Jeeeeeeeeeesus H christ i cannot say enough about how awesome this theater is with its awesome selections & varieties of snacks & drinks. So many opportunities to get a choice between all their alcohol & it is crazy cool! In some cases you can order your food & a staff member will BRING your food to your assigned seat so you can go hog wild on your chow when the previews start. Crazy comfy leather reclining seats here too & god DAMN they are fanfuckingtastic!! The popcorn with butter on it is just straight up tasty as fuck!! The place is always clean & staffed with folks that really care that you get to your movie before it starts & I appreciate that! so much tasty shit to choose from in terms of snacks & drinks that are all fairly priced. Sometimes i get too drunk at bar louie so i cant drive so instead I stumble on over to the theater & choose a random movie that i have no interest in seeing but those seats in here are so god damn comfy I just fall asleep in the chair & wait for the movie to end then I can drive home. As soon as I walked in I saw a line out the door for popcorn I waited and when I got up to the front i had to wait for the popcorn to be ready due to there lack of preparation and when it was there was no Butter. So I walked to the stand to scan my tickets and there was no one there I waited another 3-4 minutes for them to get to the stand after all of 20 minutes I was seated and ready for the movie. The movie was, good the workers where oblivious I left a pair of head phones there and I called many times I got hung up on once I was put on hold for 15 plus minutes once I had to hang up I called 2 other times on different days and they said they had the head phones and I could come by any time and pick them up I came by they said the didn't think to put them in the lost and found and they had lost them. Over all they where the most unorganized business I have ever been to. And I still don't have my air pods read more

Always - Always go for the movie on their biggest screen to get the most for your money! It's the one marked XD. The screen is huge, the effects are great. 3D movies are fabulous - coming from a person who hates 3D. The food is decent for a movieplex. Gets delivered to your seat. I still don't get it though. If they had an app to order food during the movie, that would be much more useful. Instead, you basically order it and walk inside, they give it to you in the next 5 mins before the movie begins. We will never be able to go back to a regular theater after being here! Love the large selection of food and drink. At first I wasn't fond of the book your seats ahead since it makes spontaneous movie going impossible, but now I actually prefer it. No rushing to get there an hour early to get a good seat. The chairs are so comfortable. I don't start to fidget around and hour and a half into my movie. Love the tables as well make everything so much easier. read more

Theater seemed nice, didn't get to watch a movie. They double sold our tickets. Then pulled us out of the theater when we found people in our seats. The solution they offered was to let us either see a different movie or charge us $9.75 to see it in 3D two hours later. When we asked if they could write off the $10 because they gave us the wrong tickets and I really didn't want to see a 3D movie, the ticket girl looked at the manager and said "No, we can't do that." We also paid $18 for two drinks and a popcorn. The manager asked if there was anything else she could do to make this right, apparently the only solution was to refund our money for the tickets, not even the popcorn or drinks. read more

