Very disappointed with my stay. The hotel room was unclean upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about the overall experience. The TV did not work during the stay, and despite attempts to adjust the temperature, the room remained at 64 degrees all night, making it extremely uncomfortable. For the price paid, basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, and temperature control should be expected. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those standards. I stay here very often. I love how chic the rooms are, very stylish and spacious. I like how the hotel has a Publix connected and a nail salon, as well as the Cuban Cafe on the corner. They do not provide parking but the amenities are cool. Hollywood is about 40mins from Miami. I love vacationing like a local and that's why I book at the Circ. I plan to visit the restaurant. They have great staff from the front desk to the housekeeping. I did have an incident where they didn't check my ID and just gave me access to my room, don't do it again!! But other than that I stay here every chance I get literally every 6 weeks haha. Love it here. read more

The circ hotel was interesting: 1. You have to enter an assigned code to use elevators and get into room. 2. There is a fee to have room cleaned. 3. Fee to check in early or check out late. My Flight was cancelled due to a storm, and this hotel refused to provide a refund. I am from out of state and was going for the Rosario Flores Concert in March which I bought for my wife for our anniversary, I lost on the tickets, The airlines refunded me the fare but this hotel refuses to work with AMEX to refund me. They have ignored AMEX for the last month and only want to offer a voucher for me to return to FLL. I have no plans on returning to FLL for 2 nights as I was only going there for the concert. This hotel is unwilling to work with any guest on things that are out of your control, I will tell anyone and everyone to stay away from this hotel as they show to be very unprofessional in handling these type of situations. read more

This was a comfortable hotel. The bed was perfect, the pool area is relaxing and it was never too packed, all the toiletries are available to us next to the front desk. It is walking distance to good restaurants, 2 miles from the beach and next door to a grocery store. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The bus to the airport is right in front of the hotel, the ride is only $2 to and from the airport and it only takes about 25 minutes to get there. read more

Valet: Please do not expect for valet to be a proper valet you are use to. They will stare at you, not acknowledge that you're there up until you walk up to them at their station. We stayed 3 Days and every day we got our car back the seat belt for the passengers seat was buckled on the drivers side, the lights were messed with (they were on auto), a/c and radio messed with and on the last day, it was raining and they left our car door open and ran off. Do not expect a proper valet service. 0/10 recommend Room: The room was decent. We got the king size bedroom with extra space and a balcony. (Birthday trip) first night getting in i noticed the towels were dirty and there were no wash cloths so i requested new ones. I was told i might have to wait till the next morning but that was unacceptable so i let them know for this to be the first night i'd like to shower. 20mins later a paper bag was dropped off at my door with new wash cloths and towels or so i hoped. They felt old and some seemed different from others so i'd bring your own if you have a standard to hotels. Water pressure is not a thing, so ladies who love their water pressure please do not do it. Location: Its in a nice area. Restaurants within walking distances. Depending on which room you get, view was ok. We had the hard rock within view. The day we were checking in no one was at the front desk and we waited 2 hours for someone to store our luggage. When we finally checked in and needed to rest, we were woken up twice by maintenance and another by staff claiming that the upstairs neighbors dropped a credit card in our balcony, which by the way was extremely dirty. Couldn't even sit in the balcony furniture and the card turned out to be just a playing card. The only upsides were that the room was spacious and the Italian restaurant here is 10/10. Farmer's Milk nearby for brunch is also 10/10. For the price per night, wouldn't stay here again. read more

Great location in Downtown Hollywood and Young's Circle. You can walk to restaurants, bars and shops. There's a Publix supermarket if you are looking to buy some snacks, hot food, and alcohol. The studio room is beautifully furnished and has a nice walk-in rain shower. The king bed is very comfortable and lots of plush pillows. There's a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods and tea. This hotel contact free and you just need to download the app you enter your room via access code or mobile key. To access your floor you must enter your code or tap your phone on the receiver in the elevator. There's an Italian restaurant Olivia in the hotel. They also have a rooftop bar and restaurant to have a nice open air dinner or drink. Great for couples or larger groups. The pool was on the 12th floor and was very cold and not heated. There are day beds and beach lounge chairs around the wet deck. Pool towels are provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we had a great night sleep every night. The only downside, there are some homeless people outside the Publix supermarket. read more

