This place is the Bentley of movie theaters. First it has valet parking - NEVER have I seen that before. In the parking lot you saw your fair share of luxury cars. And then you walk in, yall they have a dome in the middle of the theater with clouds. They have a bistro and a second floor!! Again so mesmerized by the look of the inside. When I was taking photos of the inside I probably looked like a tourist but that's ok! lol We watched Toy Story 5 for a birthday party. The party room was a nice space and was kept clean, the staff were very attentive and the theater was clean. This feels like an old-time movie theatre with a huge lobby. It has life-sized movie posters, and art-deco inspired details. I always leave time to pop upstairs and enjoy a burger and fries before a movie. One of the best burgers in town! The bartenders double as servers and work really hard so remember to tip them!!! If you don't finish your food/drink, you can take it with you into the theatre! The bathrooms are always clean. Sometimes there is a slow line at the concession stand so it helps to order your snacks ahead and pick them up, or even have them delivered to your seat! read more

I've grown up in this area all my life and this is my go to movie theater especially on tuesdays which is the day I went due to the Tuesday cheap movie deal. We came to see the Michael movie and had no trouble buying a ticket on site but noticed there was strange smell in the theater. We also were annoyed at how filthy the area around our seats were due to the employees not properly cleaning. The restrooms also desperately needed a proper and deep cleaning. However we were happy with our popcorn we got from concessions and the drinks at the bar and the overall movie experience was great. Will I come back? Yes but I want them to train their employees better and have management step up! read more

I went to Cinemark today for the first time in a while, and I had a really great experience! I was talking with a staff member named TJ in the elevator, and he asked what movie I was seeing. I mentioned that I wanted to order food to my seat, and he directed me to exactly where I needed to go. I got popcorn and candy at the concession stand, then ordered a pretzel appetizer to enjoy during the movie. The popcorn was so fresh and buttery, and the pretzel was really good too! TJ was the one who brought my food right to my seat, and he was very professional and kind. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else I needed, which I really appreciated. It's always nice when someone goes out of their way to make your experience even better. I really enjoyed the movie, and the service made the experience even better. Very beautiful clean theater. So many different snacks and food you can buy before your movie starts. There's pizza wings pretzels popcorn mozzarella stick hot dogs drinks water sport drinks candy chocolate too many to mention Loved the comfy recliners. They have little tables connected to the recliner so you can eat and out your drinks on it comfortably while you watch the movie. The bathrooms were clean. The movie screen is pretty big and clear. Normally a great theater, but we had a really negative experience here last night. We were seeing Nuremberg, a World War II era movie, which was being shown at around 10:00 p.m. Usually I don't go to late movies, but because it was the Thanksgiving holiday we decided to pop in and catch a showing. So the movie was playing, there's about 15 people in the theater and about halfway through, four or five drunk or high idiots showed up and started getting really obnoxious. They're playing loud music on their phones, cursing, laughing over the movie, really ruining the vibe. Multiple people asked them to be quiet but they just got more rowdy and confrontational. I and another patron then went over to the reception and told one of the workers about what was going on. He said he would tell a manager. I asked if there was a security guard to assist, he said no. We then returned to the auditorium and as I tried to re-engage with the movie, these fools were still carrying on, absolutely ruining the entire experience. After about 10 more minutes I realized that nobody was coming to deal with them, so we decided to leave. I was really disappointed that management decided to abandon 15 movie goers with their inaction. There's no security? No staff to help? Now we have to deal with the mob as we try to watch the movie? Completely unacceptable. Either get some security or more competent managers, Cinemark. read more

Took 33 kids here for a field trip and had a smooth experience! We sat in the balcony loveseats. The kuds felt like VIP. Lol! I worked with Nellie to coordinate everything, and she was friendly and helpful. We pre-ordered snack packs (popcorn, ICEE, and gummies), which made things easy, though the kids still wanted to buy more snacks with their own money. Some kids were disappointed that certain menu items weren't available. Pizza was shown but not being served since the pizza maker wasn't in, and there was no cheese for nachos or pretzel bites. Still, the staff moved quickly and kept things organized. I ordered lunch from the restaurant upstairs. Crispy chicken sandwich with chipotle garlic fries delivered right to my sear. The sandwich was tasty, but the fries were way too salty. I swapped them for regular fries, and those were so good, I definitely should've started there! This was my second field trip here, and we came all the way from North Miami. That should say a lot! Not too crowded, friendly staff, and super comfy seating. I'd come back again. read more

I hadn't been to this theatre in at least 3 years or more. I ordered my ticket online ($1.99) fee, which was easy. The email confirmation had a written code which allowed me to pick up my ticket at one of the computer kiosks in the lobby. The food concession area is huge and offers a lot more then popcorn, soda and candy. They sell milkshakes and pizza, there was a staff member behind the counter making pizzas. The seats are super comfortable and recline fully. There are 13 theatres within this complex. read more

My girlfriend and I were in the lobby having an early lunch, when the sweet girl who was working at the snack bar offered to replace our popcorn since she just made a fresh batch. Such a kind gesture. The reclining seats are very comfortable and the sound system, in my opinion was very good. The concession area had a small selection of merch, and although it was quite expensive, some of it was cute. It was early so we found parking directly in front of the main entrance, which is always nice. This is a really nice, very clean theater and I will definitely come back! read more