Absolutely worst movie experience I've ever had. One of the people serving concessions harassed one of my female friends, telling her she was too drunk and trying to kick her out. Keep in mind they have stamps on the wrist bands to keep track of their 3 drink limit. She had one stamp. When I confronted him I was kicked out and the refused to give me any kind of compensation. Excellent experience! I'm not sure if this place is under new management, but it was an absolute treat to spend the evening here. EVERY SINGLE PERSON made a point to make us feel valued and appreciated. Everyone made it a point to SERVE us, almost to the point that I didn't feel worthy. And it seemed genuine, like everyone loved their job. The place was spotless. We ordered sliders and fries and it was delicious. Let's start on the positive. The theater was nice, clean, and the seats are comfy. Not as posh as some of the other "luxury" theaters I've been to, but fairly decent. The theater staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The beer on tap during a movie is quite nice. The movie quality was great, as was the sound, so no complaints on the movie going experience, however... The "Bistro" part is quite the stretch. It's nothing more than your crappy movie theater food. No one was eating anywhere that I could see and after I tasted my meal, I knew why. I figured this being the first time, I would play it safe and just get a good old, easy to prepare, difficult to screw up hamburger. The hamburger bun was so greasy it was soggy and was more like a paste smeared on the bottom of the burger. It was dripping with mayo (even after requesting very light on the mayo), the lettuce was a brown, wilted, soggy gross mess, and the burger fell apart so bad I felt like I was eating sloppy joes. It was so bad I couldn't make it through 1/3 of it and ended up tossing the rest. I would've rather had a McDonalds Big Mac, and I never eat at Micky D's. The tase was rancid and awful and even after trying to mask it with a scoop of Ice cream, a beer, some of my wife's coke, and some gum, I still had to brush my teeth an rinse with Listerine to get the greasy memory off my taste buds. All that to say, if you're going for dinner, please pass. If you're going to see a movie and relax, then it's a good place. My two kids, who are 10 and 14, rode their bikes to this theater today to see a movie. Since the temperatures are well into the 90s, they took a couple of bottles of ice water and some sunscreen with them on the ride. Upon arriving, they were told that the small backpack they brought to carry the water and sunscreen could not go with them into the theater and that there was nowhere it could be stowed until the movie was over. The only options they were given were: 1) leave the bag outside; or 2) get a refund and go home. After my son called me to tell me about the situation, I talked to the manager on duty, who said that, given Cinemark policy, there was nothing he could do. That's it. That's all he had to offer. Okay, so let's review the situation: two kids on summer vacation ride their bikes to the theater to see a movie at noon on a Tuesday and, not illogically, have with them a small backpack containing water and sunscreen that isn't allowed in the theater. Okay, fine. In this situation, a thinking person might well have come the reasonable conclusion that, if the backpack itself really was the problem, the water bottles and sunscreen could be removed from the bag and stowed somewhere beneath a counter or somewhere (again, we're talking about noon on a Tuesday, not 7pm on a Friday), and that the bag could be folded up and left with the kids - or perhaps that even the water and sunscreen could go with them too (last I checked, people bring full purses into this place all the time). Instead, the vacuous position of the manager on duty was that there were only two options (see above). So, not wanting to deny my kids the enjoyment of going to see a movie on a hot summer day, I quite inconveniently left work to drive all the way to Cinemark and retrieve the backpack in question so that they could enjoy their movie - the last movie anyone in my family will ever see at this ridiculous establishment. read more

It will be 5 stars when they step up their popcorn game and the concession staff is doubled in size and efficiency. Everything else about the theater is top-notch. The seats are amazing, nobody's head will ever be in your way, and beer and wine as an option is always welcome (limit 3). Since it's a Cinemark the popcorn will always be mediocre and that's a major bummer, but let's hope the now-painfully-slow concession staff get skilled reinforcements in the very near future. Granted they just opened less than a month ago, but a visit to the concession stand is such a ponderous experience it makes one want to skip it altogether and bring in contraband. read more

My family and I will only go here for movies. We love the seating (very comfortable) and the ability to select our seats online. I never have been one to go to movies often but I have started to really enjoy it. We have only ordered a couple of things off of the menu besides the typical popcorn, etc..These were quite good as well. The employees have always been quite nice as well. read more

Do Not waste your money ordering a drink at this theater, I ordered a glass of wine and for $7.50 got a Dixie Cup with a black line marked at the 3-4ounce mark for the pour. Worse, I asked for an Angry Orchard bottle that was sitting in the cooler in front of me and was told they couldn't sell it to me because there were only two left for show! The floor manager the clerk asked about it glanced at me and told her to "sell her something else" I'm a person not a pronoun if you're going to be snotty at least address me directly!! Had an awesome experience at this theatre. Unfortunately we had a group of boys next to us being very disruptive and they were throwing trash around the entire theatre. Moments later the manager kicked the boys out of the theatre and gave us free passes to our next movie just because we were sitting next to them. Very great experience with everything else as well. Love this movie theater! Very nice inside..super comfy seats...a little pricey in regards to tickets and food items. 2 drinks, a small popcorn and two boxes of candy was $22. Restrooms are clean. The only small complaint I have is that the person sitting next to us wouldn't be quiet during the movie. They felt the need to talk. After a few minutes..I told them to shut it. My mom purchased tickets ahead of time... She purchased 2, then a little later purchased 1 more - so total of 3. Top 3 seats together. We arrive at the theater. She has the credit card she purchased with and scans to get her tickets. We get 2 tickets but not the 3rd. Scans the credit card again and the machine says it is unable to read it. the manager gets called because we would like the 3rd seat that we have purchased and paid extra to prebuy. The manager says unless we have the confirmation #, she can do nothing for us. So basically their system is so bad that if you purchase with same CC more than one transaction, you need to have the confirmation to receive the 2nd purchase? Clearly, they could see that the 3rd ticket was purchased. At this point, a GOOD manager would have apologized for their crappy system and given us the 3rd ticket since they clearly were not sold out. HOWEVER, instead my mom had to purchase a 4th ticket so that the 3 of us could get in. The manager proceeded to say if you bring your confirmation in we can refund the unused ticket. Really? It was $7 ($5 night + fees to prebuy) ... you should have just given us a ticket. Aside from that, the seats were nice and the movie was good. I've been to other movie bistros and they offer in seat ordering. I would suggest the manager take some training in customer service and possibly talk to corporate about getting better systems. read more

