While a few of the young ladies working here were very kind and provided excellent customer service -- especially the young lady with the light brown curly hair -- others were not very friendly, and the atmosphere didn't feel as welcoming as I expected based on how the establishment is set up. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. The sauce was watery, and both my son and I didn't enjoy the noodles very much. We were hungry, so we still ate what we ordered, but for the price point, I expected much better quality overall. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived, so I was surprised by the lack of quality in the food. Even the pizza was underwhelming -- the crust was very flat and thin, and the toppings kept sliding off. I will say the bathrooms were very clean, and the arcade area was also well maintained. I had a really disappointing experience at Graziano's Pizza. My family and I came in after attending my uncle's burial, just trying to get our kids' minds off a very difficult day. Unfortunately, the way we were treated made things worse. I ordered a family pack with drinks, and while sitting there, I used a small amount of soda from a drink I had already purchased and mixed it with water for my kids. A staff member approached me in a very rude and confrontational way and called me out in front of others, saying those cups were only for water. I understand businesses have policies, but the way this was handled was completely inappropriate and embarrassing. There was no reason to speak to a customer like that, especially over something so minor. Customer service matters, and this experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning. I'm a team mom for my sons football, I' will make sure to not celebrate their victory there at your location! The girl was extremely rude about a watered down soda mixed with water from a paid cup! I was grieving really badly for my uncle, and on top of that her rude comment about a watered down soda was unacceptable! I did not eat and I will make sure half of Corona doesn't go there again. One of my favorite pizza spots in Corona. They have a small arcade which my son loves. The pizza is really well made. But my favorite thing is to come at lunch its not super busy yet and the lunch specials are awesome! When I say the french bread pizza I meant it. It feels nostalgic for almost a bagel bite but on a gormet level. I recommend trying it out. Had a soccer party here last week and it was so fun! I called ahead of time and made a reservation for 20 people and it was seamless. Walked in and told the cashier we were here and they showed us our table. There's a separate area for parties which is great because you have your own area close to the arcade games. The staff were friendly, I wish they did a pizza deal for free for the kids but that's okay. We ordered pizza, apps and drinks and everything was delicious. The kids devoured the garlic knots! I just got done with my dinner we ordered from Graziano's and it was delicious! We ordered a large garziano special, and lasagna with a side salad. The pizza was jam packed with toppings! Everything that belong on a pizza to make it a classic was on it. The sauce is so tasty I can't even begin to explain it. The lasagna was still nice and warm and it was the ultimate slice of comfort food. The online orders come with an order of garlic knots and these are my new favorite knots!! Pepperoni pizza was very fresh and flavorful! We tried the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken which again was very tasty and the sauce was the best part! Tasted cheesy and just overall delicious. Came with garlic bread which was ok. Just very dry and bland. Tried the fried chicken which was super crispy and the best and it came with cole slaw and potato wedges. The cole slaw was ok, not a big fan of and the potato wedges were huge! Literally shared one with my aunt. Lastly, we tried the chicken wings and asked to have them extra crispy and a bit disappointed just because we expected them to be super crispy and higher expectations due to how great the fried chicken was. We were in Corona for a volleyball tournament and needed a place for 30 people to celebrate our championship! Graziano's was the only place in the area that could accept a big group and I am glad they did. When we walked it it brought me back to my childhood when we would go to Shakey's Pizza. Lots of room, televisions, games and good food. I didn't take a lot of pictures of all the food for 30 people but it was easy to order and the food came out very quickly! Personally I got a side of meatballs and sausage just to fry. We were able to get a free order of garlic knots when we checked in with Yelp and they were great to dunk in the extra sauce. My pizza of anchovies, pineapple and Italian sausage was phenomenal. A weird combo for some but the sweet, salty and savory all fit together. They did an excellent job with it! The staff was super friendly, ready to help us with the menu and tell us what their top choices are- the restaurant is large and has plenty of seating. You walk up the counter to order and then choose your seat. They give you a buzzer, but do bring out your food. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, chicken Alfredo meal (that came with salad and bread), fried mozzarella and onion rings. We really enjoyed the mozzarella and onion rings as well as the pizza, and the Alfredo was good too. Overall, it's a great little spot to come with your family, if you're wanting to watch a game, or even just to grab a pizza and hang out. We didn't get a chance to order the wings, though the sauce smelled amazing and probably a must try next time. It was time for me to update my previous review. Quality is not what it used to be, and that is so sad because for the price it doesn't make sense at all. Sure it's not as pricey as an artisan pizza but it's still pricey for a sub-par pizza with chintzy ingredients. Wings are a huge disappointment, normally Graziano's has stellar wings...not the case any longer. Over cooked and chewy. Garlic Knots are the only item that has stayed tried and true. Honorable mention for the mamas papas - kind of hard to mess of potatoes though. With all of the competition in the area you guys need to do better. read more

We come here often because they have the best chicken in town... But I was extremely disappointed in our experience yesterday. We ordered the 8 piece family broasted chicken dinner, it's around 28.99. It normally comes with a 8 pieces of chicken.... 2 breast 2 thighs 2 legs and 2 wings, wedge potatoes, Cole slaw and garlic bread. When it arrived to the table it was 1 breast and 8 chicken wings.. I asked the server what happened... we ordered the 8 piece family chicken meal... she said she would ask the manager.. she came back and stated that they are closed next week and they didn't want to shop for more chicken so they just gave us what they had in the fridge. I got up and went to speak to manager, I told her that this was not acceptable, someone should have mentioned there was an issue with not having the chicken we ordered and they should have communicated to us and given us the option to order something else not just give us the scraps they had left the fridge until they get back from vacation. They ended up giving me 6.00 back on my order but in my opinion I could have ordered wings with sauce for less. I told her if someone ordered a pepperoni pizza and were given a cheese pizza because we're going on vacation for a week and we didn't want to order pepperoni I'm sure they wouldn't be happy about it either. read more