This place has bad customer service if you are not on the property. It is impossible to get a hold of a person directly at the hotel. I left a jacket in our room in a recent stay and had no way of actually speaking to someone there to see if they had it. When you call the number their concierge answers and cannot transfer you to the hotel. They say they will contact them on your behalf but I didn't hear back from anyone. I ended up going back to the hotel in person and luckily the jacket was there and returned to me. Aside from that the hotel was clean and nice and the staff present was friendly and helpful. The area has restaurants and night life at a walking distance. There is small homeless presence in the area but as we walked around we never felt unsafe. read more

Unique experience regarding checkin. It isn't via a regular lobby, with check-in representatives etc. Most of the experience at the hotel is online; you get a code to open the main door, and another code to open the apartment (no key). Reading this, I was a bit unsure about the quality, but boy, was I surprised! It turned out to be a *really* nice building. There was a person in the lobby who needed our code to allow us in. An elevator ride, and another code to get into the apartment. The apartment itself was fantastic! Fully furnished (including an in-unit washer/dryer). BIG rooms: living, bedroom, bathroom. All fixtures appeared brand new. Furniture was great - pull-out sofa, dining table/chairs. Bed was excellent - king-sized and extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome; overlooking the park right in front. Valet parking ($30/day) is the only option. So do account for this when you consider. I have now stayed here multiple times through Airbnb and am continually enchanted by this place. The check-in process is very simple, just one code that you type to get up the elevator, and into your personal door as well. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious, and they all have balconies overlooking the beautiful Hollywood circle. There is a coffee shop that has an entrance from the hotel, and has so many great snacks and drink options, as well as a beautiful restaurant inside the lobby, and upstairs on the pool deck. The pool itself is also beautiful and the seating is never crowded. The gate is unlocked and doesn't require the room code, and there is a bin of towels clean and ready for use. Parking is strict, valet is a little pricey and does take a little bit of time to get your car back and there is a line of street parking on the adjacent street but beware they do ticket so be sure to pay the meter. On our 3rd day I asked for towels in the morning 9am and was told that to wait at least 15 minutes but no one came. My husband saw the lady who does the cleaning and mentioned again but received a reply that no towels available because they are still washing it and this is around past 12NN. I decided to just wash it because our room has washer and dryer included- so we can all take a bath and start our day. Until the next day. No follow up from the management. Take note, no parking so you have to pay for parking each day of your stay. There's a lot of choices where we can stay. If you do not want your vacation to be ruined don't stay here. read more

The room was properly cleaned at all. The previous booking clearly had a party, there were decorations still on the walls, food on the patio, the handprint in the bathroom may have been blood or makeup. I have pictures of all of this. Additionally there was a leak l'm guessing outside of the door. We were led to believe the patio was open but it's enclosed. When I tried to address this through the app all they did was bring us towels. When I went to the desk the gentleman down there said "veah maybe they had a party". There was no offer to clean the room or move us to a different room. I ended up cleaning some of it myself as I did not have the means to switch hotels at that very moment. I truly feel like I threw my money away and it did dampen the vacation spirit. This review is a little overdue since I stayed during July 2022. I would say this hotel is about 3.5 stars - it wasn't horrible but def could be improved upon. The feel of the hotel is very modern which I loved but a lot was also left to be desired during my 9 day stay. For starters, the rooftop bar and restaurant are so convenient and fun. The room tv did not have that many channels and there was no option for streaming. I was in the room a lot since I work remotely but was unable to watch tv most of the time. There was a very small fridge that did not have much cold air so I couldn't fit much. There is also no microwave in the room or nearby so if you're like me and spend a lot of time in the room you either have to go out and buy fresh food daily or order takeout. Parking in the area is also super difficult and valet is $30/night. There's no towels by the pool and the bar/restaurant doesn't open til 530 so you can't grab a drink or food there if you're lounging. There is a Publix right next door as well as a coffee shop which is convenient. The room is also not cleaned everyday unless you request it in the app but the cleaning lady did pass by almost daily and ask if I needed anything. The customer service in the app is also great and they were very responsive. The gym is super small and would get packed on weekends so it was hard to workout but it was less busy during the week. There's no water fountain anywhere so I kept having to go to vending machine or to Publix. For a quick weekend trip I def think this is a great choice and it's very central to Hollywood so it's easy to walk anywhere but for longer trip or a work trip where you might need to be in the room more often or want access to more hotel amenities it's not worth it in my opinion for the price. read more

