One of the well known Ice Cream places around. Ice cream is ok, just a good basic ice cream place, I come mainly for the Banana Ice Cream it's real good & one of the few places that serve Banana. Rocky Road & Pistachio are the other 2 flavors that are real good here, my girls like those 2 & say they have the best Rocky Road. I only come for those 3 flavors. Customer service is hit or miss here, sometimes you got workers that move fast, some move slow, some look happy & friendly, some look rude & sad like they need a hug & a Red Bull drink & some give good healthy scoops of Ice Cream & some give skimpy sad scoops. We strolled in tonight after dinner. Noticing the huge line I think the kids and I were rethinking our wonderful decision to save room for dessert. We braved the line anyway and were glad we did. I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered a custom cake over the phone 4 days before our event. When we ordered there was no problem took all our info including credit card info to pay for it. The day of pick up I walk in ask for my cake and 2 girls are walking around with these confused look on their faces. After about 15 mins of standing there waiting for my cake one of the girls comes back and says I turned the cake into someone else earlier today. I tell her I didnt send anyone else for it. She gave my cake to someone else!!!! She leaves again and comes back with a ripped invoice saying that the person she gave it to signed the invoice "Cristian". I couldn't even make out the last name. I assure her I didnt send anyone for it and I don't know anyone named Cristian. I asked for her to refund the card that was used to pay. She starts talking to some lady named Irma in Spanish, Irma in Spanish tells her no we arent refunding her $ because someone already picked up the cake. I answer Irma and tell her that she needs to refund my $ because it was there fault because they didnt confirm a last name or phone #. Her response was "its not like we have thousands of orders with that name." I tell her that its a very common name and they couldn't even confirm a last name. After going back and forth with this lady. I didn't get my cake or my $ back!!!! What's worse is that she never even apologized or anything. These managers/owners obviously have no customer service they are rude and obviously dont know that sometimes a simple apology can go a long way. It's such a shame because we have been going to this cold stone for many years and now we will NEVER be back. And I'll make sure I will tell everyone I know to NOT go to this location!!!!!! read more
