This is for Cintas in Santa Clarita. They were good for a month or two then service declined they got days and times confused. Now they've billed us for services not rendered. After 5 phone calls and 6 messages with promises to refund the money nothing has happened but empty promises. It's been over a month since they incorrectly billed us - even though they admitted fault immediately. There's zero reason to not immediately refund. I'm looking into other options to deal with this inappropriate charge. read more

The worst company I have ever dealt with, constant incorrect billing. You can never speak anyone directly locally. They have enormus price increases yearly upwards of 20%+. I do not recommend you do any kind of business with Cintas at all. Though I give most businesses a pass or two due too Covid, I can not ignore the poor treatment I've received on 3 different occasions with Cintas. Their employees are incompetent, they do not put their customers needs first, they have the most unprofessional work ethic and attitude I've ever seen, their training is the poor excuse for training I've ever witnessed and worst of all they are thieves. The company I work for has been with Cintas for over 5 years and it's been a bit of a roller coaster with them. For a little more than a year now we've had Richard as our service rep and he's been great! It was a turning point in our Cintas experience to have a rep who's dedicated and listens and understands our needs. He has great communication skills and that's solved almost all of the issues we were experiencing with Cintas prior to his arrival. I've been serviced by Cintas for the last few years. The service is pretty standard and is usually just a quick pick up and go system. However there is an employee named Richard, who services my store in the Studio City area. He has gone above and beyond at all times with every store visit. Whether it is changing out the mop heads or bringing in fresh towels we need, he is always making sure we are well taken care of. Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. We had a very simple service set up to receive 20 mop heads and 2 rubber floor mats every Friday. Our first Friday they showed up with 15 mop heads, some buckets that we didn't request and no mats. After opening the box, half of the mop heads couldn't be used they were just shredded strings, complete trash. They came by Monday to bring the rest of our order and again it was incomplete. Friday rolls around again and they forgot the mats again, and brought us the wrong amount of mops. So we politely asked to cancel as this wasn't the service we wanted. They were apologetic and wanted to fix it so we decided to try again. The following week on Friday they never showed up with our order. Monday comes and they bring us what we thought was our order of mop heads. NOPE! It was two boxes of broom attachments! How can you mess up such a simple order? For four weeks straight. So we called to cancel the service, and everything should have been picked up on Friday like normal to end our service with them. They never showed up. Just called Robert to ask when they will be picking their supplies up and he says, "they can't get to it today, they'll come tomorrow." How are they not able to get to it when our scheduled pick up service was Friday? Now they conveniently cannot come until Tuesday. They have no idea what they are doing, do not waste your time with this company. read more

So I have to say I use Cintas I have been through a lot of people I have my Rep. Richard Deleon he has turn my life around I no longer have grey hair cause he took all my stress away. This overall company is horrible. The interview process is horrible. They make you feel that you will be wanted/hired then at the end they tell you No. They are very 2 faced. The individuals that conduct the actual interviews don't even know how to interview. They shouldn't be in there positions. They make you sign a CONTRACT that is 5 years (60 months) and if you want to get out of the contract by waiting it out, make sure your intent to cancel is in writing and sent certified mail, 60 DAYS BEFORE THE END OF THE CONTRACT!!! If you forget by one day, it will renew, automatically, for another 60 months!!! If you cancel anyway, you'll have to buy your way out; you'll pay 1/2 of the remaining contract price and you'll also have to pay for the cost to replace any uniforms they deem too damaged or worn out. - On top of that, if that's not bad enough; they can raise your prices at any time. When I call to complain they pass the buck from department to department, I keep getting transferred only to be told that they'll have to have the account manager call me back. - AmeriPride gave us quote that would save us over $600.00 a year that's huge when you're paying $1,728.00 a year!) and they would give us a lot more services. When Cintas found out, they immediately said they could lower our prices...well, why not just do that without us having to threaten to leave?! read more

I have been trying to Cancel my service with them for three weeks now. They told me someone would call to take away their dispensers and stuff. Never heard from anyone. Emailed them, asked what was going on. The lady I emailed did not answer anything. Not one sentence of typing. Sent me a screen shot of my company's page in their system that told me nothing. So I called again. Was told a guy would get a hold of me to walk me through canceling. I told her I had already been waiting for that call and my boss is getting tired of the hold up, asked when call would happen. She said "today". Of course that call still hasn't come. Plus, the last time I got restocked I got an invoice for all kinds of stuff.... the guy just came, left a couple rolls of paper towels and TP and changed out 1 of 4 bathrooms. I still can't even tell if my service is canceled or if they are going to charge me for "services" this month too. This company is far more of a pain than it's worth. read more
