Great place! Fun to go see movies at and love the atmosphere! Food is overpriced but that's every movie theater.

Restaurant Review Only!!!…read more We walked in with HIGH hopes. We dine in the theater all the time and absolutely love the food (even with the limited menu), so we assumed the sit-down experience would be the same vibe, same flavor, same magic. It was... not. Let's start with the good: the ambiance is gorgeous. Classy, clean, comfy booths, great lighting. Our waitress was great -- attentive and kind. No complaints there. The gal who brought out the food, however, looked like she had rolled out of bed and maybe hadn't met a hair brush or dry shampoo in a week. Not exactly the impression you want in a kitchen staff delivering your food. We ordered: nachos, French dip, chicken quesadilla, and a kids chicken strip + fruit. The kids chicken? Chewy. Rubbery. My daughter took one bite and decided fruit was the safer investment. The nachos were decent but painfully bare. The cheese sauce covered maybe 60% of the chips, there was basically one scoop of pico trying to stretch across the whole platter, and the meat chunks were so large you had to engineer each bite. Also... rib meat on nachos? I'm open-minded, but I'm not fully convinced. The chicken quesadilla was solid and generously filled -- maybe almost too generously? It somehow crossed into "so loaded it forgot to be cheesy" territory. But it was fully eaten, so we'll give it that. Now. The French dip. The one I was most excited for. They tried to reinvent the wheel with short rib and Gruyère. Not traditional, but I was willing to trust the vision. The plate comes down -- no au jus. So the girl goes back to get it. While waiting, I snap a photo and notice a hair standing straight up out of my sandwich. Love that (at least I saw it before eating...?). I calmly sent it back. The rest of the table had finished their meals before my replacement arrived. So that's always a bummer to eat alone. I do appreciate that they remade it, but the second plate came out looking rushed and messy compared to the first. Presentation matters. Like the fries were reused from my first plate and just dumped or something. Flavor-wise? I ate about 90% of one half and called it good. The flavor combo just wasn't my thing. Now -- because fairness matters -- we have to talk about the in-theater dining (same restaurant, totally different experience). We LOVEEE the tavern fries and the pepperoni pizza. Like, drooling level. Just make sure the pizza actually comes with the fresh basil and the tavern fries have the green onions. When those garnishes are missing, the flavors feel heavier. When they're there? Elite. For us? Theater dining forever. Sit-down dining... probably not again. Ambiance: 10/10 Theater food: Elite Sit-down experience: A reminder that not all menus are created equal

The biggest highlight for us was the Dine-In Luxury service. You can order meals, appetizers, and full-sized desserts right from the comfort of your movie seat. The servers deliver everything right to your seat! It felt very elevated. With that, comes higher quality food but also restaurant-level prices and portions. This venue perfect for a date night or going with one other person, as opposed to a large group, because the seats are very private. (Or opt for a non luxury option and sit right next to your friends.) I kind of missed the old school classic Megaplex feel but it was really fun to try the new experience for myself. I could get used to having my cinema snacks brought straight to my chair!

Yay they are now open. I've never been here before, so I didn't know what to expect…read more First thing I noticed was how clean the lobby was. Staff was welcoming, and very nice. We walked right in, and didn't have any problems with our ticketless ticket on my phone. No waiting in line for the concession stand either. They do have a food delivery service, but I'm not sure if they are still delivering food since covid. I would never use this service anyway. It's just easier to get your popcorn, and head for your movie. Pretty fast and easy. (I'm not sure I would like the interruption of food delivery while watching a movie.) Theater is on the smaller size, and are practicing social distancing when buying tickets. I actually like this idea, and wish they would keep it after the threat of covid is over, if it ever is. When choosing your seats the computer "blocks" out seats next to you, on either side, so that no one other than who is in your "party" will be seating next to you. Individual screening rooms are on the small size as well, However, the seats are large comfy lounge seats that lean back with drink holders on the side. When the movie started my grandson covered his ears waiting in anticipation of the promo, at most movie theaters, that promote the very loud sound systems. I don't know why they do that, because it is very loud. I tried to get his hands away from his ears, but he wasn't having it. It wasn't until after all the previews, and not until the movie started, that he took his hands away from his ears. I don't know if it was because of the movie we saw, or if it's because they don't have the speaker system of other movie theaters, but the sound was perfect. Not to loud, that you have to worry about loosing your hearing. All in all a pleasant evening.

Like why would you lower down the AC on every theater & make us feel like we are inside on a sauna! This is just not acceptable , even in California we went to watch movie they were doing the same crap! Movie tickets are already expensive, we took the time to come to a theater to enjoy our time . On top we buy mad expensive popcorn & drinks . And being not comfortable is just not ok at all . I am thinking I will be canceling my prime membership!

Some of them do say 1 hour parking so watch out for that. My husband, some friends, and I went here to see Marty Supreme. The lobby feels a little dated. It was being your own bucket day at the theater, and I was very excited to get to use my Taylor Swift bucket!! The people who helped us were nice. I got a popcorn, Diet Coke, and Red Vines. The Red Vines were incredibly stale. Other than that everything was good. The seats in the theater are the luxury loungers so they recline, and I love it!! The seats in our theater also had seat heaters, which were an added bonus! Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I asked if they could print my tickets (since other Cinemarks I've gone to, once the tickets are scanned, they can't be printed. So I make sure to ask before getting them scanned) and they said yes but mumbled something afterwards. When I asked what they said, they replied they were "just complaining about their workplace" It was just an odd first impression. The popcorn was good, and they had a deal for National Popcorn Day where you could bring your own tub for $5. Unfortunately, they have the soda machine that uses one nozzle for multiple drinks, so the soda never tastes quite right. The theater itself was clean and well kept. The employees at the concession stand were also very friendly and polite.
