Purchased 2 Corvette's from them. Last one 2019. Both had paint issues that dealer took s not me attitude. Appears some sort of chemical spray is being released st location. I sent an email, twice, through the Kerbeck website, requesting information on a specific car that they had, and still have in stock. After no response, I finally called, and after leaving 2 unanswered voice messages, I finally got a person on the line. He SEEMED very interested as I was ready to purchase the car immediately; I only needed a final price and shipping to CA, where I live. He NEVER got back to me, as he said he would, and my information WAS entered in their computer, so someone must have received my email, but no response ever. I finally decided to forget Kerbeck, and found a more expensive car, $20000 more, here locally, and bought it this past weekend. As this is the final manual transmission Corvette, I thought it was worth having all the "nice stuff" on the car. I emailed the general manager Rich, yesterday, regarding this situation, just to let him know that customers should not be ignored, and I, again, received no response at all. SO, to all of you looking for a Corvette, I guess unless you walk in the door, they are not very interested in your business. read more

My father did me a favor driving my corvette all the way from NYC to kerbecks service department in Atlantic City because that's where I purchased the vehicle, they sell the most corvettes in the area, and I assumed they would be best to handle updating a recent recall item for my vehicle. The experience was a very poor one and I will likely not be using their services again or recommending friends to their location. initial inconvenience of no weekend service appointments to accommodate people who work during the week especially those from outside of the immediate area. Away from that, I set up an appointment for 9am, my father arrived at 845, was told it would take less than an hour and that he could wait. No food/drinks offered, no suggestions when asked for places to eat nearby are some small touches that occur at the local BMW dealer we frequent but does not occur at kerbeck. They waited around until 10am and then when still no word, they went to check up on the progress to find that the vehicle had not even been looked st yet, others were being serviced who came in later, and no timeline on when they would get to our vehicle was given, nor any acknowledgement or apology or action to correct the issue. My father asked to speak to a manager who then said the car would be looked at next. Still not having gotten to eat, my folks asked if they could drive them somewhere to get food or loan them a car until the service was done... they suggested taking them to a rental car place to rent a car as opposed to just giving them a lift somewhere and retrieving them afterwards which is what eventually occurred but only after a lot of complaining. The driver was not the sharpest knife in the drawer, unfamiliar with the area and not exuding confidence that he was going to be able to find them when they were finished. After the recall item was attended to, there were some superficial marks on the vehicle I had wanted them to look at and quote us on how much and how long they would take to fix, but apparently the people who are qualified to do that work out of another location and would require a lot more inconvenience. I always see these commercials on tv about how kerbeck goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service, and I have to say I was really disappointed when I heard how they treated my retired father who was doing me a favor that ended up being a much bigger hassle than it needed to be. read more

I don't know about anyone else but I was more than happy to drive 8 hours to save $12,000. They are the biggest Corvette dealership in the world. I looked online, picked a corvette from their inventory, called them and they had it ready and waiting when I arrived. The paperwork took about 30 min total. They don't jack the price at the end with dealer add-ons, paperwork fees, etc. LOVE MY 2016 VET!!! read more

Well... Having purchsed cars for 45 years I came across a gem.Kerbeck Corvettes. I purchased a new vehicle from Kerbeck in Atlantic City ,NJ. From the moment I was met by their representative I was blown away. These guys are truely professional in every way. The entire staff helped me even if I was not their individual customer. I flew into the airport and was brought over to the dealership for my initial visit. I would STRONGLY recommend this organization for a purchase and It is obvious why they are the number one Corvette dealer. They go out of their way to make things smooth and enjoyable. Worst Car Buying Experience I have ever had in 35 years! Since this dealership is #1 in sales Volume and they know most buyers unfortunately are driven by price, they feel they can be terribly rude, arrogant and disrespectful to customers who are foolish enough to go there to save a few bucks. I have never seen a dealership that treats people SO poorly as soon as they close the sale and have your money. This dealership is a perfect example of how once a dealership sells enough Corvettes to be able to undercut all of the other dealers, they then feel that they can treat their customers badly, be rude, not return phone calls and not even let you talk to the owner when you aren't being taken care of by the general manager. GM clearly doesn't care how these people treat their customers as long as they keep pushing Corvettes out the door in volume. Someday when they lose their #1 volume ranking, this arrogant monopoly of a dealership will realize that it was the customers that made them number one and not their unprofessional business plan. Don't contribute to the success of this arrogant dealership and go buy elsewhere and there are MANY dealerships that will not only give you comparable pricing but will actually treat you with respect in an attempt to actually EARN your business unlike Kerbeck who feels they don't have to!. Planning to buy a Corvette? Highly consider Kerbeck Corvette in Atlantic City, NJ. After searching locally in the New Orleans area I was happy to make my purchase 1,300 miles away. Deal was incredible. Almost double the discounts offered around here. Huge inventory to select from. When you have a minute go to their web site and read the details of my deal in the "guest book" area. See my comments under Paul from Madisonville, La. Then look at their inventory with discounts listed. Take that print out to your local Chevrolet dealer and watch their faces as they try to squirm out with a bunch of shallow BS. I have purchased many vehicles over the past several years and usually dread the thought of haggling with the starched shirts. No issue here. I am posting this review because I am a real buyer & also a former employee of the Kerbeck family from many years ago, I have also sent them customers over the years, I never wanted nor asked for any sort of reward for this and I never received one. I purchased a new 2012 Grand Sport coupe in 2012 from Kerbeck, other than Mr. Salvatore failing to correct a problem with the PA. state license plates on my car, I still considered the experience a positive one, in 2014 I called & spoke to a salesman with a British accent (I don't recall his name) and told him I wanted to buy a new C7, he told me he would call me back to take my information & possibly buy one already in inventory, that call never came. Next I went to the Corvettes at Carlisle show & spoke to one of the sales people there about buying on the spot, I even took my trade (the 2012 GS cp.) but was told that they could not make any sales at the show according to the rules of Carlisle, I left my info with the young man I spoke with & asked them to call I gave my cell phone number so they could call immediately, that call never came. In October I called their store in Atlantic city & asked to speak with Mr. Salvatore, I was told that he was busy but was promised a return call, it never came. In December, a few days before Christmas I went on line filled out their order form for the car I wanted to buy & of course the promise that their Corvette person would soon make contact with me, I am STILL waiting! I have to ask, is Kerbeck REALLY selling cars, or have I become a Leper? I cannot understand how shabby I have been treated by this agency, especially since the car I want to buy is in the 60k range or higher. read more
