A childhood staple growing up in Corona. We've been going since they use to be across the street at their old location and they haven't changed their recipe which keeps us going back. The crust is always thick, crispy, soft, the cheese steals the show, it is gooey, salty & the sauce is subtle but flavorful not too overpowering and they definitely mastered their rations to where every bite is the same. The pizza is so good!!! They got that good cheese lol It's like full mozzarella that is very fresh. I absolutely love the mozzarella cheese! It's great on the pizzas. We always order extra cheese and light sauce. We want it cheesy and not too much tomato sauce. The pizza dough is great too. They serve up some fantastic pizza. Anyone in Corona or the surrounding areas knows about Lampost Pizza. I also like their salad. The salad is decent. They have booths and chairs available. Again, I have gone to this Lamppost pizza, and they have not disappointed. The pizza is always amazing. They do not skimp on toppings and the crust is always cooked to perfection. This reminds me so much of the old Lamppost days like the one in El Monte that used to be a Red Devil pizza. You could always count on great tasting pizza and good people behind the counter. We've been eating at Lamppost on some Saturdays for months, we've probably visited 10 times the last year! The pizza has consistently been delicious and the service is so great. Everything on the menu is worth the money. My kids love the food, the arcade area, and the iPads. The atmosphere is very family friendly, and they play sports games. I recommend this place to anyone! Came here with my team from work as one of them lives nearby and I had heard great things about this place. This was my first time visiting . They have plenty of parking and are accessible from the highway. They have a very casual ambiance where you ordered at the counter and find a table to sit. They have beers on tap and can order pitchers of beer. After ordering they give you a number and you go find an open table. Tables are long and family style which is great for big groups. The food came out relatively quickly starting with the wings appetizers we ordered. The wings were big and juicy! They were really good! I ordered a Mediterranean pizza that was delicious! I was only able to eat half after having some wings and took the rest home where my brother loved it. Overall I liked this place as a casual family friendly dining option. read more

I've been wanting to try Lamppost for a while now. I've been living in Corona for many years now and I know this business has been around for quite some time. I picked up my order to take home. I've never had buffalo wings that were this dry before, no sauce at all. I asked for a brownie but was given a cookie that also was not too tasty. Pizza was good, I enjoyed the ingredients and it was an overall good pizza. The price is what ruins it, I don't think the food should be priced so high for the quality you are getting. If it was slightly more affordable I would go to watch the game and have some beers in person. However, if you are looking for some pizza to take home this is not even in my top 5 pizzas for Corona. Overall pizza is good but just too pricey for me to come back. They have too much competition around them to be that expensive. read more

This is a place where I want to hang out to watch sports, eat delicious pizza, and have happy hour drinks! It's a casual joint with two areas, one in which has more of a bar setting. My family and I particularly love their Garlic Chicken Supreme pizza. It's packed with flavorful sauce and toppings. The pizza crust is fluffy inside and bottom perfectly crispy. We had ordered pizza for pickup but couldn't wait to drive 25min home to have our first slices. We enjoyed every bite of the first pizza at our table. We appreciated the pizza being delivered to our table and clearing our plates for us. We went on a very busy night, so I understand that we got our pizza after the given ETA over the phone. The staff were so nice. The food was yummy!! The only reasons for only 4 stars is your food is brought to the table quickly, but you are given cheap paper plates and cheap plastic utensils. Even with the hot foods like spaghetti. It just didn't work. Plus the whole area is a bit warn and could use a little refreshing. But can't say enough on the food and staff they were 5 stars!! But the paper plates are so cheap they start to fall apart before you even get your food on them. Next time I will bring my own dixie plates and at least they will not fall apart. read more

We had a large group and it was a good place to watch sports, and the staff is very friendly. But the food is basically like what you get at a stadium, it will do the job but it's not good. Mozzarella sticks tasted like burnt toast; salads were like what you get in those pre-mixed bags at the grocery store. We even tried to give our leftover pizza to a homeless guy out front and he was like "uh, no thanks". I think if you're used to low quality chain pizza like Papa John's then you would find the pizza a step up from that but if you have higher standards you'll hate it. We came here on a Wednesday night for an 8-year-old's birthday party and the food and service were good. Unfortunately my 2-year-old wasn't able to play in the arcade because there were crazy kids jumping on the machines and climbing everywhere and no one was doing anything about it. And if you order a second large pizza, mention the $5 deal so you only pay $5 for your second pizza - you won't get the deal unless you mention it... works on ANY kind of pizza. Huge portions great for family style eating. Has an arcade and a bar/brewery within the place but off to the side away from the kids arcade. Lamppost pizza is my go to pizza place whenever I'm in Corona! Online ordering for pickup is recommended cause they get pretty busy inside. Their salads are really tasty and don't forget to get their ranch for dipping your pizza. Two XL pizzas will serve 5 adults and 5 kids. The price is reasonable too. Def recommend for your pizza night, pizza party, post-game celebration! Inside they have some games for the kiddos and plenty of space for the parents to hang. I fortunately was running a job site on the street right out side the driveway of this restaurant. I will say they that they probably have the best pizza that I have eaten. Their pricing a reasonable and their pizza is delicious. It's not extra thick and doughy, while at the same time it's not too thin. Some places put a ridiculous amount of cheese, and other places don't put enough. This place here puts the perfect amount of everything on their pizzas. I find myself craving this pizza joint, even though I'm more than 50 miles away. I'll have to stop by with the family one of these days and enjoy more slices. The inside is very family friendly. As a group (about 40 of us), we all were set back at how well the staff treated all of us. We all ordered separately per families, and ended up sharing all the delicious pizza and wings with each other. I had a very competent young man named Nick take my order and he was very patient with the seven I had in my immediate order. Job well done. Then, we had all the staff so attentive to all our needs, clearing old plates and empty pizza trays so we had more room to talk and laugh. Nichole was awesome too, one of the young ladies who was taking orders and was so responsive to whatever we needed. And the young lady, I am upset with myself I could not remember her name at the moment, but she gets top marks for being so kind to us all. All in all, the food was really yummy, but it is the strong, friendly, and awesome service that will make us choose to come back to this establishment. Recently visited again today as a pick up order.. there is no line for pick ups multiple staff noticed me and no one helped me though they helped others. Everyone is so disorganized and talking and chattering and laughing in the back. I get it that it's busy but it would be less busy if the staff knew what they were doing especially the guy with the wing tattoo behind his neck I even told him and he shrugged it off without a care.
