I would appreciate more transparency regarding your hours of operation. I walked in at approximately 9:26 p.m. expecting to have a quick dine-in meal after my kids finished football practice. According to your website, your hours are listed as 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., so I had every reason to believe dining in would still be an option. Instead, I was told the dining room closes at 9:00 p.m., and since it was after that time, we could only order takeout. To make matters more frustrating, I was then informed that orders stop being taken at 9:30 p.m., leaving us with very little time to decide. When I mentioned that this information should be clearly communicated to customers, there was no acknowledgment or apology from the employee. A simple apology and explanation would have gone a long way. I understand businesses have different hours for dine-in and takeout, but those hours should be clearly posted online so families can plan accordingly. We came in expecting a quick meal, especially since the pizza only takes about 15 minutes to prepare. Instead, we left feeling inconvenienced and as though our time wasn't valued. I hope you'll consider updating your website and training your staff to respond with more empathy when customers raise concerns. It would create a much better experience for everyone. read more

It was made to perfection, a generous amount of crispy cup pepperoni and just the right amount of jalapeno. I like the small slices as well. Service was perfection, the staff was friendly, fast and went above and beyond to accommodate my large women's group. The restaurant was clean and had good music that was not overpowering. They also have a private room that the manager said we could reserve for next time. So we did! He also brought out a complimentary dessert pizza which was amazing and such a sweet gesture. My go to spot for carryout Pizza. I place my pizza order over the phone and it's normally ready for pickup within 20 mins. I always great customer service over the phone and once I pickup my pizza. I found today that Mountain Mike's has a $12.99 lunch deal all you can eat pizza & salad which includes a fountain drink. There's seating inside and small arcade area. There is a TV mounted on the wall to watch your favorite sports teams. The place could use some updating though as far seating and fresh paint on the walls. I'll continue to come here though when I want some good pizza reasonably priced. read more

Been coming here for years! Although Mountain Mikes is a big company , I always get the feel of a family mom & paps type of place. I particularly come here for their lunch time Buffet M-F to fill up! The workers here go above and beyond to make sure everything tastes great. My favorite is the slayer with their new stuffed crust!! Amazing service.... And great pizza. This is our second time having their pizza which is pretty delicious.... But I did an online order this time with the app and the app kept refreshing but I was able to place my order for a half and half pizza. However when I got in something happened with the input and it messed up the second half. Knowing it was not their fault and I looked at my email and it had the correct order I opted to buy another medium pizza margarita style since my girlfriend could not have pork. They ended up making me one at no cost .... I can't appreciate you enough for doing that. For that you have a loyal customer... because of that I appreciate your team and it's not only the reason I'm writing this review. Your team handled it in the best way with the first host not knowing how to handle it and then the other one came in to back her team up. When you have a great team working you get a sense of how they all handle situations and not that it was escalated I just appreciate the communication and the understanding. I would of gladly paid for another pizza but now instead of just paying for one I will be paying for many any time I get an itch for pizza and this is coming from a guy who has a ninja turtle tattoo. We like to eat here whenever we're in the pizza mood. The crispy cup pepperoni is the best, and they were using it here way before everywhere else! The crust is nice and crispy and they don't over-sauce the pizza. The staff is on the younger side but always very nice. Their service is prompt and the food is consistent. The mozzarella sticks are perfectly cheesy and the marinara is tasty. I wish they made their ranch in-house, however, the one they have is still good. The buffalo wings are sauced just right, but we order our extra well done. It's not a huge place, but we kind of like that. There's a party room in the front for larger groups and it has doors to separate any noise from the rest of the space. There's a high-top section of tables adjacent to the party room, two corner booths on opposite sides of the other space, with low-top tables in between. They have a tiny little arcade room. Not much suited for adults (although we always play in there anyway, lol) but great for the lil ones. Theres usually a game or something else good on the TVs. The beer is always cold and the pepperoni pizza is by far my favorite! And I don't know what it is about the way they cut it into little slices, but I adore it! They have Riverside locations on Van Buren Blvd and in Eastvale as well, but it's a franchise, so likely has different owners. The Eastvale spot wasn't as good as the Corona one, in our opinion. The Van Buren spot was closed when we went (on a weekend @ 8:30 pm, for some reason) But definitely recommend!!! read more
