I've been coming here for a long time since I moved to corona. They do an awesome job with my gel manicures and pedicures. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because even though you have an appointment still takes time. Only because they are so busy especially on weekends. The main reason I love this place is for Linda, the only person I let do my eyebrows. She takes her time and gets your eyebrows perfect ! I would definitely recommend her to everyone. read more

Just ok. Price was $38, which isn't bad for a full set of acrylics (no gel) and pedicure. Color selection wasn't very impressive. Almost every employee seemed extremely rushed, just trying to get clients through as quickly as possible. The woman doing my nails was rough and cut me a few times and seemed to be multitasking as she got up and left me various times in the middle of her work. Due to the rushed nature, I was in and out quick but if I'm spending money to get myself pampered, I don't want to feel like I'm RACING to get done. 3 stars because this place did the job, just not quite up to my standards. read more

This was the first time I had come th this salon and I wasn't impressed with the service at all. The staff was a little rude and when it was my turn the lady just came up to me and rudely told me it was my turn. During the whole pedicure session the person made no attempt to talk to me and she just kept asking me for services and the first thing she would mention was the price. She was even rude to me when I asked to go to the restroom. The manicurist was just as bad he made no conversation with me but instead with his co workers and he seem to have a Little attitude cuz he kept tossing the stuff in the cart and when I asked how long I should wait til it dries and he just said to wait and then left. If you had your eyebrows done by Tina and nails done by Don you can now find them both at Diane's on 6th and Main! So happy! Since I moved to Corona from OC. I tried it and never went to a different place. It's always pack but they are good in prices and doing your sets/ pedicures. Love this place. Julie is awesome and she even seen my babies when I would bring them in. 7 yrs later she still remembers me and does great. I have been coming here for about 8 years or so along with my daughter. Our nail girl is no longer there, Christine, which we were so disappointed. We decided to go with someone else only to experience bad service. My gel nail polish was cracking after 2 days!! But my biggest pet peace is that they speak across the room in Vietnamese!!! How rude can you be if 99% of your clientele does NOT speak the language?! Based on their facial expressions and giggling, I could tell they were talking about a heavy set lady, I was so angry about that. You guys have gone down hill. Now that Christine is gone, I'm gone too. Would have stayed but that was the last straw for me. You should never mock someone else and especially in another language. You guys are rude and unprofessional. I just saw another nail shop across the street by Payless, I'm trying them out next time. Wow, reading the good Yelp reviews almost made me second guess if this was really the nail shop I went to. The service was mediocre and the space seem really small for the amount of equipment and people in there. They did an okay job, but it felt rushed. The gal who did my pedicure was a bit annoying and was pressuring me to get some additional services. I politely decline, but after three times, I asked her to not ask me again. DO NOT GO HERE. Went here today for the first time and the service was horrible. First of all, they told me it was 10 minute wait but i ended up waiting around 40 minutes. Then, all they do is talk in their language while you're getting your nails done and redundantly get up to do other things which is so unprofessional. They don't care about efficiency and they charge you for stuff you didn't want. Came in to get $25 nails but they charged me an extra 5 for something they did extra which i had no idea about. I've been coming here on and off for awhile. Good price point and I usually get my car washed while I get a mani/pedi which is great. Wish I knew the girls name who just did my nails. So rough. Must have cut me a few times, not watching where she was cutting the cuticles, literally throwing my hands around, balancing my second hand on a roll of paper towels that she kept purposely throwing to cover my cell phone reading. When I seemed frustrated or yelped, no apology, and I swear it got rougher. What a chip on her shoulder. Didn't talk to me. One star for her. 4 for everyone else. Does that make a three? Don is horrible. Before he used to charge as to according to the sign. Now, he charges at his own price, which I find very rude. I have complained to the boss before, and he charged me what's on display. But when I don't complain, he continues to charge at his own price! He makes the nails way to thick and crooked.. After multiple recommendations from my friends and the decent Yelp rating, I decided to give Circle City Nails a try. I thought the first time was just eh and didn't like how they rushed me around and made me change my seat out 3 different times so that they could rush other customers through. My nails looked pretty good after wards though and the price was right so I decided to go back. However, the second time was horrid. Not only was I rushed around in the same manner (I started at manicurist chair, then at pedicure chair, then back to manicurist chair then to waiting room chair) but the manicurist was so fast and harsh with the drill (I was getting an acrylic fill) that she nicked almost every single finger to the point that they all still have little scabs and rough spots 3 weeks later. I also have an infection on EVERY single nail around the cuticle line. Every single cuticle is swollen and red and extremely sore to the touch. I don't know if this is part of the effect of her having the drill at full speed and beating the crap out of my hands or this is a secondary issue of unsanitary instruments (I paid $5 extra for her to trim my cuticles since she insisted I needed even though others have never suggested that at other places). I do have multiple friends that swear by this place but I will never set foot in here again (and probably not another nail salon for a couple more weeks considering my cuticle infection this place gave me). read more

