This is the second car we bought from Gentilini's. We live outside Philadelphia but ended up there because we wanted someone who could really educate us on pickup trucks. We were buying an RV and wanted to be a safe as possible. We were lucky enough ti be have Rick Bailey as our sales representative. He was knowledgeable and friendly. A really personable, easy to get along with person. He put us at ease and really went above and beyond. Even showing us his own personal vehicle (this was 2020 and there were no trucks on the lot). When we placed our order with him there were no games or sales tactics. He explained the options to us. We chose some, declined other. I never felt pressured. When we picked up the truck, there were no hidden fees or upcharges. The only thing we were asked about was whether we wanted an extended warranty (mechanicals and electrical). My father, George, took his truck here a few months ago for a noise. They took it apart and kept it for 9 weeks. When they tried putting it back together, they did something to his drive shaft. He has spoken to the owner, Don Gentilini, who refuses to do anything about it and says he needs to get his lawyer involved. It will cost my Dad $875 to fix the incompetence of him and his workers. Do not go here for simple maintenance because you'll end up getting screwed. Don Gentilini doesn't care about his customers and doesn't have an ethical bone in his body. read more

brought my F-350 in for service was quoted one price then got a phone call that once they took a part off i needed more larts cause they couldnt do anything without. Ok approved the 3300 tab. Truck gets done im out if town i get a call Thursday that when they came in Wednesday my truck toolbox was ransacked. And the only thing they said was we didnt have a key to lock it. No apology nothing stay away from this place. I have had service across the country never dealt with a worse Ford Dealer. I took my piece of junk Ford Focus here to have the defective transmission clutch replaced under warranty.I was given a loaner car per the warranty repair.The repair work was terrible.They damaged the rear main seal when installing it.I brought it back and was denied a loaner car because that only covered the warranty repair.The fact that they did the repair WRONG doesn't matter.This time they left the oil drain plug loose.They assured me that the clutch pack was not contaminated by the rear main leak.A couple of months later the transmission failed completely.I took to a COMPETENT transmission shop and he did the job right.The cause of the failure? The Clutch pack was destroyed by the oil leak from the lousy job done at Gentilini Ford. The service advisor was very upset regarding the truthful survey that was requested by Ford. read more

I bought my last car, a new Ford 3 years ago from Gentilini. I love my vehicle and did manage to pay it off a year early. The car is too small so I was looking to step up into a larger vehicle. I went into the dealer, test drove the vehicle of my dreams and was ready to make the purchase. However they insisted that I pay the full sticker price plus they only gave me a low estimate on my 3 year old car that is in outstanding condition. THe manager then came over and said this is the way it is, our price or goodbye. I felt they were rude and uncaring, especially after the first purchase of a car went so smoothly. I called this place for a repair due to the fact that the ford dealer near me was scheduling 10 days out. I made an appointment. Went in and met Chris. Promised a call at end of the day. Never happened. Called them and spoke to Chris who had attitude right from the start. He had excuse after excuse and still nothing.Communication sucks because of his rotten attitude. I can't the first to complain about him! He says I'll call you back after lunch. Never happened. He calls me on the third day. Still has nothing and now he wants to do something all while not telling me if it's under my extended warranty. This guy has the wrong attitude for customer service. He called me an "outsider". Saying we never have problems with our "regular customers". You "outsiders" come here because nobody else wants to do the repair. This guy is a total __________ . you fill in the blank. NEVER AGAIN. I picked up my truck, ordered my own part after calling ford and founding out that it wasn't covered. Chris made me never want to go to Gentilini for anything again. I hope the upper management wants to talk to me. I purchased my new car yesterday. Another Ford dealer closer to my house didn't have the car I was looking for, but Gentilini Ford had two of them, so I took a ride out there. This was a great decision. My salesperson, Buster, was literally the best salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Within minutes he had me test driving the car. He was very knowledgeable about the car, answered many questions, and didn't pretend to know everything. He went looking for multiple answers because he refused to give me any incorrect imformation...that is just fantastic in my opinion. Buster helped me satisfy my old car lease, which I still have a few months of payments left, took the time to find me the best loan rate available, any even advised me to delay my purchase because there was a chance of extra rebates the following week...and he was right! He gave me his personal cell number and communication was excellent. When I returned the following week everything was ready to go...paperwork was a breeze, all the numbers discussed were locked in, the car was in perfect shape, and while Buster explained all available warranty options, he never pressured me at all. Best of all, I ONLY delt with Buster. No managers, nobody else pushing extras at the end of the deal, non of that...Buster did EVERYTHING. He was even vigilant to the point of correctly guessing I wasn't interested in the standard guidance on how to work the audio system and other car functions...I'm a manual reader kind of guy. I've purchased and leased many vehicles over the years, and this by far was the easiest and best experience I've had. Oh, and it was a GREAT deal too.
