Clothing, bracelets, candy, ice cream, coffee mugs, etc. Lots of things to see. This store is clean, neat, and well maintained. Parking can be a bit challenging just because this shop is right along Center St, like many other shops, parking is limited. So be patient. read more

I am sorry to write this, but we had a horrible experience at your Amelia Island location. We were one of several families that arrived around 8:03pm, well before the 8:30pm posted closing time on Saturday night, however the employee(s) inside the store locked the door in our faces. Then a group of 3-4 employees (seemingly teenagers), pretended to not see or hear the multiple parties looking to come in with young kids. I'm sure that ownership would not appreciate the conduct of their employees, or their complete lack of interest in generating more revenue. I try to give small businesses as much business as possible, but the employees at this location could not have cared less about generating business or having tact with potential customers. Just a really disappointing experience that left several families locked outside shaking their heads in disbelief. Given all the difficulties of small businesses in today's economy, it's simply incredulous to operate a business this way or have employees that treat customers like this. We happily all walked down the street and gave our business to the wonderful ice cream shop down the street. Your loss, not mine in the end. Super super cute store upon walking in. A little chaotic because there are so many things to look at. There's a candy shop in the corner and also ice cream parlor up front. They got clothing, keychains, cups, tumblers, soaps, gifts, chocolates, etc. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because we wanted ice cream and were waiting on someone to help us. There were two ladies up front near the register just talking to each other and not even acknowledging us. We waited for 5 minutes and the ladies up front still ignored us. Another couple walked up to get some ice cream after we walked away because no one helped us, and they were serviced immediately. It's disappointing because we really wanted to try out their ice cream, but felt like we didn't even existed as customers. Every time we come to Amelia Island we find fits for ourselves and others here. On a hot day, we get ice cream. We always manage to find scented soaps. And we found tumblers with scoopers for school for gifts last Thanksgiving. My son found his favorite stone grits here which we manage to bring home each visit. This is a great little shop and country store located on Center Street in Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. There is something for everyone here and it's not just knick-knack type stuff. Items range from clothing, ornaments, jewelry, children's toys, soaps, handmade bags, ice cream, and much more. We stopped in several times during our stay in Amelia Island to purchase a variety of items. After trying the ice cream, I couldn't help but come back again and again! Note: Cinnamon Bear has 24 different ice cream flavors and FREE toppings! FYI, the Gluten-Free Raspberry Sorbet is the bomb! We came here in August 2020. This little store is so cute and has so much to look at I found a little dress and the owner even let me try it on in the back which was nice and I ended up buying it. They have the best raspberry sorbet I have ever tasted in my life! It was so good I had to go back and get one more scoop. This little store is located right across from the welcome center in Fernandina Beach historic shopping area. We came here during the day and then came back at night and got ice cream It was open until 9:00 p.m. read more

I am a little stunned I haven't written a review for this store as this is John's favorite place to stop in for ice cream in historic Fernandina! And the store is always fun to browse- great selection of things for you home and a bunch of kids items for those with little ones! When you walk in- there is a car just inside the door, and the ice cream cases and counter off towards the left and merchandise everywhere! I know I have bought earrings here and a few gifts for family over the years and as I said- John always, always grabs a cone here! Usually he does that and goes and sits on a bench outside while I browse the store- the perfect guy to woman things to do store! One of our favorite spots every time we visit. read more

This was one of my favorite stores in Amelia Island. I did not try the ice cream. I did however enjoy browsing all of the unique gifts. There was everything from hot sauce and honey to home decor to stuffed animals. I was distracted and amused by many things in this store. I was able to purchase a few things for family for Christmas. My Granny was with me and bought several things too. They have and old school yellow bug when you first walk in that you can sit in. It looks like it was maybe part of an arcade game at one point. They also had a large standing bear in front of the store that is great for photos. This is just a really fun and unique shop. I would recommend stopping in to see what you can find. read more

This store is very deceiving when you walk in because at first it looks small then you realize the store snakes around to the right to the backside. Yes there are lots of touristy things in here, but it's in a very cozy shopping type atmosphere. There are lots of things to pick up that say Amelia Island or Fernandina, or a t-shirt or a hoodie if your getting cold. Sometimes you just need a little something to grab, or the shot glass or the post card, but there are also other really cute things in here and some awesome jewelry to buy. They even have a talking Trump pen to take back to the favorite Republican in your family or secret Santa gift in the office. Prices are fairly reasonable and you can always sit in the car and take a picture with Cinnamon Bear in the passenger seat for free. read more

This is not just another cute store in Amelia Island....this one also has a homemade ice cream counter.....with some original & delicious sounding flavors. Shopping & ice cream, YES PLEASE! There is definitely something for everyone here. They had a plethora of souvenir t-shirts, handmade and unique Christmas ornaments, assorted gift items for the home and yard, collegiate items representing local teams, unique jewelry, and purses. There were so many things there that I loved; but didn't need. (At least I didn't need them according to my husband!). I did get myself a really cute Amelia Island-themed Christmas ornament & a cute pink Amelia Island cat-themed T-shirt for my mother-in-law. This is a super cute shop located in the Historic District of Amelia Island near the water and train. If you are looking for souvenirs, I highly suggest shopping here first. Right when you walk in, there is a yellow Volkswagen bug with a giant bear inside lol. I found this shop to have the most reasonable prices for souvenirs. I purchased two hooded sweatshirts for $27.00 each...at most of the other shops, a thin T-Shirt was about that same cost. The hoodies were really comfortable and seemed really well made, so I was really happy with the purchase. They had an awesome selection of all kinds of unique candies (see pics) and a really great selection of cups, mugs, and travel mugs etc. which were also priced much lower than some of the other shops. It was really easy to look around and to get checked out as soon as we were ready. I really enjoyed walking around this shop, it's so much bigger than what it looks like outside. read more

They don't actually close at 10:00. Two nights in a row, we were within 5 feet of the door headlining in then they locked and closed up for the night. Last night at 9:53 and tonight at 9:20. Seems a little rude, especially because they would have looked us in the eye if they would have looked out the door window. A group of people nearby told us they close at 9:00, but stay open until the rush dies down. I wouldn't know because the website doesn't list hours. read more

I checked online (yelp) and it states that this store closes at 10:30pm. Due to Covid, I called and asked if the hours were correct. The person on the phone stated that the store closes at 9:30pm. We got there with 30 mins and were expecting more people from our party to show. The store closed at 9:20 with tons of people coming to the door upset.
