The pizza was so committed to being unforgettable that it literally tried to stick around. Very disappointed in the way they handled our experience. We placed an order online, we got double aoli sauce and when the pizza came there was no sauce. The pizza was so dry and basically inedible. Parking is good. Area is nice. Entry way is easy to find. Let's get into it! Upon walking in I noticed people already seated and eating. It was around 12pm on a Monday. I was greeted immediately by a young man. He helped me navigate the large menu. I ended up ordering. Ok wow does taste like NY pizza actually I was surprised. However it is missing sauce. It's definitely a bit dry. Maybe either ask for extra marinara on the pizza or some on the side to dip. Other than that? Pizza tastes great! buffalo wings. Cooked to perfection. Ordered the medium hot. Lots of sauce and good chicken. I'd 100% order this again. House salad. Asked for no spinach but it was put in there anyways so I couldn't eat it unfortunately. Inside was clean but a bit cluttered. Just from those few things that's why it's a 4 star not 5. When you walk into here you're expecting good pizza. The pizza is good but just needs more sauce. So overall would I return? Without a doubt yes. I'd love to try some other things on their menu. My fiance and I stopped here on Saturday night (his first time, my first time being here in a few years) and it was a great experience! Our server was so welcoming and friendly the whole time. She sent our leftover stromboli off with extra sauce and checked in with every table at how the food was afterwards (even going as far as helping bag our to-go boxes) Food was great, stromboli was packed w meat and cheese, generous amount of sauce and flavor was good! I had spaghetti w meatballs which was good, but I wished I ordered mine w extra sauce bc the flavor of it was amazing. Vibe is the same as it was when I was here a few years ago and it makes the atmosphere very cozy. Dinner was served with fresh bread and butter (light, flaky, my favorite!) I wanted to like this place because the crust on the pizza was genuinely good--crispy, well-baked, and clearly made with care. Unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The sauce was overly sweet, which already put the meal on shaky ground. While waiting for our food, we overheard another customer complaining that their pasta barely had any chicken and asking for it to be remade. In hindsight, that should have been a warning. When our chicken Alfredo pesto pasta arrived, it had the exact same issue--except worse. There was almost no chicken at all, and the dish was completely lacking in flavor. The sauce tasted like a spoonful of bland pesto diluted with pasta water. It desperately needed Parmesan, salt, butter--anything to give it depth. Honestly, a jar of basic Alfredo sauce mixed with Costco pesto would have tasted better than what we were served. To make matters worse, random chunks of broccoli were thrown in, which felt careless and inauthentic--this is not how Italian cuisine is traditionally prepared. Overall, the dish was horrible and a huge disappointment. Good crust alone cannot save a meal when the pasta is flavorless, poorly balanced, and clearly rushed. One rotten apple spoils the barrel!!! The integrity of the manager on duty with an accent needs to be addressed. She was serving food that did not seem safe for consumption; instead of throwing it away, she decided to serve it to make a few extra bucks. She also seemed unhappy to be there or maybe she didn't like our family. If you see her, I'd advise coming back when she is not there. This establishment has had terrible reviews lately. Maybe business has slowed down. Busy, high turnover restaurants signify fresh food. Instead of doing things properly, they're choosing short-term gains over long-term stability. We are regular customers at the NYPD, for delivery and eating in at the restaurant, usually everything is great. However, today we ordered by Door Dash, (great delivery by the way) we were very disappointed in the food. My husband who always gets the Chicken Parmigiana, couldn't even finish his order. He said that it tasted horrible, bland and just awful, I ordered the Personal Pizza, extra sausage and cheese. Way too salty, I couldn't finish me order. I usually order through DoorDash and my most recent order was unacceptable. The pizza was completely burnt. It was essentially burnt cardboard, it was inedible and smelled terrible. This is an update to my review from a few years back. We ordered a large NYPD special pizza for lunch and though it was still very tasty and appeared to have the same ingredients, there was noticeably less of all toppings. In addition the pizzas have always been packed with all the toppings out close to the edge of the pizza (and the sauce as well) but this time there was nearly a 2" gap around the outside all the way around that had no sauce, no cheese, no toppings, just dry pizza dough. Pretty disappointing. Hopefully the pizza creator was just not trained fully and this is not an example of same price, less volume. We may try again the future. read more

Been coming to this place for years has always been my favorite spot in Corona. tiramisu has always been my favorite. I recently went last week and it did not meet the same expectations as before.Everything was off and lacked flavor. It wasn't prepared like it normally is.
