The XD theaters upgraded the seats in the XD theater. The seats are now heated in the lumbar region and have tray tables. Unfortunately, if you put a drink or popcorn bag in the tray table it obscures your vision of the screen. The seats now have the seat number on the head rest so they are easily identifiable in the dark. The only thing I don't like about the seats is the seat reclines and declines as one unit--the legs and back do not adjust independently of each other. Went to see Animal Farm and while sitting in my seat it got super hot, I tried to turn the heat down then tried turning it off, it wouldn't cool down. I have a huge heat burn and huge water blister on my back side now. So be cautious w the heated seats. I ended up sitting on the edge of the seat the remainder of the movie. Not fun! read more

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your theater. I attended a screening of [Obsession] on [May 17, 2026] at [5:50pm], and the environment was completely unacceptable due to uncontrolled phone usage.From the moment the feature film started, multiple individuals throughout the auditorium kept their phones out. I was constantly distracted by glowing screens, text message vibrations, and even audible notification chimes. At one point, a patron a few rows ahead of me was openly scrolling through social media with their screen brightness set to maximum.This behavior completely ruined the immersive experience of the film. Your pre-show trailers include a warning to turn off mobile devices, but this rule is clearly not being monitored or enforced by your staff. Movie tickets are far too expensive for paying customers to have their night ruined by a lack of basic theater etiquette and oversight.I strongly urge your management team to train your ushers to actively monitor auditoriums and strictly enforce your device policy. Until visible steps are taken to ensure a distraction-free environment, I will be taking my business to other theaters. read more

Ordered online for my 14 yro Son and my 17 yro daughter to see FNAF a PG13 movie 2024 which started at 5:10 and was prepaid for to be refused entry because it would last longer than 6pm. PLEASE do not go to this theater, I've never heard of this and Fandango refused to refund my money because of policies that aren't fluid in any other cinema corporation. I'm fine with them losing money with these kind of policies, I just wish they didn't take ours before we knew this existed. When we placed the order for these tickets they were over 12 which is an adult ticket, NO WHERE, did it come up upon purchase verification that you would be informed of any of this. So 2 seats they got to charge extra for because my kids were denied. Use your money to make change. I come here all the time because my kids are both in school and I've got time to enjoy some movies! I love everything about this theater. They offer early movies (9:30am) and their theaters are always clean and comfortable. The employees here are all super friendly and helpful, and are always smiling. I love that this theater has the refillable popcorn and drink containers that are good for the whole year. I use these and my Cinemark Movie Club and I get a small popcorn and small drink for $5. read more

My experience with this movie theater ruined my whole night. Planned to go see the new Godzilla movie with my friends, and we were all excited until we were denied access when trying to go in because you have to be over the age of 17 when we are all clearly over 17. We are all 19 and 20. With full beards and since a single one of our friends didn't have his id so we all couldn't watch the movie. Even though the other 3 of us proved we were of age by multiple years. On top of all of this the rating for the movie is only PG-13. And the friend that didn't have his ID tried to show a picture, but according to the fake security guard, the picture wasn't "good enough". On top of everything we were the only group stopped when trying to get in. Everyone walked in with no asking of an ID. Will never be giving business again. read more

DH and I got to the ticket window and were charged $12.50 per ticket!! That's more than double the price!! We chose to leave rather than be swindled. But last time we went they were under prepared for The Batman premier. Paid for food and we found out they didn't end up having it. We got about half of what we paid for. This is my first time visiting a Cinemark. I REALLY like the comfortable seating, the spacing between the aisle and the cleanliness of the theatre. The popcorn was fresh and buttery. The screens were large and crisp. The staff was friendly and attentive. My only personal grrrr moment was when I booked on the app there was a convenience fee added to my booking for booking online. Which I find futile but that is a personal opinion. They could have a very well thought out process as to why there is a fee. On the other hand-- I do like being able to choose the seating prior to getting to the theatre so that I get the spot I enjoy the most. They have plenty of snack choices and pop flavors. I will say the prices of snacks always make me laugh because HOT DAMN why are they so expensive. Give us some coupons or a bogo once in awhile. With that being said it doesn't deter me from watching a good matinee and losing myself in a cinematic feature film. What makes this location stand out is of course you guessed it the lounge style chairs. I know everyone refers to them as stadium seating however, I had no idea what that was so I am opting for lounge style. I like that the chairs are comfortable plenty of wiggle room AND THEY RECLINE. Yes, folks that is exciting because what better way to enjoy your snacks, pop and movie with out a good reclining session. Coming from out of town for the holidays, I was excited to see a movie with my mom. We planned the evening around the movie time - figured if we get to the theater at 7:15 for an 8:00 movie the day after Christmas we should be ok. After getting there and parking, it was a relief to see that the lines weren't too long. Even more of a relief to see the show wasn't sold out on the prompter! However, once we got to the window.. our excitement was shattered when we were told there was only 1 seat available. "How can that be?" I asked, we got there so early! "Online reservations", mumbled the teenager behind the glass. "All of them?!" I exclaimed. "Yup". While i can't argue the convenience factor of reserving seats online before hand, this is not a major concert or event where tickets have to be purchased prior. What happened to the days when you could actually GO to the movies, purchase a ticket and watch the movie?? Needless to say, it was a major let down... My recommendation is not to disable that feature, but at least put a cap on the number of tickets that can be purchased online so those of us that still enjoy doing things the "old fashioned" way can still see a movie in theaters. read more

My family and I come to this theater often. Tonight we saw Hotel Transylvania 3. Prior to the movie starting we got snack from the concession stand. I have to say, I had the absolute BEST experience ever by the two gentleman working the concession tonight. Way to go Kyle and Max!! You guy work great together, and did an amazing job helping me get the most for the best price. Also, I have to thank you for the wonderful information given about the app and how to use it to receive the bet discounts on food and movies!! Great theater quality! For a place like Canton, it is awesome to have a theater with reserve seating and recliners. As typical theaters do, this one is always providing the most recent releases, but they also stock up on merch in the lobby that coincides with the releases available at the time. I live in Akron and I travel to Canton to patronize this theater. The reason? The seating. Period. I absolutely love that you can reserve seating and the chairs are not chairs at all. They are full on padded electric barcoloungers!! The aisles are super wide so even if you are sprawled all the way out people can still walk past your feet to use the bathroom or whatever. I haven't sat in every theater room, so I can't guarantee they're all the same. But if they are, they're fabulous. Best seats in town, great sound, great theater! read more
