I went here today to get my nails done for a special occasion. My experience left me in tears!! The lady was very aggressive pressuring me into services and extras that I didn't even want! The work was horrible. My nails are thick and uneven. They feel loose in the middle. The only good thing I can say about it is that they feel so cheap that they should come off real easy. They feel like press on nails. My fingers are on fire from her filing my skin. They tried to "fix them" and the fix isn't any better. They ended up not charging me for them but that still doesn't change the fact that I have horrible looking nails for an occasion that should have been beautiful. I've never gotten a nail infection but they caused an ingrown toenail with how they did my cuticles and it's so painful and gross. I'm so upset and will not be going back. I have gone here throughout the years and the level of cleanliness has decreased significantly. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I came here with my mother this past weekend for pedicures. Overall, we had a nice experience. We went on the weekend and were seen right away as a walk in. They were very nice, gentle, and came out looking very nice. Only complaint that I have is they don't have callus remover, which I found odd. Other than that, I'd recommend! read more

I got a full set of nails done here and they sucked so bad. Not only were they uneven. They put them super high up on my nail so they grew out and looked grown out a day later. One nail came off in a week and I was extremely upset. I literally had to get my nails fixed filled and done at true touch nail in norco in a week from getting my nails done here. Prices are going to be very similar between places but the quality at this shop sucks so bad. Not worth it at all. Go to true touch nails instead! read more

Love this place James at station one is amazing I'll drive all the way here from Rialto just to have my nails done by him. He takes him time. He does acrylics thin and makes them look so real. Only downfall is they can't do a lot of designs and it takes them a long time to get trendy new colors Ir designs. Wow..Very disappointed today. I've been coming here for almost a year and today I have received the WORST service..First, one of the ladies had her.young son running a muck, touching my toes and splashing the water as I was getting a pedicure! This is one of my favorite places to do nails and get pedicures. They do a far better job than most nail salons in the area. It gets crowded at times because theyre so popular and ive never heard anything bad about them. The people doing your nails also talk to you and are friendly. read more

After waiting in the seat I was told for the man to put his phone down and start my nails, I received the worst full set of acrylic nails I have ever gotten in 10 yrs. what was a quick stop in my way home turned into 2 hours of the most painful service ever in my life. I have a half in deep cut on my pinky from flying my skin to the nail, then he tried to break it away by pushing the nail file as hard back and fourth. This only sawed my skin open. As I was bleeding I said I was hurt and I got a shrug. Worst 35 dollars ever. Not tipping that jerk and never telling anyone to come back here again. There is a way better place across the street. I usually really like this place but I had a bad experience last night. My daughter and I went to get pedi's, they take my daughter first and left me sitting there the whole time of my daughters pedi! Needless to say I paid and left, no pedi for me! Worst customer service ever! I have been here a couple times and every time it's the same thing. They are completely rude from the second you walk in the gentleman greeting you is rude! Every time I go I have the worst experience ever! I thought maybe the first time I went the staff wasn't having a good day so I decided to give it another shot and it was the same thing. The gal who did my nails was very nice, didn't try to upsell me too much and my mani/pedi was good enough. BUT...be prepared to tip in cash. I had to go to the BofA to pull out cash and I am a Wells Fargo customer. That ended up costing me $5.50. I could almost deal with that but the manager (who I assume to be anyway) didn't give a CRAP. In and out, wham bam thank you mam. If I am going to over pay for nail services (very typical of Corona) I'll go back to my place off of Cajalco and over pay there, atleast they take ATM for tips. My nails came out pretty good. I just got a basic full set w/ one solid color and the same on my toes. However, the shop itself was cramped, dirty (really dirty) and the entire staff conversed and laughed and joked amongst themselves and not with us (the paying clients). I was looking for a nail shop where I could unwind, put my feet up and get pampered that also offers quality work. Absolutely gorgeous work and reasonable price (75 for gel full set and pedi) but they were extremely heavy handed (Jenny on pedi and Bryan on nails) I'm not typically sensitive but this time I couldn't even enjoy the massage because of all the little cuts. I tried this nail shop for the first time. I would have given them 5 stars. But, I made an appointment over the phone for 11:30, I wasn't seen until 12:15. I was told at the time of my appointment, the nail technician was on his way in & do I mind waiting? Well! I had no choice but to wait, seeing that I needed my nails done. Love, Love, Love this nail salon! I've been going here for 2 years. Don and Susan are my favorites, they do a beautiful job! Don's creativity is awesome, and he takes a lot of pride in his work. The staff is always friendly and smiling. There are so many regular customers, they seem to get to know everyone by name! The nail art is great, the prices are fair, and the work is amazing! I'm pretty rough on my hands, washing dishes, typing all day at work... I've never had a nail lift, break or chip. I've gone 3 weeks between fills, and my nails still look amazing. This is a FANTASTIC place! Down side? The parking sucks! But they are way worth 3 trips around the lot to find a space. It's always busy, but I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to get in, even on a Friday night! read more

I've been coming here for years and have been a loyal customer, but tonight may have changed my mind. My technician was super rough cutting my cuticles, though I told her several times she hurt me. She then proceeded to sell me everything off the menu, when I told her I only wanted a pedicure. The final straw was when she asked if I wanted a longer massage, after she had massaged my feet and legs. I thanked her, but declined. She was good though! She then proceeded to continue massaging. I asked if she was giving me the longer massage and she said,"yes, $7." I told her I had said No. She gave me a dirty look and proceeded to ignore me the rest of the pedicure. I've always gone here! They are always super nice! I always get my nails done by either Michael (full set) or Michelle (gel manicure)! I believe they have great customer service! I've also have had a pedicure by Anna (she's an older women) and she really scrubs your feet. She is really good and takes her time but it doesn't take her long to finish. read more

I've been coming here pretty much every 2 weeks for at least 4 months. I loved this place. Wait can be a little long at times but usually worth the wait. However today I went in for a pedi and fill with gel color. I received my pedi which was wonderful. But instead of starting my hands like normal I just had the pedi. When finished they made me wait for my fill for about 15 min, I ended up with the manager who every 5 min had to get up to take a payment or answer the phone. Someone else finished my polish. Overall it turned out ok but wasn't as perfect as they usually are (I am picky) from start to finish I was there over 2hrs. I will give them a try again hopefully they continue please. I'd hate to have to find a new place. read more