I'd been to this movie theater before, but it's been quite a few years. And I'm sure I did a previous review, but it's not appearing anymore on yelp. So here goes... I came this past week to see the movie, "Wicked". I met a girlfriend here who lives north, so this was a good middle of the drive time place to meet up. Plus, as our movie choice was a long one, it was nice to have as many time options as they offered. In fact, coincidentally, not only was this a convenient location, but the theater had the best times for the moving showings from which to choose. The theater itself is located north of Glades Road and is easily accessible from I-95. The parking lot is large. As this was a morning show, mid-week, I was able to park right out front and walk right into the theater. I'd purchased my tickets online prior to coming to the theater. It was very easy for them to just scan the QR code and provide actual paper tickets in exchange. The theater is immaculately clean and really quite beautiful. Elegant is a good description. And it's huge with a lot of different small viewing spaces, tables and chairs to rest at -- or eat at -- and we didn't even go upstairs to the bar/restaurant area. We stopped at the concession stand to grab some early lunch and some snacks. The gal behind the counter explained that the combos weren't really any cheaper than buying the items individually, but just suggestions. As expected, prices are high for anything you'd buy here. But the hot dogs we both got turned out to be very, very good. And they even volunteered to give us freshly made, hot popcorn in exchange for what we'd first been given. Our reserved seats were comfortable. They recline as desired and there's a little table and drink holder in front of each seat. The screens are massive, so it was easy to see and hear everything. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience coming here --- and I'd certainly do this again. read more

Warning! Management is a Failure: for the midnight premiere of the Mandalorian and Grogu every single person in this team failed miserably. The 11:30pm movie was delayed an hour due to someone "vaping earlier in the day". However, patrons were never informed and had to leave the theatre to remind staff multiple times to start the film. After the film finally started, it was in 3D but tickets were purchased for an XD showing. Patrons again, had to leave the theater in the beginning scenes to grab 3d glasses. Some patrons even took it upon themselves to pass out 3d glasses, something cinemark staff should've been doing. Finally, the movie only lasted 30 minutes because the reel ultimately failed. Management never entered the theatre to offer explanation or remedy, one employee was simply on stand by at the register ready to issue refunds. read more

I love this theater. They do a great job at taking care of the place. Popcorn is good, sound from the theater is amazing, service is awesome! I've seen a few movies here: Hotel Transylvania 2, I Can Only Imagine, Godzilla x Kong 4, and the concert film, Imagine Dragons: Live at the Hollywood Bowl (with the LA Film Orchestra). This was a place that was declining heavily over the years and I had mostly stopped going, due to the Ipics opening. Took my daughter the other day for a movie that wasn't playing anywhere else. I must start by saying WOW! From the candy, to the checkout, to even a full alcohol bar downstairs now. Then went upstairs and saw a room with pool tables and everything for free use. They have definitely put some effort into uplifting this location and I will be back again. Nice to not only be stuck watching the few movies IPIC shows. read more

I'm surprised I haven't review this theater. I've been coming here for years and it's one of the better theaters in the area. Located on Airport Rd in Boca Raton they offer valet parking in the front and there is plenty of free parking on the sides and a parking garage in the back. With 20 theaters inside they show the latest releases. Clean and comfortable, reclining lounge chairs are in the downstair theaters This time the only seats available for the show I wanted were upstairs in the balcony. I remember when the upstairs was called "The Premier" and it was designed to be exclusive. Now, its just a typical balcony with large sofa type seating called loveseats with a moveable arm in the middle. The seats upstairs do not recline but still come with tray tables to hold popcorn and food. The Bistro upstairs is open to everyone so if you want to get a bite to eat before or after your movie you can. Concession stands are downstairs and there is also a smaller one upstairs. You can order and pay ahead for popcorn and drinks. Haven't tried this service even though it's convenient, they say they will deliver to your seat or you can pick up. read more

Still my favorite movie theatre. We come here several times a month. There is no questioning where we are watching movies just what time. Or if we are doing the upstairs seating or regular downstairs. Regardless of where, each room is always clean, plenty of seats, comfortable. The upstairs has "love seats" great for a date, and they have the bar/ restaurant that can bring food right to your seat. Downstairs, they also have a small bar and concession area, plus reclining seats. They have XD, 3D, lots of rooms to show lots of movies for everyone to enjoy. 5 Stars read more

I LOVE coming here. This theater makes me really feel Like I am at the movies! It's big, roomy, seats are VERY comfortable with a-lot of leg room and plenty of spacing. Everyone here is nice and attentive, especially at the food area. You don't feel rush, no one looks lazy or act like they don't want to work. Everyone so far is very nice. The food menu looks good too although I haven't tried it yet. The area has plenty of restaurants to pick from nearby so we are always full before the movies. We live 25-30 mins away but I will drive to come to this theater. Plus, the mall is right around the corner, so some shopping before or after never hurts. Well, it may hurt my husbands pocket but not mines ;0) Overall, great place for date night or even with the family. Certainly one of my go to. read more

We went here to see Oppenheimer and surprise surprise we were upstairs in one of the roomier theaters. It also is a small theatre so basically all the seats were taken and even this couple switched seats with us. The theatre is run down a little as each one of these theatres needs a face life. They do have a game room still with ping pong and a restaurant which I wouldn't say is the best. The movie theatre is convenient to where we live and it works for us. I used to go to this theater all the time back in the day. I came back to see a special showing of an old movie with the mother. I was surprised to see they completely redid the restaurant/ bar area. We went for a matinee so it was pretty quiet. We didn't eat in the restaurant but I got a drink at the bar to take to our seats. Overall this theater is a bit run down. We got the upstairs love seats and it is a lot nicer they have a full bar along with regular food and theater food. However by the time we figured that out we had already gotten the theater snacks down stairs. I felt like the employee who checked out ticket didn't give us much direction of where to go so we were on our own figuring out where exactly to go. It was much cleaner upstairs on the live seats. While we were looking for how to get up there I noticed how bad the normal seats are. I also will say it's kinda disappointing that the love seats don't recline when they were sold to us as the better seat options.
