It's like a cinnamon bun version of cold stone creamery. You can pick your toppings or go with one of the pre designed orders. We got the Very Berry Cinnamon bun and Turtle. They were both amazingly delicious. Not super heavy like Cinnabon, but just as flavorful. Coffee selection was good too. It was a perfect pairing to offset the sweetness. The bun really is not sweet at all its the topping. I decided to change the cream cheese frosting and go with vanilla as my frosting. Then the cookie dough just brought back so many memories eating it raw right out of the refrigerator. Love it!! Not only was it a cinnamon roll but a chocolate cookie on top. Yummy! This is my second time trying them & I'm impressed each & every time .They offer coffees, lattes , variety of cinnamon rolls & just kicked off their savory pizza rolls in honor of National cinnamon roll day today . The seasonal cinnamon rolls are in & they are absolutely delicious. We tried Fluffernutter Roll which consisted of frosting topped with homemade peanut butter cups, marshmallows and chocolate sauce. It was only right we tried Pumpkin spice roll as well ,which consisted of pumpkin frosting topped with marshmallows, homemade Cinnadoodle cookie bites and cinnamon dust. Clean, bright, and definitely inviting! I was immediately drawn in by the sign as I drove past, all things baked goods are a win in my book! There are several options for goods, including the cinnamon rolls (duh), brownies, cookies, banana bread, and cookie dough! I couldn't decide between trying their edible cookie dough or a cinnamon roll, so naturally I ordered some that had the dough scooped right on top! WHAT?! I ordered the biscoff one, the Cookie Monster one, and strawberries and cream (?? Sorry, don't remember the actual names). Holy moly, those babies were DECADENT! I definitely recommend eating one with a glass of milk or cup of coffee or something. Much to my surprise, my favorite was the strawberries and cream one! The cream cheese frosting and strawberries was just different enough for me to enjoy while still appreciate the original taste of the cinnamon roll. And the cookie dough?! This a gem located in Belmont. I didn't know about this place until I was on Yelp. I saw the pictures and was YES! I am on my way. My daughter, brother, sis-in-law, and myself arrived here one Saturday night. There was plenty of parking as it's located in a shopping center. The young lady working there was friendly and not annoyed by all the questions we had. There were about 4-5 tables in the restaurant. I ordered two cinnamon rolls. My daughter had the Smores and I had (I think it's called) the Turtle Dove. I bought these this past summer (2023) and I am just now realizing these are VEGAN. I have never eaten anything VEGAN, or so I thought. I always thought Vegan options were nasty, but this place has proven me wrong. It might be the only vegan option I choose again lol. read more

We were so excited to try Cinnaholic that we made the trek to Indian Trail to try it before this one opened. It was so good that the only thing saving us from being there all the time was how far away it was. Now this one opened way closer to us. We've somehow managed to avoid temptation until now when I found out they have free delivery on Doordash to us. There aren't many places that deliver to us on Doordash so this is dangerous. The have premade selections, but I always prefer to build my own cinnamon roll. They also have a silimar concept with cookie dough, but they only have chocolate chip cookie dough (and I don't like chocolate). My husband has previously enjoyed the cookie dough though. We treated ourself not only to takeout for lunch yesterday, but also for dessert. I say dessert, but these cinnamon rolls have enough calories for an entire day. We got two cinnamon rolls. The first one, which we shared, we topped with peanut butter and marshmallow icings, raspberry jam, bananas, marshmallows, and pie crumble. It was heavenly. The second one we got was topped with cake batter icing, sprinkles, raspberries, strawberries, pie crumble, graham cracker, and marshmallows. Because they're so filling, we put this one in the freezer for later. Hopefully it reheats well! This is not only the best cinnamon roll you will ever have, but the best dessert I've ever had. Carrie the owner was super nice and so friendly and the staff was amazing, and the food. OMG as good as it looks it tastes a million times better! We was able to try some new items that will be released on September 23rd which included pizza rolls, pumpkin pie roll and maple pecan rolls . The food was excellent and the overall experience was one of a kind, I don't know that I've been so welcomed by a place before. Holy moly! I had a sweet tooth and I needed something pretty stick to my gut. It's definitely not low fat but if you're wanting some thing really sweet and savory look no further. I love that this is a vegan bakery. The flavor is outstanding. I had the raspberry cheesecake and it had some chunks of pie crust which was perfect. My husband likes the old skool original. Amid COVID-19, it was nice to get out and be greeted by the smell of sweetness when I walked in the door. There was this beautiful display of cinnamon rolls & I had a tough time deciding which one to try. I opted for the Strawberry Shortcake and my God! That thing was delicious :). We went with the Cinnabon with a vanilla topping and bananas & pecans. It was very good, but very stingy with the bananas. They diced the banana in little pieces and I could barely notice any banana on it. I also ordered a vanilla latte which was surprisingly good. On the sweet side, but delicious! This place is amazing. I have a friend who can't eat dairy because her newborn has an allergy. I stumbled on this place from seeing an instagram post from a blogger, and it's been the best thing. New location out in Belmont and well worth the trek if you're even close to Gaston County. Prices are on the higher end for dessert but keep in mind these are freshly baked and topped with premium toppings and special sauces that really separate this place from your average sweet joint. The size of the roll itself is hefty so brace yourself folks! I went with the cake batter sauce and strawberry topping. I spared you all a pic since it wasn't the best shot after ordering to go and bringing it back to Charlotte on the way back from Atlanta. There is a bathroom and the place is clean with minimal seating inside. The staff was really on the move and was welcome to answer our questions. I love the amount of options available although I'm sure a few can be cut down. I would have liked to see the specialty combinations displayed better. They are currently on the opposite wall from where you order so you'll never know some of the combinations that Cinnaholic put together themselves til after you order. I did see that they had paper menus but for all their options a quick snapshot on the counter of those specialty options would help first timers such as myself.
