At least they have trays connected to the seats as some locations do not. They did reupholster the seats. Last time I came they were peeling very bad. Service is friendly enough. Its clean inside. Oh and not sure if its because i chose the first showing but its freezing in here! I even brought a blanket and my toes are frozen brrr! Lastly the movie club is worth it if you like going to the movies because concessions are 20% off.

I wish that we had one in Roseville that was also Luxe. While they have redone the auditoriums from when it was a Regal theater, the concession stand and lobby has remained practically the same. Overall, everything seems to be fairly clean, but to be fair there's never been a time that we've come that there have been more than 10 people in our theater. The bathrooms are fine, but didn't appear to be part of the remodel, so it is very dated. No, as for the concessions, everything is movie theater prices, so it's going to be definitely on the pricier side. But the popcorn does also tend to either be burnt or just not taste very good. I don't know if they're using old popcorn or if the employees don't know how to make it properly yet, but overall concessions are pretty disappointing. Of the three times that we have seen a movie here, one of the times the sound quality was absolutely horrible. Looking back at reviews now it looks like that was an issue around that time, but it was never addressed to anyone upon buying tickets or checking tickets, which was really disappointing. The sound quality was just not great and if I had known it was going to be like that I wouldn't have seen my movie that day. All in all, I'm glad that we have a new theater in that location. And I'm hoping that with a little bit more time things can improve.

It used to be upscale, but it is now downright disgusting. ​When I sat down, my seat was filthy with food stuck everywhere. I literally had to force the staff to come out and wash my seat down before I could even sit. The rest of the theater and the carpets are just as dirty. The bathrooms were completely unacceptable--gross, poorly maintained, and entirely out of toilet paper. ​To top it off, the food and service were horrendous. I paid for a hummus board that used to be nice, but it arrived sloppily thrown together in a bowl with overcooked, dehydrated chicken jerky on top. They were also entirely out of the milkshake I actually wanted. ​Stamping a "premium" label on a building and charging luxury prices while delivering a run-down experience and terrible service is trash business practice.

They had so many snack and food options such as different pizzas, hot dogs, chips and candies, and ice creams. They also have a bar area but we didn't try it out personally. Concessions are pretty pricey but that tends to be the norm these days at theaters. I do like the cinemark membership for a percentage off of concessions and monthly movie tickets. There is a nice working photo booth if you'd like to commemorate your visit, I just wish that the tickets were actual ticket stubs rather than 'paper' prints? Seats are heated and recline and the sound and screen is great for enjoying the movie, I personally loved row E. Overall the theater seemed pretty clean and I had a comfortable experience. There are 16 theaters inside and I love seeing my movies booking the newly D-Box seats which move when watching your movie. The bar area is great as well for those who like cocktails. It is always hit and miss on the drink strength mostly on point, but depending on the bartender the drink can be quite watered down. The snack bar area could be better when it comes to keeping the hot food stocked up especially when it's busy. I've missed part of a movie before waiting on food not cool lol. I wish they made kettle corn fresh and not pre-made sitting in bags under the heat lamps it just doesn't taste as good as the Arden Century theater either. Other than that I do like it here. I also love how convenient it is to the freeway as well. :)