Room was super dusty, floors were dirty.Sliding glass door had oily hand and arm prints all over. The shower had hair all over in it with soap scum and hard water everywhere. Employees on their phone every-time you see one. Trying to get our car back when we're leaving took us 30 min because valet people were just wondering around and playing on their phone. We booked a Junior Suite and it was great. Nice and clean and everyone was nice. It was my birthday and they surprised us with a bottle of wine and a desert plate free of charge. Front desk gave us 2 drink card which was very nice. We asked for a late checkout and front desk said 12pm. We received a knock at 11am from what seems like one of the cleaners who said we needed to be out right now. I explained front desk said 12pm and she gave me a nasty look and mumbled with an attitude they said 11am. When I told her I can call the front desk again to be sure, she snorted and walked away, so I had to take away a star for that. Overall, I would stay here again. read more

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 king. Not such a problem, if that were it. Took 2 hours to get someone to explain the tvs. There is never anyone to help. You have to use the ap and then wait. It is a heavy traffic part of the city and if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear cars all night long. The worst part: the kitchen was described as fully stocked with the "basics.". Nothing except 4 coffee pods. No sugar, no cups, no plates, no utensils. Just empty cupboards. I booked this hotel because we wanted a kitchen so I could cook. No way I could cook even a microwave dinner without buying knives, forks and spoons first. The suite was clean-ish. The curtain smelled of dust, and if you moved them, you could see the dust in the air. Showers were nice, and the bed was comfortable. But the bed frame is a problem if you get up in the dark - your shins could get seriously damaged! The code pad on the door to enter the room is hard to read, especially if you're using bifocals. My husband had to kneel in order to punch in the code. The valets were friendly and helpful. The icemaker in the refrigerator worked well. read more

This place is absolutely stunning. Brickell meets Downtown Hollywood. This Boutique hotel is out of a magazine at an amazing price. I stayed here a night for my birthday and it exceeded my expectAtions. The rooms were modern and high end. Floor to ceiling walk shower tile and a nice cozy robe to put on. From the balcony breath taking view of young circle and its surroundings. The designer for this hotel had a vision and it was beautifully executed when it came to mixing metals with fabrics. Check out their swimming pool and roof top lounge. Great music. Their is a noise restriction so come watch the sunset cause it's definitely not for late nights. Rooms are small but beautiful. One of the nicest underrated hotels I've ever stayed at. It was about a $20 Uber ride from the airport, or the cruise port, which is what brought us to the area. I wanted a change of pace from a beach hotel and this was a perfect choice. I was given an early checkin and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We immediately set out to explore and grab lunch offsite. The recommendation for offsite food, is Tipsy Boar. The only thing that I didn't like about this hotel were the pillows, but that's not a deal breaker. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing, so those made up for the pillows! The shower head was on the ceiling, which was a first, but makes complete sense. Why aren't all showers like that?! The rooftop pool and bar were amazing too, setting this hotel over the top. Don't bother. It's reasonably priced however there is a reason why. I have several coworkers who have stayed here at different times AND SOMETHING ALWAYS GOES WRONG! It's now added to the list of hotels not to stay at by my company. 1. It always smells like pot. 2. The don't care about noisy guests and don't call the police to escort people out when there is domestic abuse happening in one of the rooms. 3. The only way to enter your room is via a pin-code and if the system goes down, forget about entering your room for a few hours until the "system gets rebooted". It's convenient to have pins however a hotel as profesional and this one claims to be, should always have a backup plan! It's unacceptable that guests have to wait in the lobby for hours until a solution is found. What happens in case of emergencies? Just do yourself the favor and DO NOT BOOK this hotel. The wooden bed frame sticks out further from the mattress due to sizing difference and I've hit my shin several times and it's been a torturous experience. The Circ Hotel in Hollywood is fabulous!! Diane and I and Diane's mother stayed in a beautiful suite at the Circ Hotel!! We stayed for a few days to wait out the Hurricane Dorian experience. A spotlessly clean room with a fantastic view of Hollywood Circle (hence the name-Circ). It came equipped with all the most modern conveniences. The staff was so pleasant and eager to please, it makes me want to schedule another few days at the Circ! Anything we wanted, they gave it to us, immediately. Coffee maker, washer and dryer in the closet, a full refrigerator, a shower with a shower head that makes it feel like rain, modern art, beautiful floors, an incredibly comfortable bed, a bathrobe, They had everything to make you feel as if you were on a fantastic vacation! And they are pet-friendly! I just loved the Circ! The Circ has a great restaurant downstairs, The Olivia Restaurant. So convenient, so great! The outside of The Circ is simply magnificent. It was a wonderful time in the face of a horrible disaster to the people of the Bahamas. I'm so sorry that this awful event occurred. My prayers are with them. read more

