I had used the app to get the seats & snacks and I don't think I would ever do it the old way again. It was so much easier than standing in the lines. The whole place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint and it might just be mine, but the sound is always so high and previews are way too long.

This is still very reasonably priced compared to other theaters around. I don't go to as many movies these days (not as many as when I wrote my first review back in 2013) but I always check the Parkade's showings as my first go to option. He's now 27, so it's been quite a while, yet the theater hasn't changed too much. It's still quaint and cozy with friendly service, yet no reclining seats. You're able to pre-buy your tickets but you can't choose your seats online. Gallery could maybe use a remodel but it's fine, as long as you're not expecting the latest technology.

I hate big theaters that seat close to 100 people. They have done some renovations. They now have the reclining leather seats and they have a tray for food that swings in front of you and it has a cup holder in it. The recline on the seats is perfect and they are so comfortable. The seats and theater is also very clean. The worker who we bought our tickets and concessions from was also very helpful. She pointed us towards a drink and popcorn combo that ended saving us money and getting us more popcorn and drink! I literally don't want to go to another theater besides this one - not interested! I do not live in the area, but I am more than willing to make the drive to experience this theater again!

The people who run and work there are always super nice and helpful. The only thing that kinda sucks is screen 3 radio tends to always have white noise background static no matter where you're parked, never had an issue with the other screens and stations. It's not bad enough to make me not want to see a movie but to some It may be distracting or annoying other then that it's still all around a great time

Very well-maintained with a small bar and snacks stand; the gallery portion featured unusual prints and artwork. The area in which the band played was comfortable and roomy and although the seats were fold up style there was plenty of space to stretch out. The executive director of the organization was on hand to greet people when they came and when they left, showing the dedication of the staff. I will definitely be back for another show.
