This location has very friendly staff working. When I arrived I was greeted outside with a smile by the manager who was handling a cake delivery order. When I got inside I was also greeted by a staff member with a smile too! I was there to pickup an online birthday cake order. I let the staff member know this and she was happy to go get it from the back for me. 2 mins later she came back with a beautiful cake wrapped in cellophane with a beautiful big royal blue bow just like the order said. The customer service here is wonderful. The cakes and products displays are so well executed and arranged. The displays make you want to buy so many cool cake accessories and party favors. This visit they had a special cake flavor on limited availability, Dubai Chocolate Cake. I grabbed a Bundlet ($8!) so that we could try it out when I returned home. It was ok. read more
