Nice theater. Good movies. Good food. But it's getting old. It's definitely seen its heyday come and go. So many of the seats are filthy and broken. They are due for a re-do. Like yesterday. Lots of young rude kids now. Kind of pricey. Staff doesn't seem to want to be there. Movie experience is very good when kids aren't texting on their phones or laughing and joking. Always a good experience. The adult section is the only way to experience a movie. It's very comfortable. They food is average at best. I'd recommend eating before you arrive or after. Went to see Black Mass last night with the hubby. We've been to this theater many times because it is close to our home. We often times sit upstairs in the Premier section. I'll have to say, the cocktails are great (Moscow Mule - in the copper mug!) and the food is decent for a movie theater. The servers are not distracting at all and I like that your seats are pre assigned. Last night we sat in the general area of the theater. One thing that was a little disappointing was that you can hear the audio from the movie in the theater next to ours. At times it was distracting. At internationally quiet times of our movie, we heard loud animated sounds from the animated movie next door. Seats were a little worn and "springy" as well - an easy fix though! It was very clean and friendly staff. We will be back. read more

Takes ages for the showing list to get updated. The popcorn is terrible. Everything is expensive. One time I went there and the person selling tickets is stupid. No offense. They kept selling two tickets when I asked for one. And they did that to my friend. Have no idea what her name was. Also, the seats are nice. Also, I met a kid named Glenn. Currently sitting in theater 10. This place is trash. Half the seats are broken and they're all dirty. My back is about to cramp up sitting in these garbage seats before the previews even start and I feel like there's the plastic from inside the seats being rammed into my ass cheek. This evening my husband and I came to this theater to enjoy the movie, Minions. We do not live close to this theater, but had dinner at a local restaurant and decided to see an evening movie. This had only been our second time at this theater, but since we enjoy going to the movies, the location has never been an issue as long as we see a film that interests us. We purchased our tickets with no problems. Then we went to the concession stand, and ordered ice cream and a drink. I ordered a waffle cone with a scoop of cookies and cream and chocolate chip cookie dough. The boy rang in the order and went off to make the cone, however came back quickly asking if I wanted it in a cup, then that they were out of cookies and cream. I changed my order and asked for plain chocolate instead of the cookies and cream. The boy again returns, this time with a cone with 2 scoops of plain chocolate. Now this is honestly nothing to complain about, it wasn't what I ordered, but I didn't ask him to fix it, and we paid and went in the theater. This is where the disappointment of this theater began. The theater began settling in. We expected it to be crowded, and have children there because this was indeed an animated film. I'm not complaining about either of these issues. Right as the movie was about to begin, a family of 5 entered our row. There were only 3 open seats left, next to the aisle. The lights had already dimmed, but it was evident that the man was carrying an infant child carrier. The woman was holding a child that couldn't be over 2 years old. This family squeezed in the 3 seats. The man sat right next to my husband and put the infant carrier directly at his feet, and pulled the infant (a child about 3 to 4 months old) into his lap. What upsets me most about this situation is the lack of respect and safety. In a dark theater, there was no safe way to leave that aisle, especially in a case of emergency. Throughout the entire movie this family continued to switch seats, for the comfort of the children who continued to squirm around in their seats. I honestly felt bad for the people sitting behind us, because the toddler was continuously standing on her mom's lap, and the people in front of us whose seat was jostled more than once to fit the infant carrier. I was at my wits end by the end of the film, and was waiting to talk to this couple. However with about 10 minutes left, they began packing up everything and moved to sit on the stairway aisle, so they could dash out to leave. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in the staff of this theater. I understand it is a parent's choice to bring their young children to the movies, however what good is it to bring an infant into a theater to a crowded evening show. The safety alone is what pushed me to write this response. It is unacceptable to allow this in your theater. I would have brought this to the staff's attention earlier, but feared I would make a scene just by trying to leave the theater. Climbing over top of people to leave is not okay. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

This theater and its staff work hard to maintain a clean and safe environment at all times, say hello and thank you as you're coming in (look for Rey tearing tickets!) and before leaving most times, and offer every kind of concessions known to man/woman just about! While there is no such thing as perfect, anywhere, I love this theater and its staff for their obvious efforts to make it that way, and for their dedication to, well, movies, which is why we all go to the theater. While it still has some work to do on some of the seats, the customer service makes up for it in spades. Yes, concession prices are high, as they are in EVERY entertainment venue (service industry people know that this is because it is the only way these businesses make any real profit), there are plenty of deals and combos if you just look or ask. A++, and my first choice for a movie night any day of the week. read more

This theater will get one of the few things they need to do wrong almost every time. Aspect ratio was off for the trailers and the beginning of movie (blurry and enlarged showing only part of picture), walked out for refund. Last attempt there was no sound. Told them during the trailers and they said it would be ok for movie, it wasn't. After sitting through silent trailers, Jurassic World began and we had to make our own egg cracking sounds! Several minutes later, one speaker popped on. Many times have had to tell them to turn off the lights or cut the sound up beyond tv volume. Broken seats? Child's play! Just get the lights, sound, and projection right and I'd be happy. We drive to AMC West Chester now even though we live in Florence if we care about our experience... this theater obviously doesn't. read more

So glad I have other options! Rave will not be receiving our business again. First, we had to move three different times to find chairs that were not broken. Then the power went out during our movie. When it came back on the movie had apparently continued without us. The staff did rewind it for us, but we saw pieces of the film out of order. Now I don't fault them for this. You can't predict some things, but when I went to inquire what had happened, I was treated rudely by the manager, he was disrespectful and was obviously too busy to talk to customers he'd already taken money from. We also had purchased a large soda and COLD popcorn and were refused refills. The popcorn was there, popped and just had to be scooped, like I said, cold, freshness isn't something they are concerned with. The computers were down, I get that but why can't we have popcorn? No explanations given. I can let go the broken chairs, the disruptionS in the movie, the cold popcorn, the terrible service, in fact all of that has happened before and you wouldn't hear a peep from, I'll look for the gold in people, but when my family has been disrespected I'm gonna YELP all I can!
