Experience was not bad, not great, just average. Nothing fancy about this location. Popcorn was pretty good. Not much more to say about it.

The prices are really good. The theater was nice just not reclinable seats. Nice staff too and really good snack selection!

I went to go see the Moana movie and this was a horrible experience!! none of the characters were accurat, and the story line didn't really line up. they missed multiple parts from the real movie and it was overall a bad movie. Also the actress didn't cry whenever I wanted her to. this was jus a horrible experience!!! This movie is just straight bbl but cheeks... I don't recommend that you waste your money on a trash remake!!! Just watch the animation, it's the same thing anyway. Then in parts of the movie I GOT BLINDED BY THE LIGHT!!!! I couldn't see the half the time cause of how bright it was. and please tell me why are we promoting animal abuse. Moana kicked the chicken and then grabbed it by its neck. what if the chicken died from that impact. The rock playing Maui wasn't a great choice. Maui is over weight/bulky bodybuilder, the rock isn't. Some of the parts in the movie didn't even happen in the actual movie. I was really disappointed to see the movie and hope that they do better next time. WHY DOESNT THE ROCK HAVE NIPPLES BRULACHI!!!! Disney needs to stop these live actions if they can't make them actually good! They took out all the magic from Moana and replaced it with a dull, lifeless background! They added more useless words to the original songs and it's making me mad. but I hope that the redo this movie and make it better! read more

Dont go here if you want to see a movie you paid for.... Paid to see thunderbolts* projector fails and they give us rain check passes .Whatever not a big deal we can just use them tomorrow to see the same movie , nope told we cant use them for thunderbolts*. So glad I wasted my time and money on a movie I didn't get to enjoy or watch!!!! read more

The employees are suspicious of everything. They constantly are asking too many questions and trying to almost get you "in trouble". They make me feel like I'm getting investigated by the FBI. There was an older woman being completely rude for no reason. She had a bad attitude from the beginning and seemed like she hated her job. Chill out. Overpriced as well. read more

Cinemark Towne Center was okay! I went with my family. There was nothing spectacular about it or nothing wrong with it. I thought that it was interesting that you pay for the movie inside the theater. We stood in line for like 5 mins. We ended up paying $22 for 4 adults which I thought was great. We didn't order any popcorn or anything as we had planned to grab something to eat afterwards. Another thing that shocked me was there was no one there to look at your tickets. They had a sign that said "if no one is here just walk back" there is no telling how many people just walk back there without paying. The theater was clean. And there was a lot of seating. We went to see Dead Pool 2. Overall okay theater nothing spectacular about it. read more

Pretty nice movie theatre. Seats were comfy. The backs recline a little but the legs don't lift up in the auditorium we were in.

Very nice seats, extremely comfortable, are able to pick, row and seat from kiosk. Tickets are reasonable, snacks are VERY expensive.

This is such a welcome addition to Conway! The theater is nice, with many screens, but not huge. The hotdogs and food choices are great, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. We always arrive early, because it seems no matter what time we go, the concession lines are long and slow-moving. We do wish they would get some movies that aren't completely main-stream. Conway has a university and two colleges, so there is a market for things besides Green Lantern. read more

Had a pre-order on tickets (2 Weeks ahead) and picked them up at the kiosk in front of the theater. Turns out the production company didn't send the movie. The theater made good on it and allowed us a different movie. Had a great night and saw a great movie. Always have a good time here. read more

I absolutely love this Theater. It is always clean and has friendly customer service with great movies and the best part is the Fathom Events Special Films which show Broadway Shows, Classic Movies and Special One Night Events. If you and your friends are looking for a good time, this is the place to go. I always feel like a kid going to this place and I really should get the Cinemark App at some point. This is the place in Conway where the Comics come to life, the Giant Monsters feel larger then life and the Space Battles feel almost like you yourself are experiencing them. read more

Worth the drive from Russellville for a better theater experience. Love 3D movies on their XD premium large format screen. Staff is always super friendly. I submitted a comment with some frustrations I had regarding 3D scheduling, and the general manager reached out to me immediately in an open discussion to do all he could to help. Going to the movies is one of my favorite pastimes and this is a very nice theater with comfortable space and seating. I was thrilled by the experience initially until I heard the movie blaring next door to mine. It was so annoying. We were watching the 4:50 p.m. showing of The Case for Christ. My son-in-law got up to close the theater door which made it a little better. There really needs to be more sound proofing because this shouldn't be an issue at a theater. read more

Very clean and very organized theatre. Prices are decent compared to others and the food is about the same.

After the theater got a complete makeover a few years ago, it's a pretty cool theater to go to. Bathrooms are clean, the theater rooms are also clean, the staff you can easily talk to, and it's a nice theater to catch a movie at. I just wish the theater rooms were a wee bit bigger and their were more places to park near the theater but that's just me. Other than that, this theater is pretty swell. read more

They sell you old candy and when you'd like to talk to a manager about a) maybe getting your $4 back for the uneaten box of old candy or b) maybe checking on the dates of their candy so they cease to sell customers old boxes of it, the manager has an ATTITUDE about making her come out of the back. She tells you that you should have brought it back the minute you realized it (not that I ate more than three pieces of it after opening it in the middle of the movie anyways) and she tells you that theres nothing she can do. She had no interest in bettering her theater or taking the customers into consideration-- just to be able to go back into the back. The cashier seemed to be pretty accommodating but to hell with that manager working Saturday nights. Your job is about customer service; if you don't like it then find a new one because we customers sure as hell would prefer you too, as well. read more

Really nice theater, but it's the only one in town now so ticket price are not competitive, and as far as I can tell they do not offer matinee prices. Haven't noticed any real bargains at the concession stand either. Two movie tickets, a large popcorn, a large drink, and some candy will set u back at least $25 or $30. It's worth it to get there early and go visit the dollar tree next door $1 candy. It's a good size theater, but it gets a lot smaller if u go for a midnight showing or a big opening weekend. They offer 3D movies, which is a nice change from driving to Little Rock for a 3D experience. Overall, it's a nice, clean theater and a nice addition to Conway. But be prepared to spend more than u expected. read more

I've never had any problems with this theater until we came this weekend and were carded to see a rated R movie. I get it, I look young, whatever, but I could have felt without the attitude from the person checking. Then I casually asked about the rules, as I was interested in bringing in my teenage sister to see a movie the following day. (My business if I want to let her see the movie. Just sayin.) The woman very rudely said, "there is a policy right there on the front door when you come in that says you can't bring anyone under 18 unless you're the parent." So at 30-years-old, I can't take my 17 - year-old sis to see a movie?!?! I think not. We went to another theater and saw it there, no problem. read more
