Eric is an absolute pleasure to work with! He was sent to me via a request to Old Republic (my home insurance/warranty company). My water heater was making a helluva racket. He answered my call immediately after receiving the request from Old Republic and showed up promptly the next day. He diagnosed the water heater as having sediment in it and there was really nothing he could do because it was so old (2007). However he said sooner rather than later, the water heater will start to leak and once it does, he will replace it for me at a cost of $85!!!!!! (The balance paid by OldRepublic) Furthermore on his visit he diagnosed low water pressure in my faucets. We made an appointment for 2 days later (today). We used this company 6 months ago and we're happy back then. Unfortunately for us we have another leak, this time in the ceiling in the kitchen. I booked an appointment online on Sunday morning to have them out Monday morning at 8:00. I called them at 8:35 to see when they would be out as the leak became worse. I was told that the website was not updated and the tech couldn't be out till next week due to a sickness. I was scheduled quickly and his housecall app sent me lots of notifications about the appointment and when he was en route to our location. Once on site Eric gave me his professional opinion about a runoff drain (spoiler: he was correct) but I insisted on running a camera anyways.
