We were looking for breakfast food take out and happened upon this cute restaurant. It was a wonderful surprise to see tables available for eat in. The menu is extensive and has everything you can imagine for breakfast and brunch. We ordered pancakes which were soft and fluffy! The waitstaff was so helpful making sure we had all we needed, double checking everything in the bag. They separated items based on temperature too. We loved the upbeat atmosphere and menu options. Great, quick stop for breakfast sandwiches, fruit and soup to have at summer ball games. I stopped here at a moment's notice as I wanted freshly made breakfast sandwiches for my children. We were able to custom-order ham, sausage, or bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and also received fresh cut fruit, broccoli soup in travel cups, crackers, and really cool homemade buns with our meal purchases. Decided to come here on a Sunday morning before going grocery shopping. So glad we did. The place is small, but welcoming. Our waitress was on it. Never had an empty drink during our whole meal. We had a sausage omelette and eggs and sausage both with a side of pancakes (instead of toast). Everything was delicious. The pancakes were a LOT bigger than expected. I always order a plain sausage omelette when I go to a new place to level set. They use the bigger sausages, so there were nice big slices throughout. Tried this place out after driving by it a number of times. Just opened about 7 months ago. We've tried every breakfast place in South Naperville and North Plainfield on Rt. 59. This place is by far the best of the bunch! Much higher quality food than anyone around. Prices about the same as everyone else. Cinnamon Pancakes are a must try. Absolutely killer. . It's a hard place find but definitely worth the quest. Only drawback is the size which causes a wait potentially on weekends. I highly recommend you try it out though. I know this is a new place. So I will keep this in mind for my review. With that said, I had a party of eight for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We were greeting sat down and had menus passed out. I took note that already the restaurant was almost packed at 9:30 am. Only two cooks and two servers. No manager or anyone in charge that I could tell was even there. The server that took care of us was VERY NEW to serving and waiting on customers. She didn't know how some of the items where made, let alone what some of them were or even came with. (Sigh) She forgot to come back to take two of our parties order when they asked for a few more minutes to look over the menu of choices. We had to leave our table and go to the counter to remind her that there were two who hadn't placed there order. So our orders went in. The cooks we're IMMENSELY OVERWHELMED!!! They could not keep up with the orders coming in at all! Half of our food came out about 30 minutes later. (No I'm not exaggerating.) Then we had to wait 10 more minutes for the remainder of our groups food. I just gave my breakfast skillet to my children so at least they could start eating something. Oh, then we had to wait for her to get silverware for three people. I had three coffee refills and that's it. I guess I'm not entitled to more. And I had a family member who has celiac disease (can't have gluten). So we got the "gluten-free" pancakes and I think they messed that up. Because my family member is in abdominal pain right now. The food was just okay. Most of it came out lukewarm to room temperature. Let's just say only two people out of eight ate all of their food. Everyone else had leftovers and didn't want to take them home. My review would be complete the menu and prices. They had the general favorites for a breakfast/lunch place. Nothing spectacular. The prices were quite overpriced for what you got. Too wrap it up, Experienced staff: none, and not enough. Quality: below average Service: horrible Prices: overpriced Cleanliness: just ok. Their website and signage at the door says they open at 6 am. On Saturday, January 11th, 2020, they did not. When I arrived, the place was dark; with nothing moving and not a soul to be seen. Only thing lit was a small internal light and the sign telling me that they should open at 6 am. I went over to Egg-Cited across Route 59 and had a nice breakfast. Hopefully, for CPH, this was just a one-morning issue. But, I'll never know as I won't waste my time driving over to find out. It's ok if you don't open at 6; but publish your actual opening time. read more

This is our new favorite breakfast spot. We were a bit hesitant about the place when we arrived (it was very small) but were referred here by some friends who absolutely raved about the food so we decided to give it a chance. The food is amazing and the people that work there are very nice. My daughter got the pancakes and loved them. I had the biscuit and gravy skillet and it was amazing. The biscuits tasted home made and were buttery. My wife had a BLT sandwich and a side salad and she loved the home made ranch dressing. Tried this for breakfast today on a whim. It was around 10:30am and we were the only 3 customers in the place. Service was great, our waitress was personable and on top of everything. I ordered the cinnamon French toast which was delicious. My husband had a omelet which he said it was great. The place is a little small inside so when it starts to take off, be prepared for a wait. The only downfall I see is that it is located a distance from Rt 59 in a strip mall next to the Ace Hardware. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not visible from RT 59 so they will need to do a lot of advertising and spread the word via social network to get the customers come in and make it a successful place. read more

All was excellent and we would order again. Service was great. Waitress (Michelle?) notice we were using more French vanilla creamer and brought us more. Coffee refills kept coming the whole time. Country fried steak was fork tender and crispy, unlike most places. Asked for the hash browns crispy and they were nice and crunchy.
