He answered my call immediately after receiving the request from Old Republic and showed up promptly the next day. He diagnosed the water heater as having sediment in it and there was really nothing he could do because it was so old (2007). However he said sooner rather than later, the water heater will start to leak and once it does, he will replace it for me at a cost of $85!!!!!! We used this company 6 months ago and we're happy back then. Unfortunately for us we have another leak, this time in the ceiling in the kitchen. I booked an appointment online on Sunday morning to have them out Monday morning at 8:00. I called them at 8:35 to see when they would be out as the leak became worse. I was scheduled quickly and his housecall app sent me lots of notifications about the appointment and when he was en route to our location.
