Everything was clearly explained, itemized, and incredibly easy to understand. A week after booking, more family members decided to come, so I needed to make some changes. Their events team handled everything seamlessly without missing a beat. Their customer service is truly five-star. When we arrived, there was a large welcome sign with our family name on it, which made everyone feel special. Our bowling lanes were ready to go, decorated, and waiting for us. The food arrived fresh, hot, and delicious, and everyone loved it. Most importantly, my kids, grandkids, my wife, and the rest of the family had an amazing time. They have the Coca Cola freestyle machines. The Diet Coke brew was good. The imax theater doesn't have lounger chairs, but it was still pretty comfy. But we went to their competing theatre this week and it may have put the nail in Megaplex's coffin. Out of the last 8-9 movies I've seen, they have had kettle corn available only once. And it literally tasted burnt. The kid said, "Oh yeah, we ran out of sugar..." And the other times they just said, "We don't have any." On our last visit, we saw quesadillas were back on the menu so we ordered one. NOPE. The kid said, "Our grills aren't hot..." My friends and I are kettle corn people. We don't go for the buttered popcorn like everyone else. And now that it's consistently unavailable, we will indulge in our sweet and salty delight elsewhere. On top of that, the new app doesn't show your loyalty rewards points. So yeah, not loving what Megaplex is(n't) offering.

This venue perfect for a date night or going with one other person, as opposed to a large group, because the seats are very private. (Or opt for a non luxury option and sit right next to your friends.) I kind of missed the old school classic Megaplex feel but it was really fun to try the new experience for myself. Someone was cleaning the bowling area but never came to help. Eventually we asked the theater concessions and they were nice enough to let us order from the menu and bring it to the theater. We were only ones in the theater except for 2 others and they forgot to turn the lights off. So we had to find someone to turn them off. We were glad someone was walking by and didn't have to go to far and miss the movie I can see since it's new maybe not as busy and staffed properly for a Sunday. It was the busiest I've seen it.

Bathrooms were decent and clean. Overall this is a "solid" theater. I've come to expect theaters with the big, comfy chairs that recline. That wasn't the case with ours. The chairs rock back and forth but that's it, and the legroom isn't the greatest. It felt like an early 2000's experience where you are super close to the other person and can't get as comfy as you'd like. Theaters have come a long way since then, but some are still...back there. Overall, a cool place, but our comfort kind of lacked.
