Not one complain. Doors open exactly at 6am. Last wash is at 9pm, laundry completely shuts down at 11pm. Machines are always working. They have an atm accessible and they recently installed Fascard on some of the washers. No need to carry lose change. Bathroom always clean, staff are very friendly. Owner tends to come in between 8-9am. Very professional very polite. Been coming here for over a year and will continue to do so. read more

If I could give it no stars I would!! DONT COME HERE. We moved in to Reseda about a month ago and we were looking for a place to wash and we decided to come here as it says they close at 11. Well they don't!! The lady told us that we had to leave be 10:30 mind you we had so much clothes impossible for us to finish. She also kept moving my baskets and touching our stuff and would just keep walking back and forth so we can leave. We had to just put our stuff in bags!!! I willNEVER come back here. Take your business elsewhere! We also went to food 4 less to buy some stuff and when we came back to check on our clothes the doors were LOCKED!!! At not even 9!!! I recently moved into the area and was looking for a laundromat nearby. I found Cinnamon's, and decided to give them a try, basically for the name, very sweet. Well, it turned out so much better than just a cute name. With Covid being on everyone's minds, I first noticed how the staff member had on a mask, and the place smelled like it had recently been sanitized. While I was there, I noticed the staff member doing alot more cleaning then I would usually see at other laundromats, looks like they take great pride in keeping things safe for their customers. The staff member while cleaning came by and asked me if I needed anything, she were very helpful. Everything went great, oh by the way, the machines work extremely well. I been coming here for the past 2 years now, all the employees are friendly and always happy to help u, I don't understand why people can read the sign last wash is at 9:00pm!!!!! U have to be there before night and the doors lock automatically at 11:00pm.. They really need to do something about this lady staff. I came before 9 pm which is there last wash, I had a good amount of time. However, the employee already confronted me that I needed to hurry up bcuz they'll close at 11pm. I understood and started calculating the time I'll be able to finish. When one of my clothes in the washing machine finished she confronted me that it's done, which literally just ended a few secs. I understand that she was rushing me bcuz I did have a lot of laundry but my problem was when I had 20 mins before 11 and her guy friend, was telling me I only had 10 more mins bcuz they'll need to close. I told them why tell me now when I still have a lot of clothes to get out of the dryer. It was at this time the employee's guy friend started to rush me and started getting mad. I was considerate of them at first, reason to why I didn't even fold my clothes well. But for them to tell me I had 10 more mins at 10:40 that's very unprofessional. They could've warned me an hour before or at least 30 mins instead of 10 mins!!! Very frustrated, had to take all my stuff outside just so they can have that 10 mins before 11pm. This happened on Saturday February 29, 2020. Whoever was scheduled this day needs to learn customer service and she needs to check her guy friend too. read more

The staff here is very rude. I walked in, needed change to do my laundry so I walked over to their change machine and I was harassed by and old male employee as soon as I put in the first bill. He blocked my way and stood in front of the change machine and he said "This is not a bank!!! You are not doing laundry here right ?" "i don't see you with your basket" And I said "Yes I am, my roommate is helping me bring the baskets, I'm multitasking because I'm in a rush" There isn't anything wrong with the way I chose to do things ok. Then the male employee said " Well go get it then!!! Because this is not your personal bank!" I hope the owner reads this review because it's not good for your business, I am not coming back here because now I'm afraid this employee will harass me again. He kept on getting close to me even when I asked him to please keep his distance. I guess other people do this and he assumed I did that just because I didn't walk in with my basket ? He was rude, unprofessional, and has no respect for females. He shouldn't be working there because he makes people feel uncomfortable.