TLDR: Great staycation off the beach! ___ I stayed at the Circ Hotel for a staycation and was incredible happy with my stay. The rooms were spacious, decorated with lively art and the bed was super comfortable. They have a cool pool that looks out over Hollywood and into Fort Lauderdale Beach. It's right on the circle in Hollywood so you are just steps away from some great eating establishments. Obviously the first stop is the restaurant in the hotel - Olivia. I sat at the bar and had a cocktail and some of their fresh mozzarella. You can also go across the street to J28 for some Peruvian sandwiches. The main strip of Hollywood where the nightlife is popping is just a quick Uber ride away. The staff was all super nice. I really enjoyed this little getaway where I was able to disconnect for a bit. read more

This place has a very nice vibe. We enjoyed happy hour with $5 martinis, then went to the roof top bar " Muse" . It has a beautiful view of Hollywood and nice seating area with large industrial fans to keep you cool when it is hot. I give 4 stars because there was no music at the roof top ( Friday night at 5-6pm) , but I was told there is very nice music in the evenings. We left and went to eat dinner at Olivia restaurant, which is located on the first floor of the hotel, which is another review with 5 stars. The bathrooms have rain showers, and and the room itself is very spacious. The front desk staff is also super nice and accommodating to any requests you have. There is a rooftop pool that is adjacent to the rooftop bar at the hotel, Muse. The Circ also has a coffee shop on the first floor for quick grab and go items. If you're looking for a nice dinner, they have a wonderful restaurant called Olivia. While it's rather large, it's always packed - so be sure to make a reservation. They make a mean martini! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at the Circ and would definitely stay again for some R&R. Don't let the photos on the website deceive you--this hotel is unclean. Additionally, there's a $20 daily charge for room cleaning. The chairs and sofa in our room were filthy, and the minimal lighting and falling-apart lamp didn't help matters. To get toiletries, you have to go downstairs to a small cabinet and help yourself. The pool area is poorly maintained and in a dismal state. The only positive aspect is the wrap-around balcony; other than that, it's best to find accommodations elsewhere. Trash outside the rooms remained for days, and considering the nightly price, it's certainly not worth it. read more

I had to cancel my stay here. Paid an upcharge on my reservations to have the option for later to cancel. When I tried to cancel a week prior they didn't answer my emails or chats. When the day prior to check in came they emailed me checking information. I responded and told them and sent proof I had been trying to cancel. But they refused and charged my card. What was the point of paying a upcharge to cancel and it not be honored. Then even if you don't want to allow why not give the option to have credit to use at another time. read more

