Super conflicted on this one. The pizza is great considering the price but the service is trash. I'm okay giving leeway to restaurant workers for the crap they have to put up with but never understand it from an owner. I've ordered here a dozen times and each time the owner is cold, unwelcoming and looks like she's miserable owning a pizza shop. She sits there and watches the TV at max volume so it's hard to hear anything. Furthermore, when someone of her same race walks in, the TV goes off they get greeted and all is well. Ridiculous. I'll continue to support a small, local business but a smile and greeting are free which is what this place always lacks. When I get some type of reply as to why I'm treated differently or get some customer service I'll change my review. read more

Great people. Very friendly/polite. The food is very warming, meaning it makes you happy to eat. I started coming weekly for their mini lunch and the wings/pizza can't be beat. The pizza was great ! We loved it . But the customer service , not At all. I tried making a call over the phone so that I could get some things done meanwhile the pizza was ready. I had never been to this location therefore I simply asked about prices and she was not friendly at all . She ended up hanging up once I gave her my order. I called back stating that I had just placed an order . She disregarded it making me reorder everything again . From the moment She picked up she was rude. This family owned and operated pizza restaurant ( more for take out or delivery) is a gem !!! Sauce is sweet enough to appease the kids, but sophisticated enough to please the adults. The pizzas are never dry, yet usually has a nice crisp and a singe at the edges for that old time Italian nostalgia. The toppings are all super good and well managed , distinctive flavors and presence each. They do not have generic toppings like bunch of bland rubbery chewables in varying colors like some chains where things on a pizza are either salty or it's not. Every ingredient here is fresh or well seasoned, and it shows from my husband's appetite to my neighbors; whom I've sent some supreme pizzas to And they call to ask where I got the pizza from so they can order more themselves. Sure wish their mon-wed specials would include a choice of the one topping. Why is it always pepperoni (which some of us hate)? Why should I have to pay an extra $1.75 for another topping besides pepperoni?
