Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

Repipe1 plumbing team replaced approximately 300 feet of supply piping serving three bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry room, and exterior fixtures. They installed new shutoff valves at the major fixture groups and replaced several old connections that had been added during previous repairs. The project required opening sections of drywall, and the crew kept the work areas organized and clearly marked. We now have one consistent plumbing system instead of a collection of old repairs.

At that point, we had no idea what the actual price was supposed to be. The lack of consistency and transparency was alarming and made us question what was really going on. Despite accepting the owner's $6,500 quote and repeatedly asking them to begin the work, they continuously delayed the project with excuse after excuse. Days turned into weeks. We remained patient and cooperative, but our patience was rewarded with poor communication and constant delays. The final straw happened today. We called in the morning and received confirmation that they would arrive at 6:00 PM. We rearranged our schedule and waited. Then we waited some more. After an hour and a half, nobody showed up. No phone call. No text message. No explanation. Our calls were ignored, and our messages went unanswered. This company has now delayed our project for over two weeks and caused significant inconvenience. The issue is not just the pricing--it is the complete lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and respect for customers' time. If a company cannot honor its commitments, communicate honestly, or even show up after confirming an appointment, it should not be treating customers this way. Please be extremely careful before hiring this company. Based on our experience, the service was disorganized, unreliable, and incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

I can't say enough good things about All-Star Plumbing! When our Roman tub handle completely broke off, I was worried we'd be dealing with a messy, expensive nightmare. I called them and they reached out the same day to schedule an appointment, which I really appreciated. Johnny Malcolm and Kyle DeAngelo arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem - the handle was stripped out and the replacement parts weren't available. Instead of trying to patch it up temporarily, they gave us an honest assessment and recommended replacing the entire valve. The pricing was very reasonable for the scope of work involved, and they explained exactly what needed to be done and why. Everything was clearly outlined with no surprise costs. The team was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They cut a precise access hole in the tub skirt, removed the old valve, installed a beautiful new Moen valve with chrome trim, and even installed a proper access panel so everything looked finished. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. Absolute Lifesaver! Highly Recommend David and Henley's Plumbing!…read moreOn Saturday afternoon, my toilet clogged, and every local plumbing company was fully booked. Luckily, I called Henley's Plumbing, and they managed to schedule a technician to arrive by 6:00 PM. Since it was late on a Saturday, I didn't expect much, but David and another team member arrived exactly on time. After diagnosing the issue, they had to remove the toilet and discovered that tree roots were causing the clog. Since the toilet was out, I decided to replace both toilets in my house. Despite the late hour, David and his partner went out to purchase the new toilets, cleared the root clog, and stayed until 10:00 PM to finish the entire installation. I was amazed by their willingness to stay so late on a weekend just to ensure my family had working toilets. To make things even better, David promised to return on Monday with a camera to inspect the pipes for cracks. True to his word, David showed up on Monday with two other team members. Fortunately, there were no cracks, but to my absolute surprise, they did not charge me for this follow-up camera service!
