There are no grab bars to assist it getting up. Turns out this room is for hearing impaired disability. I go to take a shower before meeting family for dinner. I notice I'm ankle deep in water. The tub is not draining. I unscrewed the drain cap hoping it would help. It did not. I reached down and pulled a gawd awful mess out of the drain. Something was at least 12 inches long. Also a little bag with writing came out. Called front desk asking for a manager. None on duty. I requested someone come down right away to see this mess. Front desk clerk and a maintenance man arrived. Desk clerk said I should have called for maintenance. Tough to do in the middle of the shower. I asked for a reduction in price. She couldn't do that but would give me points. Received an email stating I got 2500 pts. Later I call the Marriott 800 number and registered a complaint. He couldn't change the price but gave me an additional 2500 points. Got a case number and was told management would contact me. Will attempt to attach a photo.

We booked a "birthday blast" and were so pleased with how much fun was packed in to 2 hours without feeling rushed! Aaron and Kiara were exceptional hosts and this was by far the easiest kids party we have ever hosted! Even the adults had so much fun hanging out with the kids and other adults at bowling, in laser tag, and in the arcade. I'm sure we will be back and I would absolutely book another party here!