I would absolutely NEVER return here again!! I used to come here years ago but decided to return based on a recommendation from a friend and I was getting a car wash so I figured why not...horrible I walked in and asked for a pedicure the lady said it would a 10 min wait, which was no problem. Shortly after a lady called for me to come over to give me a manicure so I politely told her "sorry I needed a pedicure", she then almost rolled her eyes and began to speak Vietnamese to the other ladies (which is fine completely used it) however they were all looking at me after which became a little uncomfortable. She then walked away grabbed a pedicure tub and said she would do it there (fine with me as long as it's a pedicure). I asked her if I could please have a Gel pedicure then another lady turned to me and said "it's $35 is that okay?" Yes I said that was fine...she turned again to ask the same question and I was starting to feel insulted so I just asked my lady to please just give me regular polish because there seemed to be a lot of confusion. She told me she would cut my toe nails, clean my cuticles, calluses, and paint my nails with gel polish for $25 so at that point I said okay I just really wanted to leave!! She did what she said except my calluses so I asked if she would be doing that so she grabbed a pumice scrub and began to scrub my feat dry which really hurt..no lotion nothing to follow just the gel polish. Which I gave one star for because it looks nice and has held up thus far. This used to be a great nail place perhaps they got new owners?? Came here with my girlfriend who loves coming here. I never complain or even write negative reviews, but the service i got today has made me write the following. First, no one speaks English while working on ur nails. So unprofessional! U feel all left out and alienated. Second, the lady working on my toes was very harsh. She used one of their instruments to clean under my nails, but she pushed it so bad between my nail and the skin that I bled. she didn't even notice. I felt sore and made her look at it and she just said sorry casually. I wasn't even upset that much at this point. I got very upset when they tried to force me into buying an extra 15 min massage!!! When I declined, they started to laugh and continue to massage. I had to actually say stop before they go one and charge me. No thank you. If you choose to go here, just be aware. Okay first of all I love how everyone smiles when you first walk in but I always come in for a pedi and I've always noticed that as soon as I get seated those smiles go away and they completely ignored me and talked to there other associates which is very rude! And of course I've noticed them pointing to my upper lip recently after getting it waxed and started pointing and laughing referring to me. So I knew they were talking shit. Then I've noticed after when she was done she turned super happy cuz of course they think we're going to tip them. I no longer tip just because of there additive there. First time Ben or dan( not sure coz that how he pronounced it) did an ok job on gel manicure but it started feeling off the first week! Two weeks later went in and saw Rachael she did a great job, so I thought I could continue to go at this place, went in yesterday they did such a bad job that I had to warn others... the lady named Lynn first cut my nails so sort that I can see my nail buds super painful I kept telling her but she didn't listen then she cut my skin with he filer. I came here to get my nails done. I was passing through the neighborhood and came across this place. I noticed it was very busy! but still they had great customer service! very friendly and helpful! The lady that did my nails is named Christine. She is one of the young girls that works here. I showed her the picture of exactly how I wanted my nails done. I wanted Gel nails on my real nails. She made my nails look exactly like the picture!! I was soo happy!!! Ive been getting tones of compliments on my nails even when they started getting old.. The lady that did my manicure was great. The lady that did my pedicure was rude and quick. It was a little busy and there were a few customers waiting in the chairs. One of the lady's that worked there was walking around ignoring the customers and trying on clothes walkn up and down the little Isle staring at herself in the mirror. I was very disappointed with this nail shop. The worst fill ever started lifting the next day. Very sloppy work! used to love this place until yesterday!!! went in for my usual gel mani and Pedi. well the lady I normally get was on vacation so I got Anne (station #3) and she cut inside my cuticle! even though she denied cutting me, I didn't have a cut there before so therefore I didn't tip her. then I requested Julie who does both waxing and pedicures well instead of taking me right after my mani, she took her lunch and made me wait 30 mins just for my Pedi. When I had said I would come back for my Pedi everyone insisted I just wait for her. When she finally sat me down I could tell she was already I a bad mood, probably because I cut her lunch short. Then, when she was cleaning under my toe nail she dug so hard I jumped!!!!! she said sorry, but I didn't buy it. Minutes after the incident my toe was really starting to hurt. when I addressed it to her she said that it was not her fault and that I had an ingrown toe nail. I asked her well if she saw that why in earth would she dig under it, she tried to argue with me but I just looked at her and told her to stop my pedicure. I left only paying for my mani but she insisted I pay her $5 for what she did on my toes. I was like "really?" so I did. I will NEVER RETURN to them even if they are the cheapest in the area for a gel mani!!! I don't refer them to anyone unless you want to get hurt!!!! read more

I usually don't complain much but this is the second time I've had a bad experience at this nail salon and needless to say I think it's important that they know how my experience has been today I called to make an appointment to get chrome nails and the person I spoke with told me they had the materials to do this when I arrived i picked the color chrome I wanted but the lady told me they didn't have it when I pick another color she also told me they were out of that one to to make a long story short they were out of 10! of the 14 colors to choose from and I think it's pretty ridiculous that if you call someone and they say they have something that they should just have it to make it worse they promised me they would give me a discount since there was an inconvenience with the colors when I went up to pay they still charge me $40 for my nails which is a lot seeing how it wasn't even what I wanted read more
