Would not recommend going to see any live streams/movies here. Over priced for messing up a live stream. Floor was also very sticky, shows that they do not clean that good. Bathrooms were sticky flooring and no toilet paper in any stalls either. Line for tickets and food was long as well, they only had one person working the stand. I would recommend going to another theater instead of going here.

I chose a 6:10 delivery, movie start time was 6:15. Food arrived 6:10 on the dot. Inside the theater the floors were clean and the seat was comfortable and also clean. I agree with other reviews that this theater was cold. I brought a blanket based on other reviews and I was glad I did. I definitely recommend bringing a blanket or dressing warm. Common areas including the bathroom were clean and staff seemed friendly during my visit. I was surprised to see the low reviews on Yelp. They definitely don't reflect my experience. I wouldn't think twice about returning to this theater and if you're in the area check it out. Ordering online and selecting snacks/drinks in advance made my visit easy and I recommend taking advantage of the opportunity to go virtual. (There is a full bar here as well)

Unfortunately, the "premium" IMAX audio experience just wasn't there. This is a concert film, so I didn't mind paying extra for the presentation. But everything below about 80hz was missing--no bass punch, no low-end rumble, nothing. The movie even showed bass drums visibly shaking on screen, but there was no sound to match it. I double-checked with a spectrum analyzer app just to be sure. It sounded the same in the lobby as it did in my seat. I ended up leaving early. After reading positive reviews from other parts of the country praising the "amazing sound quality," I feel like I definitely didn't get the experience I paid for. If the audio isn't fixed, I can't recommend seeing it in IMAX at this location.

When I step out during the movie to buy something Im trying get back in as quick as possible because I'm literally missing the movie. Joseph wants to do everything as slow as absolutely possible standing there with his mouth open. I pay and then have to literally ask for him to get each item afterwards or else he just stands there catching flies. Since Ive already paid for a popcorn I shouldn't have to say, "can you make my popcorn?" Cmon man get with it already

Additionally, the volume was very low, but we could hear the theatre next door's audio in our own theater. The only good thing about the experience was the reclining seats and food / drink tray. For the price we paid, I expected better quality. We could have paid less and gone to a nicer theatre, but we chose a more local option and paid the price. He assured us that he "had us down" and our date was set. A couple of months later (still 4 months out from our party date) he called to let us know he had given our date away because "he had not heard from us." After we reminded him that it was he who insisted on not having an agreement/deposit, he kept our date but then our prices started being a lot higher than we originally discussed. He continually forgot several things we had agreed on and would say "I did not have that in my notes." He insisted he would need to charge us for a helper during the event, but when I pressed him on what specific items he would need help doing during the party, he could not give me one. Months before our party we agreed that we would rent the tent, use the barn, as well as the bottom two rooms of the Castle. During our event, one of our guests went to use to restroom below the Castle and was treated rather rudely. The owner insisted that he had not agreed to allow us to use the bottom two rooms. Every step of the process of planning our party was made difficult by this man. The property is beautiful, but do yourself a favor and have your party elsewhere. You will be saving yourself the grief of dealing with this man.
