This Starbucks has a weird layout. Feels like they aren't optimizing the space right. They closed off the back seating area only leaving about 10 chairs inside. Anyone waiting for drinks are standing around the few tables available inside. They have a few outdoor tables but sometimes they are stowed away if it rains a bit. Quality control at this location on the weekends have really went down. One time I ordered hot chocolate for my kids, but come to find out once I got home, it was only steamed milk. No chocolate. wtf? I couldn't go back to get my order fixed because my son had a game that morning. Then most recently I ordered a venti iced drink but when I went to pick it up, the drink was short an inch and a half from the top!? AND there was extra ice that I didn't order. It's like they made a grande and tried to make it look like a venti by adding more ice! I pointed it out to the cashier lady and she offered to add more oatmilk. I said no because I was in a rush but once I left I realized when tasting it that they DIDN'T put enough oatmilk! I'm gonna stick to ordering from this location during early morning weekdays when the service and quality are way better. read more

I ordered online- oatmeal prepared with half and half with half and half on top with all the fix ins. What I received was a cup 1/3 full with soggy oats- no liquid in sight. I revisited this spot and ordered the same drink as last time plus a Turkey Pesto Panini. I love these fall season themed drinks. You should definitely give it a taste! The panini was really good after it was warmed up as well. The only issue today was that I experienced an annoyed cashier. I didn't mean to annoy her but I had a gift card to use and didn't know there was some glue left on it. She started peeling it and would mumble "oh my god" and shook her head a couple times and expressed how annoyed she was. I felt really bad and if I had checked or known beforehand I would have definitely removed the glue! If she also asked me to remove the glue I would have gladly done it too so I just felt really bad. read more

Today I went and ordered my Matcha latte online and they handed me a coffee. I told them this was the wrong order so they said they'd make a new one and then I could have the coffee since it's gonna get thrown out anyway. I took it to my car and came back and they told me that because I took the coffee. They can't make my drink even though I spent nine dollars on it. I asked them if I brought it back if I'd be able to have what I ordered and I went back to my car and the girl that was working gave me a weird look. And then handed me the wrong drink again. So they got my order wrong twice. I do go to Starbucks frequently so I'd say this is probably the worst service I've received. read more

I walked in at 7:35 to get a chai latte and use the bathroom. I was about to start a long shift. After I made my order I asked to used the bathroom. I was not allowed to because she said they were closing in 15 minutes. (They don't close until 8!) So I had to walk across to a Mexican restaurant to use theres. NOT COOL AT ALL. It's only 7:45 right now and they don't close until 8. Don't inconvenience your customer just because it makes it more convenient for you to leave earlier. Not customer focused at all. Another Starbucks that is full of complete disappiontment. So I order the same thing most of the time. I like the Vanilla cold cream cold brew. It's easy to make. Clearly not here. The first time it was too sweet. And I even asked for it with only 1 pump of syrup. So I asked the Barista can you remake it and go a little lighter on the cream she grabs the cup and pours everything out aggressively and remakes it giving it to me practically like just a black coffee. It tasted awful. I then proceed to ask her can I just get a small side of the cream on the side she goes what?! Like what is your problem. And two people were just standing around behind the counter. I have not been at this location since December. We visit family once a quarter, and this is my first stop when walking my dog in the morning. This place has always been so friendly and has done a great job with my orders. However, today the supervisor said they do not allow animals in the lobby. I don't like my dragon drink with ice, and I've ordered it no ice everywhere and had no issues until now where it's half full. Honestly I come here for my morning coffee and service is usually pretty decent. Except a lot of the time my drink is just forgotten or not picked up by the system? Idk. Did a couple of Mobile pick up orders. The first one didn't come with sweet creme and they responded by saying "you have to wait for it to rise up." Well, it didn't and it was straight black. The second mobile order I added sweet cream cold foam, they didn't fix it. So I proceeded with the Starbucks customer service. They said they don't think resolving the issue with a refund helped in the past so they're going to relay this info back to the Starbucks store. Don't be fooled, Starbucks just trying to take your money and blame their customers. No accountability on their part. There was only 1 person waiting and 1 person ordering when we arrived... before I was paying another barista was trying to make our drinks, talk about super fast service. The store is very clean with inside (close) seating as well as quite a few tables outside (and there was a few groups at the tables.) We received our drinks quickly and the baristas were friendly and efficient. The quickest we have ordered inside and received our drinks at any starbees location since COVID. Stopped in this Starbucks after chowing down at the new T.J. Oyster Bar next door and had a grande Veranda with no room. The coffee was pretty good and came very hot, so glad I just sipped it on my first take. It's their lighter blend so it was very mild but had a slight bitterness towards the end. Service was very good and friendly. Well out of all the Starbucks I've been to this one is the best one. The customer service is on point. The workers here are fast & most important really nice & friendly! They will start a friendly conversation with you while you wait sometimes & there very polite & you can tell they LOVE there job! Workers who love there job always give good customer service. And they have never missed up my order, I asked for ice chips in my Vanilla Bean & they blend it just right so I get the right amount of ice chips. In most other Starbucks the workers look frustrated or in a hurry & are kind of rude but not this place. The workers here go out there way to make you feel at ease & happy. And the good thing is they got a very spaces patio it's very big. And if your hungry it's good cuz you got Lollita's Taco Shop, Subway, & now TJ Oyster bar right next door. You can have a burrito or fish taco with your coffee now if your Mexican like me you know that's a perfect combo. This location is clean with a decent amount of places to sit indoors and a nice patio area outside with several umbrella covered tables. Parking can be a little tough sometimes... This is a great Starbucks for working long hours... ...if you can find a working electrical outlet. Seriously, it's like barter and trade: "Hey, I'll buy you a grande Frapp if you let me charge my laptop for 30 minutes." I literally wanted to make that offer. But, yes, the space draws what appears to be lots of students and people who work remotely via a digital space. Folks of all ages, too. And the team is a kind bunch, though they could tidy up the bathroom a bit more frequently (I've noticed issues on multiple visits). What I like about the orientation is that you have the busy space out front, and all of the seating toward the back. And most seating (bar seating and a community table) is designed specifically with work and study in mind. Except for the electrical outlets. read more

5 stars for the service and the drinks. This Starbucks loses a star for the ghetto crowd. When I walked in there was a group of men just hanging out blocking the doorway and they were gawking and whistling at me. As always, I just ignored them but they didn't move so I had to walk in the middle right through their group just to get to the counter to place my order. I'm sure the employee noticed what was happening to me but I guess he couldn't do anything because they were customers, they had a right to stand there, and what they did to me wasn't illegal so ok. I let it go. But the patio outside also had a bunch of teenage skateboarders yelling profanity and making a bunch of noise. So don't expect to relax and enjoy your coffee. What a shame, too, because the patio was over-looking a beautiful mountainside at sunset but we had to leave because we couldn't stand the skateboarders. Oh well. No big deal. I will not be returning to any more starbucks in this area. We hit it on the way home from Mexico back to the OC but next time we will just wait to get home. read more

I was surprised by this location. It's in the corner of the shopping center right next to one of my favorite Mexican food joints. The few times I've been there, there wasn't much of a line. The staff was really nice and when I got the wrong sized drink, they replaced it immediately. This location is in close proximity to hospitals and health care facilities, so I thought it would be a lot more busier. I'll hit this SB whenever I'm in CV, but be aware that just like Leslie R., there are plenty of noisy teens hanging in the area. read more
