Came here for a birthday party with my kids. There is a lot here to keep kids busy. The arcade games were popular and the laser tag area stayed full. The large bounce house section also caught the kids' attention and they spent a lot of time there. A few things could be improved though. The cleanliness was questionable. The hand sanitizer stations were empty and the bathrooms were pretty gross. With this many kids running around, those areas should really be kept up better. The biggest issue was the pizza for the party. We were not told we needed to request a different cut to make more slices for the kids. The pizza came out in large slices that could feed two kids each, but there were not enough slices for the number of children at the table. If the host had mentioned the party cut option, it would have made feeding everyone much easier. Overall the kids still had fun because there is a lot to do here, but better communication and better cleanliness would improve the experience read more

The lazer tag is very fun, the inflatable bounce house is very fun, and the arcade games are very fun. There is nothing here to not keep you entertained. Overall a great experience! But there is one bad thing though, I feel like the pizza slices could be a little smaller, but that doesn't really matter in my book. read more

Fun indoor play center located in a highly populated shopping area! Lots of food options around if you didn't want to eat inside. The food is super limited here, I'm talking just pepperoni or cheese pizza and some snacks, but the pizza was actually pretty good! They do have ICEEs as well. You can do a few different things here - the indoor bounce house, laser tag, or arcade games. The arcade section is relatively small though compared to other places like Dave and Busters. I didn't see the laser tag but I think the highlight is definitely the big bounce house and slides. It's more than just a trampoline park which we have a few of already in Sacramento. The toddlers enjoyed themselves but only lasted about 30 minutes. I think it's definitely more geared towards a little bit older kids but then it does make it difficult making sure they're not running into little ones. They didn't have an age restriction but it does require you to have a parent if the child is under 4 (parent is free with the child's wristband). Our son is 2 1/2 and I wouldn't recommend any younger than that. It's $20 for an hour in the bounce house so I'd say it's pretty worth it if the child can stay in there the whole time! There is plenty of seating and tables available and they had TVs for parents waiting around. It's not a huge place but it's something different to try! read more

The laser tag here is probably the best one I've been to. Super fun and the kids will be happy and exhausted by the end of it.

My son had his 6th birthday party here and he still loves to go every now and then. The jump area is super entertaining for kids. They also offer other fun things like games and laser tag. Overall the place is kept clean as well. read more

The place is fun for kids. But the staff doesn't like to do their job. They don't enforce socks. (Gross) it says 4 and under need to be supervised , they don't enforce this either. And when multiple people complain about 1 big kid hurting several smaller children the staff does nothing. (Must be because his parents paid for the party package) quite disappointing. There should be a staff member inside the jump area at all times. I live nearby and didn't know about this place. My kids, 7,5 playing hard had a blast and got completely worn out. My three year old was j knocked about and eventually decided to sit it out. Great for the older kids. Also a bit hot in there, My kids were drenched I. Sweat. They should probably rethink the air handling system. Otherwise a really fun place. read more

My family and I have a great time here. It's definitely the best jump house I've been in I didn't know they made structures this big. The jump sessions are an hour but that is more than enough time. Usually places like this smell like feet but they do a great job maintaining the place and it is clean. It's always well staffed and they are really nice to our kids. I go there to lazer tag and the staff are incredibly nice! My kid lost her card and they trusted me to let them know how much was on it so she could continue playing. They also let us have more laser games one time because we (my daughter and two of her friends) were the only ones there. I will start by prefacing the weather outside was 105, so of course we wanted to do something indoors that would have AC. Sadly, this place was no help from the heat. It had to have been at least 90 degrees inside, with maybe 5 fans that were blocked by the jumpers. Made zero sense. We spent $80 to jump for only 20 minutes. We couldn't last the full hour as the heat was RIDICULOUS. I am not exaggerating. It felt like a stuffy sauna with zero ventilation or any form of cool air circulating. It was so bad. My 1 year olds cheeks turned so red immediately, I didn't want to risk staying in any longer. As far as pricing, I read that a child under 4 would have their accompanying adult free? However we got charged the full $20 for 4 adults ( even though it was really 3 adults and a 1 year old) We definitely won't be back during summer or any hot day. This review is just for the bounce house. There's also a laser tag and arcade area, but we didn't use it. It's a fairly small bounce house. I think it's around the size of 2 basketball courts and can fit around 30 kids at a time. It's great for kids 3-10 years old. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone older than that because of its small size. $20 for an hour of play is a decent bargain. It's a great way to burn energy. Our kid only lasted 30 minutes before running out of energy. There are many tables available for group reservations. I saw several birthday parties being held there. read more