Went to see Split 1/21/2017 in stadium 2 5pm showing, 3/4th the way through the movie, EMS was called for person in the theater , Employees politely filed us all out into the hall until the emergency was addressed. They gave everyone free movie pass and topped off, concessions. Upon reentry to stadium 2 they ran the movie back about 10mins( I believe we were all out in the hall for 15 to 20 minutes) so that viewers could refocus on the movie. All in all a good experience. I hope the young man is ok that was assisted by EMS. read more

I went to see a movie with 3 of my friends. We walked in and where laughing and talking. We walked up to the register to buy tickets. The manager approached us and told us that she didn't feel comfortable selling us tickets because we exhibited "signs of intoxication". Myself and my 3 friends are all 18 and had not had a single drop of alcohol. The manager made a gross assumption based on no legitimate evidence. I am unbelievably disappointed and offended. We went to see the hunger games tonight, and this theater has a 3 drink maximum in which they stay your wristband to Track. After buying one drink then being in the movie for 30 minutes my girlfriend and i went to go purchase another deink at which has point the employee disrespectfuly told me that my girlfriend was too "wasted" and gave us a glass of water instead. Being humiliated in front of hundreds of other people I took my crying girlfriend to speak to the managers at which point they brought out security guards telling us that we need to leave if we're going to complain. After explaining the humiliation we received they told us that they believed we were on drugs and can't tell if we are already intoxicated. I believe that they only said we were on drugs due to the nature of our race since we are not white. This was gross negligence and horrible service for customers trying a new theater for the first time. I do not recommend this theater they have no ideals for customer service and only try and shut you up with their security thugs when you try and speak to a manager read more

I intended to spoil my new SO with an evening on the town. We went to this theater to see The Good Dinosaur, and everything went great at the beginning. The staff were polite and helpful and the popcorn was divine. However, about 32 minutes into the movie, we realized this was the poorest excuse of a movie ever made. A Triceratops with woodland creatures on her helmet thing? What the hell is that? And we were truly offended by the dog boy. I don't know what the intended message was, but I fwelt the enire human races were told no more alcohol for you who do they think you are Iam an american and thiss is ridicullish some girl erica cut off her finger and bled on my pizza giving it an oaky flavor and this banks fellow is a dooshbag who wouldn't know how to make mac and cheeze if she squeezed it out of a plastic bag. Do NOT purchase seats in rows A-C. We purchased seats in row B for Star Wars in the 3D theater. Row B appeared to be the back on the seating map online when we booked, not the front of the theater. It is impossible to see the screen you are so close and the movie is completely unwatchable. We had to leave the movie 5 minutes in it was so bad. I can't believe that they would even sell tickets to these seats they are so terrible. The "bistro" food is subpar, ordered sliders and tacos which were flavorless and dry. The theater itself is nice and it has good food and drink. Staff has always been friendly. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because I am tired of this theater really not having a wide selection of movies and really catering to kids. There have been several award winning films that I would have loved to watch in this theater but they stated they were not going to get the movies at all. While I can appreciate any theater having children's movies, they need to step their game up when it comes to the movies the adults want to see. read more
