First time dining at Cinnamon Pancake House. This restaurant is in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. The restaurant itself is very small maybe a dozen tables inside with a few tables outside for dining. The moment you walk in you're warmly greeted. We luckily snagged the last table that was available for breakfast. I usually get an egg white omelette at breakfast, but I ordered the signature House Cinnamon Pancakes. I opted for the cream cheese to be left off, but soon realized I made a mistake because I saw there was only a small swirl on the top of the pancakes. It wasn't a thick heavy icing. The cinnamon pancakes were everything...large and fluffy and oh so good! My husband had the Steak Chilaquiles and enjoyed his meal. Our server Riley was adorable and so attentive. Actually, the whole staff was attentive with refilling coffee and water. The restaurant is a hidden gem and I'm looking forward to my next visit. read more

We went on a Friday about noon. The place was packed although it is fairly small. We got a table immediately. The menu is heavy on cinnamon flavored item but they do have a nice selection of scrambles I had one and wad able to take half home All in all, I would say it was a good place for breakfast. Came around 10:30 on a Saturday morning and managed to find seating fairly quickly. The space is a packed pretty tight, and customers seat themselves. The waitresses are super friendly. For the food we got, I think it was worth the price. The place is your classic small business breakfast cafe. I got the coconut french toast, but I couldn't really taste the coconut because the strawberry was a little too much. Overall positive experience! Nice to try one time. read more

The original waitress/manager left, and changed the vibe of the whole restaurant. I can have as good, plus cheaper breakfast, at other places, with more of a homey feel, Why I took off 1 star. Today was our first day trying cinnamon pancake house, and on mothers days! We initially were trying to go somewhere else but due to wait times we looked up somewhere else and yelp led us here! The wait was minimal, the place is smaller, so to be seated fast it was amazing. The staff was so attentive and fast. One thing we loved about the service was that although it was busy our waitress always checked in on us! We ordered the steak skillet, southern Benedict's, and Oreo pancakes. My girlfriend got a spinach and feta scrambler which was delicious as well and upgraded her pancake side to the speciality cinnamon pancakes. The pancakes were ridiculously good and I'm not even a huge pancake fan normally. Decadent and sweet, there was no need for added syrup or butter but I guess you could if you wanted. Hash browns were solid as well. Service was friendly and prompt. Price was fantastic with my Benedict being 13 dollars and the scrambler with added specialty pancakes (which is a big portion) was 15. This is probably my new favorite breakfast, lunch restaurant amazing Cinnamon pancakes, my wife doesn't like pancakes and she couldn't stop eating mine. Nothing outstanding about this pancake house. Their breakfast tacos were pretty good. Their pancakes were fluffy. Nothing extraordinary though. Their caprese avocado toast was not good. I didn't think you can mess that up, but maybe it was the type of tomato used and the wheat bread being a poor combination? The tomato had a metallic taste to it. I didn't like the fact they didn't have other types of coffee other than their pot-brewed coffee. I haven't been to breakfast place without a small coffee/latte selection on the menu. read more

Not sure why the very high ratings other than service. Standard breakfast diner type spot. Food was okay, nothing stood out. Pancakes were standard quality, but nothing that screamed "pancake house!" The avocado toast was disappointing IMO. That said, the service was excellent - very engaged staff who checked in frequently and were super nice - 5* for them (3* for food). We were looking for breakfast food take out and happened upon this cute restaurant. It was a wonderful surprise to see tables available for eat in. The menu is extensive and has everything you can imagine for breakfast and brunch. We ordered pancakes which were soft and fluffy! The waitstaff was so helpful making sure we had all we needed, double checking everything in the bag. They separated items based on temperature too. We loved the upbeat atmosphere and menu options.
