. My husband went into the store! I mean come on! How do you get it wrong! All I wanted was an apology and an explanation but they didn't even have the courtesy or balls to do that. So no, no Cindy's jumpers for my family. read more

I rented a canopy, chairs, tables, table cloth, jumper, and a generator for about $600. Their prices are straight forward and you can view it online. I paid for the total amount in advance before my son birthday and on the day of the party they delivered it earlier (which I appreciated) and picked up on time. We rented two churro machines and two soft serve machines for a middle school event. The churro machines were fine, but we had several issues with the ice cream machines. One turned right on but never froze. The other didn't turn on. We called for help at 4:30pm and help didn't arrive until after the event started at 6pm. The vanilla machine began to work after that, but never caught up or produced the promised 3 cones per minute. The second machine swirled all night but never froze. We didn't get one cone from that machine. During the event we continued to call for help or a replacement machine but our calls were not returned. After the company picked up the machines, we were told they worked fine and we wouldn't be getting a refund. By the way, they demand CASH up front, a dubious practice and one you should never agree to. read more

We rent jumpers 4-5 times a year for different occasions. Cindy's is by far the cleanest we've had. Their drivers were quick to set up and take down. With the delivery fee they weren't the cheapest, $10.00 more, but they came through when our regular jumper place couldn't accommodate us due to a lack of drivers. My only quibble is that their website wouldn't let me apply their coupon because of a purchase quota. I was short by 4 bucks when I used the coupon, so I couldn't get my discount unless I called in my reservation. read more

A++ for Cindy's Jumpers. I ordered a water slide for July 4th. The reservation, delivery and pick up was completed without any problems. Two years ago I used a different company. They showed up on the 4th with a regular jumper and stated they were out of water slides. Last year a different company did not confirm orders or provide receipts on their website. You had to place your order with a phone call and hope that everything went as scheduled. I rented a soft-serve ice cream machine from this company for my daughter's birthday. On the day of the party, the delivery guy situated the machine and tested the electrical connection. Everything seemed to be working. He then left with a couple of instructions to prepare the ice cream, which I followed to the letter. When the party started and as our guests started helping themselves to the ice cream, the machine wouldn't work at all. The ice cream was frozen but nothing would come out. I called the company several times to get some help. Nobody was answering my call until I finally got hold of somebody from the warehouse. The warehouse guy tried to walk me through the repairs and nothing worked, including changing the electrical outlet. We plugged the machine into several outlets, it still didn't work. We tried plugging in some other appliances into the outlet to check if the outlets worked. Guess what, the appliances worked. I was getting really frustrated at this point because I was spending all my time on this machine when I had a party to get back to. The warehouse guy finally said that he'll send someone in to take a look at it. Nobody of course came until pick-up time. I contacted the company to voice my dissatisfaction and all they can say is that it was our electrical outlets fault and therefore they're not issuing a refund. Long story short, this company does not care about their customers and providing quality and honest service. They will not support you if something goes wrong and in a Party, a lot of things can go wrong. Stay away! There are many other rental companies out there who does not only provide quality products but an excellent customer service as well. read more

I got the party park package with the Shopkins design for the jumper and my daughter absolutely loved it!!! The drivers came right on time! Great customer service! My time was suppose to end at 6:30 but i had asked the drivers if possible to give the kids 30 more minutes to jump and for us to finish cleaning up and they did :) the kids were so happy! The nacho machine could have been a hit but it kept leaking cheese when it wasn't in use, so we ended up with more than half of the cheese still in the bag.