Booked a King room with a balcony while in town for work. Check in was easy and the hotel looked fine from the outside/lobby. My room seemed fine when I walked in but closer inspection revealed that cleanliness was a factor. I opened the fridge to put the two complimentary waters and my leftover lunch inside. I saw that whoever was in the room before me had the same idea because THEIR food was inside the fridge. Kinda yucky but I just tossed it and enjoyed the rest of my evening. I decided to make a cup of coffee while in the room and immediately changed my mind when I saw old coffee stains splattered all over the coffee maker. That grossed me out and I passed on using the machine at all. The next morning when I went out on the balcony to check the weather, I saw that a previous guest had left an empty bag of chips and can of pop in one of the chairs. Ugh. This pretty much let me know that only surface level cleaning had been done between the last guest's stay and mine. That was so disappointing and I was pretty grossed out. Not related to cleanliness but equally frustrating...my bed was so rickety and noisy. Sitting on it, laying on it, ALL noisy. (For management, you may want to look into replacing the bed in room 413.) The good: staff were all nice, the shower was clean and the water pressure was good, brown bag breakfast portions were good and the food was tasty. Would I stay here again? No. Do I think the hotel is abysmal? No. There is, however, much room for improvement. read more

If you want a do yourself experience this is your place. Hotel is way too focused on being different and edgy. They really should just hire robots to help you because customer service is definitely not their priority. I don't think you could even stay there if you don't have a smart phone. Everything is done on your phone from checking in, to asking for service, to using the elevator. For the exception of the restaurant, most staff members are not helpful or present. Had to go on a wild goose chase for ANY working ice machine. There is no phone in the rooms to call the front desk. So if you don't have a signal on YOUR cell phone you have to go downstairs. Staff seemed bothered by having to answering questions and was completely ignored by rude valet who was vaping weed and talking on the phone. Didn't even try to help with bags or even make eye contact with you. Just sat there like a cashier collecting parking fees. Again, such poor customer service. Rooms were modern and comfortable but gave Airbnb vibes not luxury hotel. read more

Where do I begin with this place? I've been staying here for a few months and I've had enough. It's time to blow the whistle. To start, housekeeping is absolutely atrocious. Stains all over the sheets, white stains all over the couch next to the bed, some kind of residue in the shower stall. When towels are replaced, they also come complete with stains. Absolutely disgusting. That's only the beginning. Trash is left outside rooms all day long and the hallways end up smelling like a dumpster near the end of the day. I am sure by this point, the piled up trash is nice and caked within the hallway carpets. I have uploaded some pictures for reference. This is completely unacceptable. I question if there is even a housekeeping department, except I did run into an Asian woman a few mornings who I think was working for housekeeping. I had asked her if I could get a couple of towels delivered to my room and she kind of just scowled at me. Sorry for asking you to do your job lady. Never did get those towels by the way. Someone needs to check on this woman to see if she is okay. It seems like she is very disgruntled working here. I have never been to a hotel that has a front desk, but nobody standing behind it for service. 4/5 times when I go downstairs, there is no one standing behind the desk. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be that way, but it seems a bit off. There is one heavy set woman down there in the mornings sometimes, but most of the time she can be found outside talking to the valet attendants. Nobody ever answers the phones either. They might as well label this as a full self service hotel. Last but certainly not least, this hotel seems like a nice covid-19 super spreader zone. Especially at night, people are seeing crowding up in the lobby, not wearing masks, not being socially distant. I have also heard rumors from other guests/staff that they actually have covid quarantining going on in the rooms themselves. Seems pretty unsafe to me. The other reviewers giving this place 4 or 5 stars must have been high off the marijuana smoke coming out of the rooms all day or drunk, but this place is certainly not what it makes itself out to be. If anything this place is nothing but a glorified Holiday-inn trying to be as pretentious as possible. Stay somewhere else. read more

Stayed while my home was packed for moving and I honestly think I would have had a better sleep on my air mattress in my bare home.. the walls are THIN. The person in the room next to me was on a computer conference and I heard everything. Even with my TV on! I could tell when the person above me was using the restroom...like get up out of bed, go into the restroom, and go. I heard it ALL. When I went to check out the next morning- no one was to be found. I had to call the hotel from my cell phone while standing at the front desk to get someone to come out and give me my receipt. Valet takes about 15 or more to pull your vehicle so prep for that if you have one. The room is nice, modern and does allow pets (for a fee) - but if you want a nice restful stay, go somewhere else. read more