I went with an older group (a guy in his 50's and some young girls in their late teens and twenties). So in other words, even though the place is marketed mostly towards kids, I went with just adults. We skipped the cafeteria and the bouncy house stuff and went straight to laser tag and a little bit of the arcade. The arcade games were fun although basic, but the prizes were very lackluster. Not a big deal though since we didn't come for the arcade. The laser tag was very fun. The way it worked was we made reservations for a couple sessions (each session is about 30 minutes of gameplay) and you play on randomized teams along with any strangers who also showed up at that time slot. The arena was kind of basic, but it did the job. What really impressed me was the laser guns and the laser sensors. They're very accurate and can shoot the entire distance of the room. Nothing like the terrible laser guns I used as a kid. The guns also have these features to change how they fire for short amounts of time (rapid fire, freezing fire, etc.), and they were fairly easy to pick up on. My one criticism is that they really need to turn up the AC in that laser room! It's a lot of active movement with the laser vest on, and we were all sweating buckets by the end of just one session. I sweat less than that on a morning jog. That room was pretty stuffy and warm. read more

I've driven by this place so many times but it always seemed closed, maybe because they don't open until 3pm on weekdays and are closed Mondays so perhaps it was just timing. We looked it up online and they were indeed open- so decided to give it a shot. They also seem to expand hours during school breaks and on holidays! Our kid LOVED it! We just did the air park but will definitely come back to experience the games and maybe the laser tag when he's a little older. The air park is huge - and a perfect way for kids to get their energy out indoors. Our son was definitely sweaty after the hour. They serve pizza and drinks which is a nice touch compared to some other indoor play places. There were lots of birthday parties going on but didn't seem to take away from the experience or interfere with the kids fun that weren't attending a party. Overall- great way to expend some energy all for a pretty reasonable price. We'll be back! read more

We had a group of 14 people for my son's 8th birthday on 11/29/23. We arrived there at 5pm and there were plenty of open tables. We had 7 people playing laser tag & going in the blow up arena. Everyone had a great time. Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. Jenny, Jack & Bryce are a few of the names I remember....We haven't been to Extreme Craze in about 7 years and it has improved 100% . Thank you for making our visit so memorable! This review is long overdue. Last October we had my son's birthday party here and they did not disappoint! Our party planner/liaison was fantastic. He was attentive, extremely helpful and kept a good flow. I didn't have to think about a thing, least stressful party I've even had for my kids. The pizza was good, I very much enjoyed that they made it fresh there! What a great touch. The facility is very clean and organized. All the staff are very friendly as well. My daughters second time and my first time as a whole family. We came first thing on a Saturday morning. As the first one here we got the whole place to ourselves for the first 30 min. My daughter and son loved jumping on their massive air jumper. It was nice and clean and their arcade was all working and fun! The money to token conversion was well worth the price. As my third kiddo (my husband) enjoyed playing all the games. They do birthday parties and they also have their laser tag section. Definitely going back here on days my kiddos need to let energy out. I'm not sure why I thought this place was closed. Maybe it's because I've never heard anyone talk about it. I will definitely return though to have my kid make some friends and wear himself out. The place is absolutely gigantic and I don't think I saw all of it. It has a bunch of arcade games, laser tag, and a huge bounce area for small and medium size kids. I saw a bunch of sweaty kids which is kind of gross but also a good sign that they were having fun and getting exercise. The whole place smells like burnt pizza, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. The food options seemed pretty limited with only pizza and some snacks available. However, pizza is a great go to for kids parties, and a quick recharge. I thought the staff was polite and attentive, and the place was busy, but seemed clean. What a fun place!! We hosted our daughters birthday party here on a Saturday and boy were we stoked! The facility is great and well kept. The pizza was amazing for the party as well. And laser tag was not only a great time for the kids but the adults also! We had about 10 kids and parents come and we decided the week of to hire a party host. Well we got piper and I must say she is the BEST. The time slots were perfectly scheduled and our party went off without any hiccups. i've been going to this place for around 8-9 years and it has never failed to give me a good experience. every birthday party i used to go to was just awesome. everything from the bounce houses (i don't know if they still have those, it's been a while since ive gone), arcade machines.
