Our solar, gas water heater combination went out after 10 years. I called the company that had installed it and getting no response, I called Ampro who was recommended by a friend. Art, the owner, showed up on time and analyzed and researched the situation, even calling the companies involved. In the end, with all the other things that could go wrong with this combination, it made more sense to replace. He then researched our best option and recommended a tankless water heater by a company he respected. With the rebate and the size of a water heater tank that would be required to supply our house, the tankless was the best option. Everyone knows - if you need a Plumber - CALL AMPRO - We just finished painting the house and thought maybe a nail hit a pipe near the baseboard- we had wet carpet. Honestly the easiest process I have ever dealt with in such a serious and stressful situation. No one wants to walk into a bedroom and see it beginning to flood. As a first time home buyer I have heard the horror stories of slab leaks and I prayed we would not have to experience something like that. It's been almost two years and it became our time.
