There aren't any men's bathrooms, not even ONE behind the ticket checker. So if you lose your ticket stub or there are two other men using the bathroom you're SOL. There are two family bathrooms, but you're either left holding it and missing more of the movie, or holding it. There are only two women's bathrooms. Whoever planned it ought to be dropkicked in the face. They have lovely seats and everything else is up to par but, seriously..? read more

Been coming here for years. Sometimes the theaters are too hot though. But it's close and convenient and the seats are really nice now.

They are amazing! The employees are so nice and welcoming. It is a great place to bond with people and it is great for going on a date. They have a little arcade to the side and it is so much fun to go there, play in the arcade on a date and then go watch a movie. read more

Normally I go to Megaplex. First time going to Cinemark in AF, and it was really nice. I took the wife to see XXX in the luxury theater. The reclining seats are big spacious and soft. And the price was great. The only issue is that the popcorn was not great but it was certainly adequate. read more

The place is dirty. The seats are disgusting and the floor hasn't been cleaned in weeks. We had free passes to a movie. We will not be back even if it is free. Now I know why no one goes to this theater. Stay away from this embarrassment. read more

We see movies every weekend and have on occasion gone to this theatre due to timing or location. The last time we went the ticket cashier was leaning almost laying on her elbow, the concessions staff acted like you bothering them and the theatre was dirty. This place needs to get some management that is interested in customer service and train their staff properly. read more

HORRIBLE. I spent 30 minutes trying to buy tickets online and their set up is a JOKE. Got through it multiple times and triple checked everything is correct and at purchase it says "timed out" while I had 5 minutes remaining -.-. Go to any other movie theatre than this crappy one. read more

This theature is usually slow. Lots of open seating. Grab your tickets and seats later than say Orem or Provo theatures. Larger with more leg room in seating. read more

By far my favorite theater. I go to this one every time. The popcorn tastes better than other theaters, and they have very nice customer service. Have never had problems here. read more

Worst food ever I could barely drive home after our movie from throwing up and only took 2 bites! They need a health dept inspection.. First I got a pretzel took one bite and instantly tasted something off so o thought maybe it was just that one part so I tried another bite .. Same thing tasted rancid or the water they dipped it in to salt it was from the bottom of the garbage bag in the back food garbage(how do you get a pretzel wrong) i took it back and traded it for a hot dog tried to make the manager smell it because it was rancid he must have known a little because he didn't want anything to do with it, which I paid the difference they had to microwave the hot dog to get it done in a reasonable time as I was missing my movie for this. Got back to my seat and the one side of the bun was so stale it was hard and I couldn't eat that half so I tried eating the half of the bun but still wasn't right so I gave up and just ate candy ... This angers me because the food was so old and so bad that I almost couldn't drive my kids home because I was so sick! On a lighter note ghostbusters was great I missed some of the end though because that's when the sickness hit me :( read more

I have been a long time customer of Cinemark. My daughter and I go at least once a month, sometimes 2 or 3 times. We are connections members. Today was the absolute worst experience I have had at this theatre. My daughter and I were sitting in the back row, and there were 2 people on their phones literally the entire time. Some kid was on an iPad right next to my daughter. One of the guys who was on his phone the entire time, his daugter was a nightmare! She was literally jumping off the seats. Running around, climbing on the rails, jumping up and down right in front of us, the entire time. Finally about halfway through, I got fed up and went and complained. I was told that the manager would be right out. The manager ignored the call 3 times, and someone had to go knock on his door in his office (we had seen him go into his office after ignoring the call). He finally comes out, and I make my complaint. He assures me he would take care of it. So I go back into the theatre. The manager comes in a few minutes later, walks up to where we were, stands right next to the guy, who is literally on his phone, and his daughter is using the seat as a slide, stands there for a few seconds and then just walks away doing nothing. Needless to say I was pissed! Don't assure me you will do something, then do the exact opposite. I wish I would have gotten his name. So, clearly Cinemark does not care about their customers when they make a complaint, and then see exactly what they were complaining about and just leave. Clearly they hire incompetent managers who do not know how to run a business. I am not happy at how this whole situation went down. I was talking to the girl taking the tickets before the manager came out, and she was saying they had a complaint like this just the week before, and they had asked the rude customer to leave, and gave them free movie tickets. So, either the manager I saw was completely incompetent, or they are not consistent in how they train the managers. Either way, not cool, and you have one very angry, annoyed, paying customer. Apparently, it was to much for me to ask for the same respect and consideration. Get it together Cinemark, or you will lose a long time, regular customer. read more
