Not a good theater to plan and depend on, had multiple incidents where the listed showtimes on web search for their theater doesn't match when you go there. Can at least recall 3 such times, where we went for a movie after checking in web search a few mins back, but the movie is already out of theater. Another time, the showtime was way different than shown on web. This is the only theater where I had issues of showtimes and movies, not matching to what's shown on the web search. I love the seats at this theatre. These seats are the most comfortable luxury loungers. I like how they are red in color. The only issue I have is they serve their veg patties on weekends only. Those are so hard to find but those are also my to eat snacks while watching Bollywood or South Indian blockbusters read more

Decent theatre for Indian regional films. I like that they have recliner seats which add to the movie experience. Ticket prices are comparable to other theatre chains. I haven't tried the concessions stand or any other facilities. read more

I came here about a year ago, and it was not bad. This time, the experience was negative. In particular: Samosas were the worst I have eaten in a very long time. Greasy. Bitter. Stale. When I provided feedback and suggestions (e.g. don't sell this batch to customers), the staff gave me blank stares. Odd. Seats are recliner and comfortable, but have stains on them. Watched Avengers End Game two days ago, on April 26 at Fremont Cine Lounge. It was the 6:45 pm show in Auditorium 5. I had invited two other friends to join me from San Mateo. Half the movie watching experience was ruined for us! There was this intermittent white noise in the background for a few noticeable seconds. And this interrupting white noise occurred at random intervals throughout the entire length of the movie. Perfect theatre for Indian films.. I love this theatre so much. The projection is good and the best part is the recliner chairs. It's clean and well maintained theatre. It's surrounded by many shops, restaurants and all. The samosas and the mint chutney in this theatre tastes yummy. They have a cool soda machine too. The other best part is they have "Discount Day" every Tuesday where you get ticket for half the price. There is online booking as well. read more

I had accidentally dropped my wallet between the seating in theater 4 and front desk last Saturday evening. Thankfully, some customer or staff at Cinelounge picked it up and left it at the front desk. When I approached the desk to collect it, they were trying to s if there was a numbr to reach out to me. We visited Cine Grand to watch a Kannada movie "U Turn". Theater has powerful sound system, recliner sofas. Well maintained ambience. We had no ads problem. Movie was screened as scheduled. We used to visit Towne3 in San Jose previously for regional movies even tho Towne is old and not as swanky as Cine Grand. Hopefully Cine Grand continues to show Kannada movies! Wow has this place changed! I remember coming here a few years ago but now it's gone under renovation and is an amazing movie experience. I came to watch a popular Bollywood movie with a big group, it was great bc I was able to come early in the day purchase tickets and choose our seats so we could sit together. Bought 4 movie tickets online early in the day for a late night showing. Found out that two of the people couldn't make it and figured this theater was like any other and would return the two tickets. The showing was at 11pm and we got there at 1055pm. What a shitty theatre, this place is absolutely horrible.. the staff here is unfriendly and will not help you out if you ask the a question. The theatre itself is extremely dirty and the staff fail to clean the seats after every showing. There were wrappers and popcorn all over the seats. The sound system is bad, the boss system I have at my house sounds better then their system does. This place gets zero rating for cleanliness and hygiene. Floors and recliners have left over food and soda which attracts fruit flies and mosquitos. I watched 2 movies in 2 different months but had same sad experience. One could see flies in front of their face once it goes dark. read more

This theatre might as well be in a metro in India and this is a very good thing since indian movie goers have pretty high standards! It looks fresh and brand new. Has reserved reclining seats. The movies have intervals where samosas, cheesy nachos and popcorn flash seductively across the screen, ah home! 7 screens that are kinder to all indian film releases a lot longer than other theatres that do screen indian movies. My only complaint was that the me and women restrooms are on either wing so if you happen to be watching a movie on one side, you might have to convince the ticket checker at the other wing that you are purely there for a nature's call and not trying to sneakily catch another movie au gratis! You can also truly complete your 'indian' movie going experience with a dinner at one of the many indian restaurants that surround the theatre! read more

Few weeks ago when we went to watch the movie, it took about 35 minutes for the movie to get started. So many ads to watch first before watching the movie.
